Worst service I've ever seen in my life. They had no soft tacos, no Doritos shells. Put two orders in at the same time but they only made one. I was waiting for 15 mins. Employees were walking in and out of the store. There was no professionalism whatsoever. The whole restaurant was dirty, we had to wipe our own tables down to have somewhere to sit. While in the store the employees had no idea what food they had and didn't have and another customer had the same issue where one order came out and the other one didn't then they ran out of fries for the costumer had also paid for what he thought he was getting. If I could give this 0 stars I would.... all of the food was cold, the staff didn't take out order for close to 5 minutes, it was cold and dry or soggy, they messed up over half the things we ordered. That was a genuinely the worst fast food experience ever and I can't believe I wasted my money!! Everyone should be fired and that restaurant burned to the ground! read more

My order was incorrect, as usual! Ordered hard shell, chicken tacos and got home to find they gave me soft shell beef tacos. When I got over my frustration I decided to eat the tacos anyway because I was on a lunch break and needed to eat. The paper stuck to the taco and so I had to be careful of what I was eating... paper or the soft shell. Ended up throwing them out. I am so disgusted with this restaurant and just about every restaurant in town because they cannot seem to get an order right. I hope going through Yelp will help me find a decent restaurant. read more

Wish I could give less stars. I have eaten here twice. Both times received food poisoning. The soap in the bathroom was hand sanitizer, the workers were too lazy to put soap in. The front door was about to fall off, informed the crew and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Shorthanded, the crew was arguing the whole time. read more

Literally went to order an item on the menu that is advertised, and just came out 2 days ago and the cashier tells me that "they don't think they're selling those anymore.". It's honestly the worst. Maybe if there weren't children in there trying to run it, things would be better. Orders are almost never right.
