I ordered the Mexican pizza meal. It was bad. The tacos were lacking on ingredients but the Mexican pizza was awful. I couldn't finish it and just threw in the trash. I will never be back. And might be done with Taco Bell forever. This issue: the shell was I believe cooked in rancid oil. It had a bitter taste and ruined the entire meal. I'm done. Rip Taco Bell. read more

In Going to the Taco Bell at Fitch last two times I drive off and they haven't returned my credit card. My fault- . I immediately returned both times to say hey you didn't give me my credit card back . The credit card was returned both times. However, in explaining to the manager that it was the second time in a row that this had happened and I was confused why it was happening. The woman, who says she was the manager, was so rude and basically slammed the window in my face. I think the need to examine their policy on how the credit cards are handled. Came here from just driving a 20 hour road trip from Cali ! I just wanted hot sauce with my meal. Lol when asked for hot sauce a guy at the front said "it's already in the bag" & shuts the window . We ordered a Mexican pizza , a crunch wrap meal, a quesadilla and two soft tacos .... It was 3 hot sauces in the bag, we waited till the window open again and we said can we please have more mild and we need hot as well he gave us 2 more mild and said "LEAVE ! We are slammed right now !" Out the blue ... i was so confused ... he seems like the type To take his bad day or life out on a Building full of people if you catch my drift . The guy at window and on the speaker gave me the chic fil a treatment, made me feel very welcomed and definitely deserves a raise. I left with a smile and happy outlook on that taco bell. Cannot get an order correct. Every time somebody's order is wrong. Including mine. This time 4 trips to get it correct.

It's Taco Bell, you win some you lose some. Ordered the nacho fries box, got a box of something with a chicken something on the side in foil. Food wasn't bad just not what I paid for. Just reminded me of the times we would go out in high school, end up at Taco Bell, and half of the time your order was completely wrong buuuttt you got a few extra surprises in your bag because the people making the food were probably having the same kind of night you were. read more

I eat here way more than I should, but I don't agree with the reviews posted before me. This Taco Bell is the best one in CS. They always give me fresh food and the staff is great! Special shout out to Tanika! She is so nice and makes me love getting dinner here. She always asks how I am doing and always gets my order right. It matters to have staff that cares and has good customer service. While I love Taco Bell I often come because I know I can leave with the correct order and greeted by happy staff. read more

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. The food doesn't seem to vary from other taco bells. The service was fast and the staff seemed very friendly! The server even made a joke while going through the drive thru! Over all a good experience! I'll be back! read more

Based on last 3 visits I have to say major thumbs down. People are nice but they just can't make the food. 3 for 3 in getting the order wrong, yesterday I had Steak Quesadillas and the cheese was not even melted, not even a little. By the way , no sauce does not mean "extra sauce" Clue to the clueless... every drive through order needs napkins 0 for 3 here. Oh yeah, I need a straw for my drink!! 1 for 3. I know, it's Taco Bell. Gave this place another try. Aweful experience. The assistant manager in the drive thru window was so rude...I do know why we keep going to this place. South college station needs another taco joint. When asked for souce she said give me an exact number I said just give me a handful that's all. She goes like my handful could be 4 packets. I mean come on Taco Bell?! I've only given them 1 star because that's as low as I can rate them.... Again. Tried going back to see if I had 4 bad experiences in a row... And they made it 5! They forgot to de thaw the beef so they forced everybody to switch to steak for a higher price or chicken which sucks. HOW DO YOU FORGET THE BEEF! ITS ON EVERY ITEM ON YOUR DAMN MENU! I don't usually complain but lately, I'm fed up with fast food and the products I pay for! I ordered 3 crispy tacos in drive-thru. Sounds simple; something hard to mess up, right? Wrong! Each taco shell was cracked to the point I had to hold it together just to eat it. It didn't get cracked from carrying it nor was it sacked tight, its obvious it was prepared that way! Each taco shell was soggy; the lettuce was too wet even for a crispy shell! I have a 5 minute drive between Taco Bell and my office and I sat down to eat as soon as I returned to the office and made no stops between point A and point B. I once worked in a fast food Tex-Mex place in Bryan, TX (Taco Villa) years ago as a high school student and I can tell you, the manager would have NEVER allowed something like that to be served to a customer! Of the Taco Bells in College Station, this is the worst. They mess up your order, and they do not make their burritos with anything in them (compared to every other taco bell in the world). If you can avoid this taco bell, try to. Customer service is nice, but the cooks just dont know how to make taco bell items properly. read more
