Finally, the loooong wait is over. And I don't mean waiting for a Mediterranean food truck in CS, I…read moremeant the wait of having the Shawarma King food truck stationed right in front of your eyes and waiting for all the paperwork before they could open. That was excruciating! Anyway, their menu is short and simple. Two types of Shawarmas (chicken and beef/lamb) and two types of Burritos, at very reasonable prices. The staff is extremely friendly and the best part is, of course, the food. The meat is always juicy fresh and the sauce greatly complements the taste. I am so happy to have two of the best food trucks in town, located so close to my workplace. They are usually busy throughout the day and run out early. So it's better to call in and check before paying a late evening visit. PS: The remaining star is to motivate them to increase their portion a little bit. Such good food should not leave you craving for more due to the portion. (I know I am nitpicking here, and let this in no way discourage you, to try them out.)

There wasn't even the slightest hint of middle eastern flavor, it was something you'd get from taco bell or KFC. Horribly disappointed. My partner ordered the lamb platter. The lamb is very processed and no way to tell if it's lamb or well-seasoned tofu. All on a huge bed of rice with basically the toppings you'd get on a whopper. Definitely nothing special, and certainly not worth going back for. I was so looking forward to more actual Middle Eastern food options in College Station, but I guess I'll stick to Shiraz.

I want to try the other places that weren't open. It's a super kid friendly place and even dog friendly! There's a large variety of beverages including wine and beer and ice tea, etc. there were only 3 trucks open whenever we went which were Thai, tacos And BBQ. They have a stage for live music and are looking for musicians to play. They have two large televisions to watch sports. There's also several large handmade games like connect 4, corn hole, etc. Beware that apparently their hours vary but thankfully they were open whenever we went. It was fun being able to try all 3 of the food trucks and sample everything. Their one main problem to me are the flies so not sure how they can try to get rid of those. We might bring our bug zapper next time hahaha- that was the most annoying thing about eating here. Also, you can watch the train pass because of its location which kids enjoy. The prices of the taco stand are high for the amount of food you get: Didnt come with sides or anything and definitely wouldn't be full after one taco. I would suggest them to change that. Anyways, good experience and will return and bring friends! Lots of tables to gather friends together here!

They are here for breakfast lunch and dinner. Had a fun time checking them out this morning. Still new and glitches here and there, but it is finally here!

The meat would have be a lot better if the seasoning was different (they should add garlic salt and chile pepper to it for more flavor). It was an extremely underwhelming bland lime seasoning. On top of that, the meat tasted old (it tasted of oxidized grease!). However, the texture of both the chicken and beef was very good. Their shrimp and salsa were great! Additionally, it appears their tortillas are made in house. They were good, but the flour tortillas smelled and tasted like corn tortillas! The two types of tortillas are probably pre-prepared and stored in a heater together there. Because of this, there was a corn taste in their flour tortillas. Overall, the food was okay enough. They really should add more seasoning and change it up! We were disappointed the two different plates used the exact same bland seasoning (that wasn't that great). The overall ambiance of the place also seemed well. They have light musics playing in the background and soccer games playing on the TVS.

We were served complimentary chips and salsa. The salsa was very good! For drinks, I got their horchata which was ok. My husband ordered a Pina colada but wasn't blended well enough and had big chunks of ice that made it hard to drink with a straw. For food, I got the cheese enchiladas with chile con queso sauce. I wish I hadn't chosen that sauce because it was way too much cheese but that was my fault. Just a warning. They tasted good tho! Rice and beans were fine. Would definitely return! Prices were decent.
