Food is usually always fine, but I had an online order and go to the drive thru and before I can say anything the person goes "Sorry we only have the crunchwrap, crunchy taco, and soft taco, (or something like that, they only could serve three items off the whole menu for some reason), what do you want" which I was kind of taken aback with the "what do you want" so I asked about my online order and she goes "Thats going to be cancelled so which one do you want" and I just drove off cause WTF?? This Taco Bell is always sub-par. I popped into the drive through line to get a dollar menu burrito and a drink my total was less than 5 dollars. I sat there for 15 minutes, waiting in line. Unfortunately I couldn't leave due to the curb and landscaping they have next to the drive through line. Why don't they make people with large orders pull up or to the side so they can assist others with smaller orders. When I finally got to the window, the lady dropped my bag then handed it to me with the worst attitude she could have. Food was stone cold and not good. And they had multiple workers just standing around inside talking and not doing a thing. But yet these people want $15 an hour huh??? Give me $15 an hour work and you can have that. Why in the world is it that all the Taco Bell's in this town are one star?? In Los Angeles they are 5 star. Very sad for such simple food. Just ordered the $5.00 cravings box and then paid $2.49 for some nacho fries. Everything was ice cold...not even warm! As I drove away from the drive thru, I reached into the bag for a fry and they were seriously cold...and it was noon time. You would think they would be made fresh and warm at lunch time. Since it was cold I only ate one and decided to heat them up when I got home. To my surprise, not only was it cold, but it was only half a container full. For $2.49!!! The chalupa taco was tough...and cold. The girl at the drive through window was very nice....that was the best part of this experience. The worst part is this Taco Bell and the Providence location....they don't care that the food they sell us sucks!! I've gone back a few times and nothing changes. I just got the worst service at the Taco Bell located @508 E Nifong Blvd, Columbia, MO 65201 Today around 2pm, I ordered a #4- Mexican pizza with two soft tacos, and when I came up to the window the black lady must have been new cause she handed my drink without telling me my total, then started to hand me my food without asking for my payment which I had my cash in my hand, I just figured she was doing the process differently which I didn't think it was my job to question her method, then she quickly withdrew my bag of food saying I was trying to steal it, she said that then took my bag of food and slammed it into the counter destroying my Mexican pizza and two soft tacos, both of them where blown out at both ends. She kept saying that I was a snake in the grass trying to rip her off, telling a co-worker that I was trying to get free food and her coworker agreed with her saying you have to watch them cause they will steal it right away. She kept on calling me names, then looked right at me while wadding up my receipt and throwing it away telling me "Have a nice day". I've never been treated so poorly for someone else's mistake in my life, plus she didn't give me any plastic silverware so then i had to eat a mess! Possibly the worst Taco Bell in the entire company. For some odd reason, they are extremely averse to providing taco sauce for their tacos. You must request it, and even then it is still a crap shoot whether or not you will receive any. A word of advice: always check your bag before driving off. Who eats Taco Bell tacos without sauce? How cheap are they, anyhow? If sauce is so expensive, they should raise the prices of their food, I'd think. Just think of the money that could be saved if they refrained from providing ice in their drinks or wrappers for their food! And really, why would we need our purchases put into sacks, when we could just hold our orders in our laps until we got home? The food was good, when they finally got my order right. It wasn't the cashiers fault for messing up, she was in training and didn't have anyone to help her. The manager, Brandon, was very disrespectful to her and me. I then asked the shift manager what his name was and she asked me why. I simply told her that he was a dousche bag. She later came to the table and asked me why I say that. I told her what happened and she told my boyfriend and I that he is the manager and he can talk to his employees how ever he pleases.
