Horrible service and organization! Total Laos in the kitchen, order never right and 9 times out of 10 the mobile app never completes the order to the restaurant even when it says it was received! I don't know who is running this place, but someone needs to get their ship in order. read more

Stopped by to grab an afternoon snack with hubby. The ambiance is typical Taco Bell & it looked pretty clean. We were placing our order on the kiosk, as is the norm at most fast food places. Since I don't live in Indiana, I needed to know if there's a senior discount before placing the order. Nobody is up front anymore so I yelled to the back to ask my question. The employee came out & answered me in a polite manner that senior drinks are free. We received our food promptly & it tasted decent. I'd return here when in the area. read more

The food was horrible!! my nachos looked like they had been sitting there for hours and I didn't even bother to eat them! The beans were clumped together in little tiny spots and just looked really old!! On top of that the potato bowl was tiny and I paid over $5 for that and it was really cold!! I'll never go to Taco Bell again!! read more

They are very slow. The food is nasty. In the whole atmosphere of the restaurant is so slow and lazy.

I love Taco Bell and this one prepared everything correctly and the staff were polite.

Worst restaurant in Connersville. Don't go. They ignore any customers in the lobby for as long as they can. They'll even look directly at you and pretend you're not there. read more

Horrible! Made a mo ole order like I always do drive up to the drive through.. I always ask is this everything? I was told yes.wrong! everything was going good until they did not give me one whole meal so I call up there and was told we can't refund your money that I would have to call someone, so I ask who do I call and he proceeds to say I don't know! So I tell him I am on my way to please bring the meal out so I do not have to wait another 45 mins... now mind you the rest of our food is just stitting getting cold soggy and nasty! I get to the store and call in and a woman answers and is totally clueless even though I explained everything but finally understood and said it will be right out... well 20 mins go by and I call again this time a very rude man answers and proceeds to tell me we are too busy to bring this out to you and hung up on me. So I call back and get a different guy who was also rude and tells me to come in the store.. well I proceed to try to explain that I have health issues, have been working all day and I was not feeling well and that I could not one in the store.. he tells me then go through the line or come in the store. I said what about a refund? He told me since I ordered mobile that there was no refunds, so I ask him what about the employee just walking around in the dining area the proceeded to tell me there was no employee anywhere than behind the counter.. he changed his tone when I said I am parked right in front of the doors with my Nexar camera running.. so I get hung up on. now mind you this is now 30 mins into the craptastic back and forth BS with people who are too lazy to do what they said they would do. I call back AGAIN and asked to talk with a manager and he finally gets on the phone and I explained EVERYTHING again and in less than 5 mins I have my food. read more

As Erika D. mentioned in her hilarious review of our local Wendy's, I'm also very much a drive-thru kind of person when it comes to fast food. And even though Taco Bell's drive-thru leaves much to be desired, I can't seem to break out of the comfort zone of my car and go inside, where I'm sure the service has to be faster. If you take a look at my check-ins and quick tips here, you'll notice there's always some kind of mayhem and foolishness going on in the drive-thru. Most of the time it involves a lengthy wait because the guy in the busted-up minivan three cars ahead has ordered one of everything. I try not to go here if I'm in a hurry unless the drive-thru lane is virtually empty. This location is also notorious for running out of staple items, such as lettuce, cheese and meat. As I'm not much for the "meat" they serve here and I normally order from the Fresco menu (which uses only pico de gallo as a topping), their lack of planning doesn't usually mean much to me. The staff here is generally nice and polite, even when they're clearly swamped and probably getting cussed out by every other customer. So my three-star review is really a reflection of my own expectations... in general, it's probably a 2-star establishment. Subway and Taco Bell are the only fast-food places I go with any regularity, so they'll continue to get my business when I'm in the mood for something quick-ish. read more

Told us they didn't have gloves and couldn't t make any food. All employees were hanging out outside when we pulled up. Maybe we shouldn't run our businesses like this. If they aren't willing to do their jobs and only going to make excuses then maybe we should close earlier. Definitely never going to that Taco Bell again. read more

In general I am not a Taco Bell fan, my wife is a big fan... Stop by last night for her to get some food. Enter drive-through line around 9:15 PM and sat until about 935 in the same spot Until I had to pull out to make sure I made it to Long John Silver's in time for my own food. Went to long Johns Got my fish and shrimp and made it back to Taco Bell to wait in line for another half hour before she got her crappy food. Would not recommend. read more

Worst experience ever. I'll never go back. I was there an hour AFTER my food was ordered and paid for. I still left with no food! The girl at the drive thru gave it to someone else, after she asked me to pull forward and they'd bring it out! After sitting and waiting for way too long, I went in and they told me what happened and then proceeded to tell me they can't refund my money. This went on for a few until she finally got an ok to refund my money from a manager. To top it off most of the employees working in there are so rude, it's ridiculous. read more

Okay, it's Taco Bell. Not gourmet. For what it is expected to be, it isn't bad at all! The restaurant is always clean, the staff are friendly, the drink selection is nice (for Pepsi produce...), and the food isn't objectionable. The only complaints I have are the ones that plague plenty of fast food joints: The menu rotates too often and favorite choices may not always be available. Also, custom orders may not always be done correctly (e.g., "hold the lettuce"). Other than that, it's a nice place to eat. Clean, friendly, nice ambience. I miss the music they played in the late 90s and early 00s though, as silly as that sounds. read more

I love Taco Bell but this one has to be the absolute worst I've ever been to. The cashiers can't comprehend half of what you tell them. The employees are generally found in the back giggling. More times than not my order is completely wrong. Waiting more than 20 minutes for food is insane at a fast food restaurant. Never use the drive thru if you're in a hurry. read more

Place is not the cleanliness, service is not the best, and the food is not prepared well. I ordered a burrito and it seemed like they put the meat on one end, lettuce in the middle and sour cream on the other end. My taste buds were confused and angry. read more

This taco bell is the worst taco bell I have ever been to. The drive thru CONTINUES to get my orders incorrect. Simple soft tacos (fresco style). I decided that I was going to try and go inside so that I can check my order before I leave. After standing at the counter for a couple minutes before being acknowledge that I was standing there, I placed my order. In the 7 or 8 minutes that passed while waiting on my food, I observed cars pulling up and ordering. Then paying, receiving their food and driving off. I received my food and asked for the manager. I asked her why I just watched drive through go through so quickly and their orders were made over mine. She informed me that her "higher ups" were "on her" to get the drive thru times down so they were prioritizing the drive thru. The same manager had recently told my significant other the same thing. I informed her that I didn't think that was a very good plan and she didn't really act like she cared. BEWARE before going to this Taco Bell. read more
