Some of, if not the freshest Mexican food I've ever had. The veggies were so bright and fresh looking and that's what first caught my eye when I walked in. I got a steak quesadilla and a chicken taco. The meat was juicy, tasted exactly how I expected to right off the grill. And the papusa I tried was FIRE. Never had one before but man was it good with that slaw and tomato style sauce to dip it in. My girlfriend got a chicken bowl and it was not only loaded, but delicious and inexpensive. Can't wait to come back. 5/5 for sure. This was my first time here and it was amazing! I came on my lunch break right after they opened and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered tacos (Al Pastor, chicken and Birria), my tacos were made fresh and then they let you pick your toppings. Tacos were affordable. Very well-run family Mexican restaurant with consistently solid food. The staff is super friendly and everything is made in house with great care; I've seen them take apart big, luscious slabs of beef for the tacos and bowls. Good food! My daughter and I had lunch here recently while shopping in the area. It has a topping line similar to Chipotle and Bibibop. I ordered 3 Chorizo Tacos with just cilantro, onions and lime. My daughter ordered a Burrito with Chicken. We also ordered the side of Chips & Salsa. While we were in line we could see them roasting tomatoes and someone cutting fresh beef. We both enjoyed our lunch. Everything tasted fresh and had a great flavor. While the chips were fresh - the salsa isn't very good. Neither of us liked it and we didn't finish it. You see the cooks cooking everything to order in behind the person you're ordering from as well which I think is nice Fair pricing as well for the different entrees and things available. I love a good taco and this place has them. It's clean and fairly quiet even with a constant flow of customers. It is like going down a good line. There is no table service;however, you can ask for anything you want or need and pay for it at the register. The service was amazing, I went a little after lunchtime so there were three people ahead of me when I arrived. It was fairly quick before they were able to take my order, and the employees were extremely accommodating. I asked about some ingredients and they even allowed me to try a couple before I went with them. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, along with two tacos. The quesadilla toppings are pretty much set in stone, with bell peppers onions cheese and a side of sour cream along with your choice of meat. However, the tacos are a little different. You are given the option to add whichever toppings you would choose in a chipotle-esque style. You walked down the line with the server and you tell them which ingredients you would like on your taco. My two tacos and quesadilla came to around $16, which isn't bad considering the food was amazing. The restaurant was pretty clean considering they had just finished with the lunch rush and the employees were warm and kind. Parking was perfect and I will definitely be visiting again. I hope my review helps somebody who is looking to try somewhere new during lunch, I definitely recommend. read more

Against my better judgment, as I had decided never to return after I was overcharged for something I didn't request 10 month ago, I gave it another chance. I wrote a prior review, but the same scam happened again. I am a vegetarian and ordered a vegetarian bowl. She added the ingredients, including beans. She asked if I wanted just a little bit of beans and I said no, the regular serving size, which is small compared to the places like chipotle. I requested my sauce on the side because the food gets soggy if you don't eat it immediately. When I got to the register, again he charged me an extra dollar. I asked why I was being charged an extra dollar, making my food with no meat the same cost as someone that added meat. He claimed I got extra beans. I said no I didn't ask for extra beans, but she asked me if I wanted just a little and I said no. They are charging vegetarians extra, using beans in an effort to make more money. I didn't ask. That is so dishonest. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. They are not real friendly either- not mean- just not friendly. I noticed a few other reviewers stated they also were overcharged. That's just bad business and wrong! I don't have any complaints with the food itself, to be fair; but I don't like being ripped off and charged more than the posted price . read more

Walked in eager to try this place for the first time. The chairs still weren't off the tables and the menus weren't pulled up on the Amazon Fire TVs. They had just opened so this is understandable. What isn't understandable is the lack of any attempt at welcoming, acknowledging my mother and me, or even taking my order. The manager(s)??? Glanced over and away. The lady prepping the corn tortillas glancing over at me helplessly and then glancing around to see if Id been helped was the final straw. Let your people prep their food and not have to worry about those running the line doing their own jobs.
