Absolutely horrible! Every time I come here, it takes 45 minutes to get my food, the employees always seem upset and the food has never been hot or even warm, the complete opposite as a matter of a fact. Had food delivered. Only about 7 blocks away from me. Expected to be delivered hot and it was. I ordered a Mexican pizza and double steak grilled cheese burrito. Roomie had 2 soft taco supremes and beefy 5 layer burrito. I used to love Mexican pizzas, but this one seemed different. Not much flavor, miss the old days with green onions and black olives on top. Looked much more appetizing than this latest version. Probably won't bother getting again. The burrito was good but got hotter and hotter as I ate. Chipotle sauce on there I think. And didn't seem like really double steak to me, but good. I would order again. Roommate's tacos, awesome, but didn't get taco sauce packets we ordered on the app. So kinda dry-ish. They work hard to maintain this breakneck speed of service by, I imagine, employing only one person who can only concentrate on one item at a time. Expect to wait in the drive thru line for up to an hour, (truly, one full hour, not exaggerating) at peak times, and then possibly still not receive what you ordered. And as an added bonus, if you do decide mid-wait that this is a ridiculous experience, well, too bad; you're stuck in a single lane drive thru without an escape lane and a line of cars one mile deep behind you. Have better things to do with your time? Drive across town to the Elmore location, and use the time you saved to take a trip to the DMV or go through a TSA checkpoint. read more

My husband unfortunately loves Taco Bell, so we end up going at least once a month if not more. It's rare to get an order that isn't missing something or messed up. My last visit, I ordered a chipotle chicken griller that was made like a burrito. I don't think they even grilled it like they should. It was so flimsy and it hardly had anything inside. I was so disappointed!! I love the grillers, and while I still ate it because I doubt complaining would have done any good, I was really disappointed. I don't like burritos, and it was not a great experience. My husband went the other day and ordered nacho fries, but got nachos. His comment to me about the experience was to ask why they always mess something up lately. The cashiers are usually really friendly, so it's hard to be more than annoyed, but come on. It's not that hard to double check the receipt to make sure what you are making matches the order. And if you don't know how to make a griller, please ask someone. I'm going to be really annoyed if that happens on my next trip. read more

Possibly the slowest fast food restaurant in the entire history of fast food. Regardless of what time you go, just waited 25 minutes for a carry out order, which was then missing an item. The drive through is almost always longer than that. Visited this location at 12:40 on a Saturday. No line so ordering was quick. Food seemed to take just a bit too long to be prepared for how busy they were. Order was correct and food was satisfactory. Soda tower had 16 selections available. This location will provide an average Taco Bell experience. read more

I have been here probably 5x (at least) and everytime they mess up my order. I explicitly say "beef Nacho cheese (extra for nacho cheese, somehow they never forget to charge me extra for this but I never actually get it) and NO SOUR CREAM chalupa. 9x out of 10 I get no nacho cheese and a ton of sour cream. I've probably spent $40+ On these because they're not cheap and they used to be on the menu and now they're kind of a "secret" menu item. Anyways, they always mess it up. read more

They have improved their service, they had a nice young man at the front counter as cashier, but now he seems to have left. He was terrific & so nice & got the orders fast & friendly. Such a shame he isn't there now, he would make you smile, he'd ask how you were doing. They still skimp on ingredients which I still don't understand (nationwide), I see a lot of complaints about that. Try to go right before lunch or dinner rush & they'll pay more attention to getting your food done right & the wait won't be long (go inside vs. drive thru which is kind of a long wait). read more

Love love love Taco Bell!! But it's like they never listen at this location, I'm allergic to sour cream so I always ask without and it's like they never fail to still put it in there. I could have an allergic reaction. And if they aren't messing up in my order they are always forgetting something. Food is in line with what I would expect at any Taco Bell. Always tastes fresh and the portions are good. I rarely go in and sit down to eat at fast food, opting instead to drive through and eat at home. I've never made it through the drive thru at this location in less than 30 minutes. Hasn't mattered if I was the only car in line. 30 minutes or more. Will go in and ask for my items to go in the future. read more
