No issue with my service and drive thru was quick. But I got back to where I was going to eat my food for my lunch break and I ordered a Mexican pizza meal. i pull up to the speaker to order and i had just gotten off from work, Ivyanna was the cashier and person on the speaker. i started ordering and i was looking to see if there was anything else i wanted to try, before i could finish looking she asked if there was anything else with an attitude, so of course i said no and pulled forward. she hands me my drink and I said I had ordered a large and she huffed and rolled her eyes. I ordered two bean burritos with extra red sauce because the burritos are so dry. To my surprise, I was changed for it. One of the few locations that does charge for it (the extra squirt). Because I was charged for it, i asked for the extra sauce on the side. After getting my food, I opened the burrito and there was no red sauce and no onion on it. I Do you not recommend this location because they make extra small portions and do not make to order correctly. After calling the store, the third time, they answered. So this Taco Bell gets five stars in our book for coming to our rescue... our staff was hungry after working long shifts and for a treat we decided to order a lot of tacos... I placed on online order at the closet Taco Bell to our work place (because there was no phone number to call and pre-order) and when we went to pick it up not only were we cursed out but they wouldn't even make a partial order. So we went to this Taco Bell and explained our situation... not only did they fill our order (plus a couple extra cinnamon crisps) but they offered us a beverage while we waited... for sure we'll be doing our business with this location from now on..!! Zero stars if I could! Went in to wash my hands. The mens restroom was locked so I was waiting. After being noticed by staff they asked if I needed help. Told them I was waiting for the restroom. They said it's out of order (as if I was supposed to know without a sign on the door!). I said ok so use the women's to wash my hands? They said I can't let you use the womens restroom. I was shocked. I left the building. I'm pretty sure this is a city/ county violation first of all not having a rest room open to men to use. But also not a place for men to wash their hands. I can't say enough about this restaurant--all BAD! My take-out order was short two items, the food was cold and almost tasteless. When I tried to call the restaurant to ask for a refund or a reorder that was complete and at least warm, the phone rang 20 times, then I got a message saying the mailbox was full. This restaurant is located at 740 N. Nova Road in Daytona Beach. I will never order anything from there again and encourage others to stay away from there. If there were a way to give a restaurant minus stars, I'd give it a minus 5! I don't think the clerk at the window even checked my order to see if it was complete--and the restaurant was not at all busy, so there's no excuse for bad service. Better shut this place down. There is mold growing on the soda machine, most of the steel is rusted, the restrooms are filthy, and if you look at the food preparation area you will see mold, old food, and stains. My family and I went through the drive-thru here and placed a good-sized order. We went home, started handing out everyone's food and realized we were missing two of the items we ordered, and that one of our burritos were wrong. We tried calling the store first and the manager on shift basically told us there was nothing she would do. So I went into the store and brought back the incorrect burrito and just told them that the burrito should've been something different and that I was also missing two items from my order. They asked for a receipt and I told them we were never given one. The manager then comes running around the corner saying "you were never charged for any of that you can't get those items". So I asked for the receipt. She kept just trying to show me the order screen which I could not see at all from the front counter. I told her I could not see the screen and just asked for her to print it out. She eventually printed the ticket. I pointed to each item and explained to her what we never received and what was incorrect. She kept trying to tell me what SHOULD HAVE been in my bag and how I was wrong. She was incredibly rude and I have never in my life experienced such poor customer service. I was simply trying to correct my order and she continued to speak to me as if I were stupid. She threw a burrito on the counter and told me "I'm doing you a favor by replacing this burrito" and I'm like okay what about the burrito I was charged for and never received... I would like that as well. And after trying to convince me for about 5 minutes that I was wrong and I did receive that item, she eventually replaced it and just threw it into my bad and stormed off. Well it turns out, that burrito was still incorrect so I had to go BACK in and get it fixed. There was one very short light skinned girl working there who tried to help me when I came back in and I just wish the manager and all the other employees were like her because she was the only good part of the whole experience. Service was very slow. It is 12:30 PM and the place is not very busy. The interior is not very clean smelling at all. The food was very hot and presented neatly.
