Watching the NFL football games and desiring to eat something, we were inspired to order and pickup from Taco Bell. They have amazing cinnamon twists, although they are painfully reminiscent of my first Taco Bell experience. We ordered a couple of Quesadillas on the app and were pretty particular about ordering the sour cream that comes with it. Went to pick it up from the store, and the bag was sealed. Unfortunately, my pick-up person didn't look inside. When the food arrived, we were all shocked to see not a single sour cream in our bag to go with our Quesadillas. Fortunately, we had some sour cream in the fridge. However, the edges of the Quesadillas were hard and unusually crusty, and the overall Quesadilla was flat, there was hardly any substance to it, and it was very spicy and hot (I wasn't expecting that). It wasn't overly hot, just hotter than my palette expected. I thought I got a "bad" one, which is why mine was so terrible and flat, lacking enough meat to make a mouthful. Then without me saying anything, my guests started to complain about theirs, and they had the same problem, flat and lacking substance. Now wondering if this is how all Taco Bells are or just this one? If you want a decent Quesadilla, it's best to make it yourself or get it from anywhere else. read more

I pulled up to the window i see that tehe girl was busy preping the soda and the staff came to the front of the cashier to take my payment.. i asked him how his night going?? He said its going great. I told him i have a long drive home he told me to be careful driving as theres lots of dums dums driving on the road. The staff in the back said hi to me. The food came out hot too. I went to this location right before they closed on a Tuesday night/Wednesday morning (December 7). I ordered 10 hard shell tacos with just meat and cheese. I waited a few minutes to receive my food. That wasn't an issue, I had arrived just before closing and I expected to have to wait some. I received my food and drove home. When I got home, I noticed there was a huge stack of napkins in the bag. All of the tacos above the stack of napkins were the ones I ordered. The tacos underneath the stack of napkins all had various toppings on them that I did not order. Everyone makes mistakes, but all of the incorrect tacos being covered up by a giant stack of napkins makes it seem like it was done intentionally. Don't Patron Taco Bell 024759 I ordered a #5 combo which comes with taco supreme, nacho bell grande, and a drink. So, I tell the cashier that I want the sour cream which comes on the taco and nachos on the side and I want the taco hard not soft. So she charges me a side of sour cream and tries to charge me an additional taco. So, I ask her are you charging me for the taco that comes with the combo. She was so confused. I said again, doesn't the combo come with a taco supreme. She kept asking me if I wanted a taco supreme and I kept asking her doesn't the combo come with a taco supreme. Finally she took the additional charge for the taco off but then I noticed after I drove off that she still charged me for the sour cream and both my taco and nachos had sour cream on it. The cashier Iliana, clearly didn't know the menue nor did she listen so my order. I had to repeat myself several times and it still wasn't correct. I am an advent Taco Bell lover and use to be a more frequent customer until this establishment took a turn for the worst, every time I go there the staff is obviously either poorly trained or poorly managed, I myself run a restaurant and have been in the hospitality business my entire life. I refuse to go through the drive Thru due to the constant forgetting of all of my items purchased so I started to have to to walk into the establishment to make sure all of my items are in the bag to make sure I am not paying for things that I never receive now this being my last visit I counted the number of items for a friend of mine my daughter and i, it was the correct amount, so I took my bag drove home and left, when upon arrival of my house I took the items out to eat finding out that half the order was all wrong I was charged over 4$ for a quesarito with jalapeños and extra beef, which turned out to be in ungrilled beef and bean burrito and also some spicy potato tacos that the potatoes appeared to be fried the night before and reheated to the consistency of bricks. This was a 22$ order wasted and I will not be upset again I would strongly recommend not coming to this establishment. read more

They are remodeling today so they are closed. No biggie but there is no sign on the drive thru monitor so u sit there for two minutes waiting and waiting. Then u drive up to the window cause u think there must be something wrong with the monitor to find a sign on the drive thru window stating "we will close at 9 PM and reopen at 9 PM after renovations with no dates!
