Saturday PM around 345. Place was dead. 4 other tables when we arrived…read more Waited for a host to come and seat us, she was more interested in chatting with another co-worker rolling silverware. Same "host" was our server. She started by trying to sell us on the buffet with was closing in 15 minutes. When we declined she took a another 15 min to come back to take our order. We weren't offered any chips and salsa (note for later) 30+ minutes later our food arrived. Both orders were missing items. While we were waiting for our rice and sauce for chicken, we noticed tables that came in after us getting chips and salsa when seated. When we asked our server, she said that we didn't get any because they were "making more chips" when we originally sat. Did she offer any when ready? Nope. Server never came back to check on our food or refill drinks. Had to track her down at the bar, again hanging out with co-workers, to pay our check. I'd give it a zero if I could. They must prey on first timers like us that don't know any better. Now we do.
