I'm not sure who was working late night on Saturday 5/25/24 but that was the freshest, most well put together meal I've ever had at a Taco Bell. They took the time to spread all the taco ingredients out evenly and in proper proportion and did the same with nachos and the chicken burrito my husband ordered. Breakfast started lacking, and as others have pointed out the Taco Bell in Pickens has menu items ~30% cheaper which means the owner of this one is just raising prices for the fun of it and definitely doesn't need to. Absolute avoid. read more

I am a Taco Bell fanatic..... this is the absolute worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in my whole entire life. Granted, you don't go to Taco Bell for a fine finding experience. I go there for quick, affordable, good food. When I go to our local Taco Bell I get slow, affordable, cold food. A Baja blast makes everything better though. Still got the rudest service here so 1 star. read more

Typically nice service, so that's good! But their hours are awful and they never really follow those, like maybe they'll be open maybe they wont just depends how they feel really. Their prices are an up charge, like the $5 box here is $7 and there's many other prices they're just genuinely higher on. The food taste the same as any Taco Bell so no complaint there. It's just the way their hours vary by random and their prices are more expensive then most Taco Bell's. I really don't know how they're still in business though, because both neighboring cities (Pickens and Powdersville) are much better ran. read more

My wife and I have been eating at this Taco Bell off and on for 12 years. The service and food quality seems to get better then worse, up and down. However, lately is has just been down. Hard to find a clean table and always food all over the floor. Employees standing around outside chatting with friends and no one busing tables or sweeping. And the food quality is terrible. Broken tacos, and burritos that have what's supposed to be on the inside all over the outside. Who wants to eat tacos and burritos with a fork and knife because they're too messy? This place is great! The restaurant was clean, the workers were polite and courteous and the food was fantastic! Taco Bell is one of our favorites and I am glad that the Easley location is so good. Well I usually don't have beef with Taco Bell, a fav of mine Bc I don't care ab waiting in lines. But this is my beef of the week. Me and my bestfriend since like kindergarten went to the one in pickens and their dang order taking thing wasn't working in the drive thru so they wouldn't take our order. All we wanted was the cinnamon twists but we're desperate for cinnamon twists so we drive 15 minutes to easley. We get here and they proceed to inform us they are out of cinnamon twists. The drive through is open until 1:00am. I got there at 12:30 with 2 cars in front of me and 3 behind me. When I got to the menu to place my order, the person on the mic told me they were out of meat and would not be making anymore. The only thing I could order was a Cheese Quesadilla. They lost at least 4 orders because they didn't want to cook food at a food restaurant. I think they were more interested in leaving for the night. read more

Ate here tonight and it was one of the nastiest places I have ever eaten in...The floors were dirty, greasy and grimy and the tables and counters looked like they had been wiped down with same rag used on floor....Won't go here again.
