4 stars for dem mints! lol Seriously this is a Taco Bell that has everything that your normal Taco about would have the service is normal the weight is actually pretty long when you're in the Drive -thru and your expectations are probably normal from what you would expect from any fast food establishment. . . Like I said it's all about them little mints. For some reason they give a little class to a fast food place when you get napkins sauce and little breath mints included :-). Everybody knows at fast food restaurants usually sometimes I end up with a server at the drive-thru who seems like they hate their life and want to quit their job at that moment.... they sound like they want to be doing anything about their job. Not here though that shows me that the management is amazing there... The employees I order from at the drive-thru always confirms that my order is right and I usually always have some one forget something that I ordered at any other place so you know how you do the typical....go through your bag before you go away routine...... I've NEVER had to do that here because once you confirm your order and the screen you seem to always get your order right....unlike the other fast food restaurants I will not mention in the 9 mile area. Fast food is what it is here.. since we were not eating inside I ordered from drive thru. 5 cars ahead of us at 1215pm since lunch time. Nbd the line moved fast, quick orders great workers taking orders, pay cash and food hot ready and fast. I got a receipt and the cashiers name was Audrita L. Thank you for your quick service. As I placed my online order, I expected to walk in and walk out with no issues. But that was not the case. I ordered my food, and instead of getting the notification of "your food is ready" I waited in the parking lot for over 25 minutes waiting for the notification to change. I called them and explained the situation, and the woman who I spoke on the phone with was kind, but everything was wrong and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes once I was let inside. Do not attempt to eat here if you have food issues. I have Celiac's. They have tried to kill me despite explicit exact ordering the past two times I have been here. That is not going through the drive through, but actually walking in and explaining things thoroughly and checking that they were correct on the receipt. I just watched some tacky, rude woman walk in, and for no reason be rude to a girl named Mariah. Mariah kept her composure even though this trash bag started yelling at her, unprovoked. I have ate at this taco bell a lot and they have better service than most fast food places. The food is good and comparable to most taco bell's. But the people taking orders are usually more friendly and they give me a little bag each visit with a towelette and peppermint! I really like the extra gesture, which I usually use both too. I am beyond disappointed in the fact that I waited TWO hours for my Taco Bell door dash order, although it's not their fault that it took so long, all I wanted was a simple cheese quesadilla and what I received was a very well not a cheese quesadilla. This location is really close to my house so it is convenient when a fast meal is needed. The drive-thru always has a line, but the staff is very friendly and service customers quickly. Generally a very good experience, though I've never dined in. They did recently go through a renovation, so I imagine it's nice. I've had worse experiences at this location but this one is still bad enough to review. A little after 1am I pull up to order. They inform me that they are out of crunwraps (which is their main promo) and anything fried. So I ask can I get the cheesy Gordita crunchbox as a substitute, which is flashing on an advertisement on the screen. There's like 3 different people over the microphone trying to tell me no. The lady is not understanding so explain myself again that since they can't do the Crunchwrap can I have the cheesy Gordita crunch as a substitute. Then this ghetto chick wants to start getting an attitude with me about it. I let them know I didn't want to order and left. I went to your other location minutes away and everything was fine. So I'm left wondering what is so complicated about substituting things for a customer or are fast food workers really that ignorant. The only fast food restaurant in Eastpointe worth visiting if it's not close to the 1st of the month, otherwise the lines are too long.

Best taco bell location, in my opinion. Only fast food restaurant worth going to on 9 mile. Always friendly, fast and accurate!

I've never gone inside to order/eat so my review is solely based on the drive-thru. Usually, the drive-thru here moves pretty fast and the orders are correct. I have had them give me the wrong item or miss something a couple of times but they always corrected it when I came back. It's fast food, when they are busy you should always check your bag before leaving the parking lot. Everyone that works here has been friendly. read more

The staff is always very friendly even though there are usually a lot of people at the drive thru and sometimes inside as well. The food quality is always good so I have to rate them a 5.
