Not really sure why this Taco Bell has such low reviews. When I visited, the restaurant was exceptionally clean, service was fast and the food was hot and fresh. Actually, this location is one of the best manicured and finely landscaped Taco Bell's I've ever been to and the parking lot was freshly sealed. You can tell this property is well taken care of. We go here regularly because it's the closest one however sometimes they're pop is not fizzy and they don't change thug carbonation capsules enough and tonight again this has happened quite a bit where they're frying their stuff in rancid oil I've tried calling but of course they're all waiting on customers they say so they're not taking phone calls which is really convenient for them. Me and my boyfriend and a friend went in to get food. My boyfriend doesn't like the jalapeño sauce that they put in things so we requested for them to not put it on his food. Well he went to bite into it, he realized that they indeed put it on. So he went to the counter and told them. Randy is the one that he got and he got rude when asked if they could remake it. He told him to suck it up this is Elkhart County. Not sure what that has to do with anything, but last time I checked it is the customers choice of what they want. We waited for 30-40 minutes, the food was terrible and we waited for 15 minutes as the cashier refused to talk to us. The kiosk crashed after placing my order so we had to wait even longer due to that. Don't come here unless you're a masochist. read more

Bad service, the employees wouldn't even take our order directing us to the Barry functional kiosk machines, and despite the customization our orders were messed up, the bean burrito had nothing but beans, no rice or cheese. Our friend who ordered online got preferential service even placing the order after us and getting it first, and his order wasn't messed up at all. I guess it's ok if you have the app but for most people service sucks. read more

Unfortunately, I have to alter my review and drop this location down to 2 stars. Visited today via the drive thru, it was jam packed but it was during lunch. I pulled up to the monitor and ordered a chicken quesadilla w/ sides of sour cream & salsa, a ranch doritos locos taco, and an order of chips & cheese. It took a good 7 minutes to get to the window from when I pulled from the tower. The woman who took my money was friendly enough. She brought me my receipt and I waited for my food. After about 10 minutes I was starting to get embarrassed and frustrated for the other patrons behind me in line. I dont get what's so hard about grilling a quesadilla, but okay. Finally, I get my food and pull away. When I returned to work & opened my lunch, I was less than pleased. There were about three pieces of chicken in my entire quesadilla. Literally half of it was only cheese. Good thing they remembered my sour cream and salsa. And while they put my cheese in the bag, I had no chips. That's like cereal and no milk. Peanut butter but no jelly!.. you get where I'm going with this. Needless to say, I was still hungry after throwing $10 away. My money would've been better spent at Subway getting a foot long I know I'd fill up on. Won't be back for awhile. read more

On Thursday, June 4th we placed an order for dinner for four of us. 10 minutes later, we are still waiting while the staff is messing around in the prep area. Their drive in line up is completely full and there is literally no sense of urgency in this restaurant. If there is actually a manager on site, that person should be fired immediately. The guy in front of us waited 25 minutes for his food in a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT. 25 minutes. Something is terribly wrong from a leadership viewpoint if this is considered reasonable. We've had a long night at a baseball game. Its my son's birthday and he picked Taco Bell for dinner since we needed something quick. Obviously, this was a poor choice. It's a choice this family will not be making again. After we left the restaurant, I called them to speak to a manager (if there was one). The girl who answered the phone said she was a manager. I told he about our experience and that she wasn't leading her team well at all if she was ok with our experience. She hung up on me. I called back and the phone rang about 10 times. A guy answered, I told him I wanted to speak to the girl I had just been speaking to and then he hung up on me. Bad move. read more

On two separate occasions we spent 30 minutes and 45 minutes in the drive thru. Because of how the drive thru is made you can not leave and drive away. This time we went inside and they did not give us the food we ordered. We had to return to the Taco Bell and straighten it out. Horrible, never again even though it is convenient. read more

On 12/11/21 I stopped by to grab some food on my way back home to Michigan, not only was the service quick and friendly, but whoever made my Crunchwrap needs a raise. I usually get crunchwraps whenever I go to Taco Bell and this one was probably the best one I've ever had . Give them a raise, please. Good service deserves praise! read more

Literally the worst Taco Bell in history.... takes 25+ minutes to get a couple taco's from the drive thru.... We all know its take 2 minutes to put preheated meat on a tortilla and wrap it... This is just unacceptable, I don't care how nice you are. I've worked in the restaurant industry for 7 years and I have never been to a place that is this SLOW. While walking in to pickup an app order I noticed an employee sitting outside smoking. He walked behind the counter as I walked up to it. Without washing his hands, he grabs two food prep gloves & with only one on hands me my bag. So his contaminated hands held the gloves while he was putting them on. Extremely disgusting read more

Slowest Taco Bell on the planet Earth, and they just don't care. Don't bother complaining you'll be wasting your time. Avoid if possible.

Haven't rated a fast food joint before but this place was super quick, very clean, and the lady that took my order was absolutely wonderful. She made me smile, brought my food to me, and really took some extra time and effort to make my quick stop for a bite to eat an enjoyable experience. Kudos!! Thanks! read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. They are so slow and they get our order wrong almost EVERY time we go. I wish they could get their stuff together. My family loves taco bell but not when we have to wait 45 min in the drive through and don't end up getting what we've paid for. read more
