The food was awesome and fresh! We went at 5pm on Saturday night and they were packed so we were pleasantly surprised when it all came out in such a short amount of time! It's a Culver's. This chain restaurant is always the same, for better or for worse, but when it comes to Culver's, it usually means for better. It's consistently good fast food. I was feeling wacky and got something I've never gotten before: a sourdough melt! I requested a single patty, but the thing with Culver's is that I've never received a single patty when I request it -- they always give me two patties. They must think they're doing me a solid, but I really don't want two patties. I want one. Two is too much. So I always have to take a patty out. I had to do that this time, too. In any case, the sourdough melt is much better than the ButterBurger, in my opinion. It's much more tender -- like biting into a meaty grilled cheese. It comes with grilled onions, too. We got our food via the drive-thru, which was quick. I did step inside to use the restroom, and the restroom was relatively clean, too. read more

A year ago I had a drive through order short changed. Ordered 3 pot roast sandwiches and only got one. I called and relayed this to whoever answered the phone and he said he would mail me coupons to make up for it. Never happened. Yesterday I gave them another chance and ordered the north Atlantic cod sandwich and the north Atlantic cod dinner. Long story short, fish is MUSHY - awful. Culver's is over-rated and over-priced. I have gone to this location many times, but the last 2-3 weeks I've been here it has changed a lot. My burger came with no bun after waiting 15 minutes, their was a lobby of empty tables that were ALL dirty, so we cleaned one ourselves. The ketchup seems to always be empty, the ice was empty along with the iced tea. The last few times I purchased my favorite custard ALL the mixing were either on the very top or the very bottom. And all vanilla in the middle. I am not sure what changed but I now prefer the Wendy's over this location. I'm hoping to return in a few months and see that it's gone back to the way it has been in the past several months. $60 on bad food and a very messy restaurant is not worth it. read more

We like Culver's for fast food and I'm surprised at the poor reviews. We've been here at least 10 times in the past year since they opened, and they only once got our order wrong. It was a simple mistake- they mixed ours up with another car. We exchanged and were good with it- the other folks were getting all wound up. I called in a Togo Pick Up Order for our work and the experience I had from start to end was excellent. When I went to pick up the order I ended up with 2 bags and a cup carrier full of drinks, before I even had the chance to say "I'll be right back to grab the drinks" one of the workers volunteered to help me carry it to my car. If I could rate it lower I would and I usually like Culver's. Having to wait 15-20 for a simple order.... I call BS. When I asked to make sure my food was fresh she said it was but it was the same food she walked around the parking lot with for 15 mins. A friend drove 10 miles to get our first order from Culvers in Three Rivers. My friend ordered the cod basket. I order the 10 piece shrimp. Had them before in Portage. NO TARTER SAUCE WAS INCLUDED. NO SEAFOOD SAUCE WAS INCLUDE. So disappointing. I am a public official in the area and will relay this info to anyone I see.
