Unfortunately, this location frequently has issues with order accuracy, whether it's missing items or mistakes in the order. This one and the one 20 miles down the road in Moses Lake (owned by the same people it looks like) are far above average for Taco Bell's. The first time I went there I thought my bag had the wrong order because it was too heavy. Turns out the tacos were actually full to the top. Also the shells were crunchy. The TB near my house specializes in half full tacos and shells that don't crunch so the Ephrata/Moses Lake ones were a great change. And it's been that way every time I've visited. read more

How does this Taco Bell have such terrible reviews? Every time I have been there has been through the drive through. The customer service has been friendly. The orders have been exact and they even help me customize my orders when I am not wanting meat at times. They're open now during all this pandemic. If you are wanting a safe break from quarantine then run for the border. Use the drive through lane! Wash your hands and be sure to wear gloves. Suggest not drinking the tap water around here. Stopped here for a bite last Sunday on our way to Spokane. Food was Taco Bell standard I guess, but the staff was super friendly and fast and accurate. After we went through the drive through and stopped in the parking lot to eat real quick (covid shut down the dining room) we saw the young lady working the window booking it out the front door at a full sprint with someone's credit card who had left it. Lost her hat and barely caught them in the driveway just to make sure some forgetful sod like myself didn't leave something behind and ruin their day. We ordered in the restaurant at 7:33 pm. 10 mins later we asked how much longer til our food was ready (we ordered 4 items). Meanwhile the drive thru had already helped and completed orders for over 5 cars and the order right ahead of us was already completed. There was a lady right behind us that left because of how long it was taking. It looked like the only one working was Daniel the manager. Meanwhile there were 3 ladies watching him work and not helping get the orders out. What is the point of having so many people working when they aren't actually doing anything?
