The heavy set bald male manager decided that 4:30 with a full drive through line and lobby that it would be a good time to have a smoke break. His crew were obviously struggling and trying their best but after his smoke break he comes in to just sit in the computer room doing who knows what. He clocked out early in front of multiple customers who had been waiting over 15 minutes. I place pick up orders so I can get them in a timely manner but I'm never coming here again read more

3rdish time to this location Food/Drink: Always what you expect from a Taco Bell. Tacoes: I am personally not a " Mexican" fan. However, guilty pleasure is Taco Bell! The taco is a nice crunch and always made the same. Chips: 9 out of 10 times have been hot, crispy, crunchy, and flavorful. Dinning Area: Pretty large, open, quiet. Prices: Relatively cheap. Parking: Plenty of space, open type lot. Bathrooms: Bathrooms were clean and medium in size. Atmosphere: Chill, not to busy. Staff/Attendants: Decent people, minimal interactions. I'd like to off-set the negative reviews. The staff went above and beyond to cater to us. We came in at 1 am and were surprised that the lobby was open, they seemed chill and kept going to lock it but people kept coming in. Then we ordered and had to wait a good bit because alot of DoorDash drivers were waiting. To make up they gave us a bunch of extra food. The DoorDash drivers kept complaining about their orders missing stuff which was annoying. Will come back read more

Hello, I have never felt more disrespected in my life than I have at the Taco Bell at 2674 Colonel Glenn Hwy, Fairborn, OH 45324 Store Code #033774. We got to the Taco Bell at 7:50 and the lights were all still on. I was at the Drive Thru and we waited for 25 minutes until we finally went to the window to see why they weren't working. The lights all said "open" and there was a HUGE LINE of cars behind us (at least 7 cars). Anyways, we finally went to the window and we see the workers running around laughing, and a boy opened the window and said "we're closed b*tch," and then slammed the door in my family member's face. We left and wasted about 40 minutes on this whole interaction. I wasted so much time, gas, and energy because of these workers. The disrespect is unacceptable. Google Maps listed it as "Open" so we went and EVEN IF by some crazy chance it was closing at 8PM, we arrived BEFORE 8PM. We arrived at least at 7:48/50. We wasted so much time and the disrespect was unbelievable. There were SO MANY PEOPLE in their cars behind us, I counted at least 6 cars behind me because Maps claims it's open, the sign says it's "OPEN" and the lights are all on and we can see them goofing off inside. I hope something happens to change this and I will be telling everyone I know about this and I will be leaving a Yelp review, and lastly I will be writing a formal letter to the Headquarters about this whole experience. Ordered from the kiosk, a 12 pack of tacos. Didn't know that the kiosk doesn't give you the option to not add tomatoes to your order. First off, I never had to say "no tomatoes" for a taco. I am allergic to tomatoes. Called the fast food restaurant and spoke to the manager. He was clueless, gave me a lot of "ughhh". They are never open any more or just don't wish to do their job. I remember being able to go to them at 2 am and be served. Now you can't even be served during standard normal hours (3:00). I saw someone just be served but when I go though, they say we are closed. Their behavior and lack of work ethic to do their job is abysmal and disgraceful. Their excuse of COVID is by far over used and unacceptable. Other restaurants and fast food places are undergoing the same situation, but no one else milks it or abuses it like this location. I will never be going to this Taco Bell again. There needs to be a way to mark ZERO stars. I'm a teacher involved in 8 different professional development classes this summer. On the run, it is difficult sometimes to eat healthy. As a member of Weight Watchers, I know that I can eat a soft taco with shredded chicken for 4 smart points. I order 2. Then I asked what 0 calorie beverages they have. In the background, I hear someone say, "What the fuck is she worrying about 0 calorie drinks for when she's at Taco Bell?" I'm speechless. I ask for the ability to speak to a manager and they told me to pull around. At the window, I ask who spoke to me derogatorily. The person said he was a manager but he heard no one say that. From his voice, I believe it was HIM. I retrieved the phone number of the franchise manager. I called her. She apologized that this happened. People who hire people who can't refrain from such language should be fired. As a teacher, I'm saddened that there are those in the workforce who missed the boat in terms of working in the public realm. I'm not hungry anymore. read more

The person waiting on us was beyond rude! The drive-thru was down and we all had to go inside to order. There were 5 older people and one disabled person who was hobbling, ahead of me. The person ringing up the orders was a black man with tattoos on his arms( I am not prejudiced, it is the only way to describe him!) He continually gave us all rude stares as we ordered! When the disabled person ask him if someone could help her carry drink and bags, he just looked at her! When her food came it took her some time to get to the door with her order. As she hobbled toward her car, he came out to smoke a cigarette! Now, if he can go out to smoke a cigarette afterwards, why could he not help her out with her order!!?? I've worked in fast food myself and know it can be busy and stressful, but that doesn't give an employee the right to be unprofessional. The last time I walked into your establishment I saw employees using the same gloves to make the food and then turn to work the register. That's called cross contamination. It's disgusting.
