My sister and I went to the Taco Bell in Fairfield, Ohio on Nilles Rd. No one acknowlaged we had even come in! A worker leaning on the counter at the drive thru window, was on his phone. A worker came to hand him a bag. The worker turned around to go back into the kitchen, never once said anything to us. So we just left. We went to the Toco Bell in Hamilton Ohio west side. They were really nice! And took our order, even though we didn't realize the kiosk there. Went to fairfield taco bell today placed a rather large order, asked if they had rice the answer was always. Orders a side of rice 1.59 charge and there was maybe a tablespoon of rice in the small bowl. Now rice is one of the cheapest items to purchase. Ordered a few things for my wife and I in the drive thru. I got the Mexican pizza meal, comes with two tacos. I told the girl no tomatoes on anything. My wife was in the middle of ordering when the girl said is that it and I said no, and she gave me the total. I said "What?" So she repeated the total more clearly. I said I wasn't done ordering and she said "what?" so I said never mind and pulled forward. Nobody at the window apologized, asked if I needed to order anything else. I used to NEVER have a problem with this Taco Bell until recently. I've asked for 2 MEAT & CHEESE ONLY taco's for the past 3 times this week and everytime they did it wrong. I seriously don't know what's so hard. They told my boyfriend on the phone I couldn't come in again the same day, but I called back because that was my son's DINNER and he's highly allergic to lettuce. I literally have waited 10-15 min inside for a basic order with hardly no one there. If you go through the drive thru be prepared to waste 15-20 years of your life because even if you change your mind and want to go somewhere else you're stuck in the line since they dont have anyway to get out of line. Ok, I KNOW this is a Taco Bell... but this is a newer location, and as far as Taco Bell goes, this is one of the best I have gone to in a very long time. It was spotless and the assistant manager was like a busy little bee running around the place. She was manning the register with a smile and once the lines were gone she walked the dining room, cleaned a couple of tables and checked the trash. The pop was good, which may also sound funny, but from a fountain you never know at times. It was the right balance of syrup and soda water. Our food came out a little slow but it was pretty slammed when we arrived. It was still hot and tasty once we got it though, and overall, I was just impressed with this location. OK, let me tell you about my experience. It was awful! My daughter ordered a chicken quesadilla, got home and realized it was burnt and hardly anything in it. It looked pathetic. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. So I proceeded to go back and talk to the manager. Who was the night manager. And let me tell you, he was so rude! He proceeded to roll his eyes and shake his head. He told me they always look like that. And I said, no they don't. He refused to make a new one at first. With a whole lot of attitude, he started to make a new one. And mind you, he just stepped in from outside, did not wash his hands. Grabbed a tortilla with no gloves stepped around the corner and did who know what with it! Slap it on the counter with no paper underneath. He slapped one together with the worst attitude ever! I was in total shock! I said forget it, there is no way I want that! I just watched you make it. Then, he didn't want to give me a refund. But, finally he did. I never in my life ever been treated like this by a manager at any company ever before! I'm disgusted! I work In customer service. I pride myself in treating everybody with the upmost respect. I'm sorry you made the food bad! I'm sorry I had to go all the way back and bother you! I'm sorry you hate your job! I'm really sad because this location use to be awesome. Ive come here multiple times since January and every time my order has been messed up or completely missing half of it (when going through drive thru). Tonight was the last straw. After waiting at the drive thru window for 12 minutes and nobody even acknowledging that its been a pretty long time, I asked my husband to check to make sure its all there. It was. But when I got home it was all completely wrong. I paid for 4 quesalupa's and got regular chalupas (those things are pricy!) and my Mexican pizza was completely flipped the wrong side down, and all the cheese and stuff on top was smashed on the bottom. Husband got a regular quesadilla instead of chicken. So I called the store and got the run around and then hung up with no apologies or at least a new meal or something. I usually just get a mini beefy quesadilla and sometimes the nachos. Most of the time the quesadilla and nachos have been perfect. A few times they gave me the chicken instead of the beef one and I really don't care for it. My service inside and out has always been excellent. I always go in early afternoon so maybe that may be why the service is always great. read more

It might be unfair to just give this one star BUT the events that happened when I was here are just too many to pass up when we arrived the manager went up to the register we weren't ready so she went to the back and told us to yell for her when we were ready I should have paid more attention when I saw a group of people standing around waiting for their food at this point I still think ok no big deal.... I ordered a simple meal. A crunch wrap (with extra beef, an additional 60 cents) with a large Sierra Mist. Upon receiving my meal, I was immediately greeted by the foul flavor of the drink which had insufficient syrup, nbd it happens but after 3 minutes of sitting at the window, no worker even walked by. Then as I get home I bite into my crunch wrap, not only is it not extra meat, there's no meat in the one half of the entire wrap. Then I noticed small black flakes on the shell of the wrap. From a dirty press? Angry worker? The burnt off extra meat that was once inside? Idk, but I do know I will not be returning at all. read more
