I came here to pickup a door-dash order and they had me waiting at the counter for 10 minutes all the employees staring at me with no response or anything they were just working the drive through, So i go around the drive through and they get angry and tell me i have to go to the lobby, There was nobody in there except me the first time. I never have a problem with this place . The kids they have working there are friendly and get your order right . It's clean , all the sauce is there . Napkins ... last night we ordered a bunch of stuff , everything as it should be . Came out fast ... this is the fastest , cleanest fast food option in Fairview . Only one star because I had to give at least one (deserves zero stars) This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited!! No receipt, so no name. When called to get the first name, was told no. one of the employees has her son at work with her. she is allowing him to parade around the lobby talking to customers. The kid seems to be special needs it sumt or he is just extremely outgoing. It's not his fault. But he wants to talk to everyone while they are ordering their food. It's gonna be that one person to hurt his feelings. I feel like she is putting him at risk, because you can't cook and watch a child at the same time. And sime people don't want to be bothered by a kid. Just get food and leave. Having been a Taco Bell employee back in the stone age of 1985, I can say this Taco Bell in Fairview, TN is fantastic! The employees are kind, precise, knowledgeable, and did I say kind?! Having come from the Franklin area where Entitlement land is alive and well, where it seems Smyrna is being infected with as seen in the post by the Smyrna dude - there was nothing referencing the food, employees, or management, but a tirade on the hours of operation. Perhaps the crossroads of Entitlement and Privilege should pick up an application and work until 1AM, which is what an employee would have to do if an establishment is open until 11PM. We have been going to this Taco Bell for 2 years every other weekend. The food is always great, the people are great, the hours are absolutely fine - I more than highly recommend. Once they messed up our order, you know what they did? They not only fixed the order, for free, they also said keep the other food. I will never abuse this because it's not only dirty, ethically, but it will drive the prices of the food up and the amount needed to pay the employees through the roof. Unethical behavior tends to have a domino affect. Go! I highly suggest this Taco Bell, you will not regret it! read more

Always a really long wait. 15 -20 minutes the cars in line will sit and not move! Awful. You will burn a lot of gas sitting in that line. ‍

Fix the online time of hours. I. E. Not sure why Taco Bell ever closes before midnight but OHH KAY. 11pm is the closing times for Fairview Taco Bell UNLESS it's Friday or Saturday. In the end if majority of the days of your business hours are the same why not have those hours posted and then say Friday and Saturday open late? Because you were suppose to be open till 1am like every other Taco Bell around. Lazy. Simple as that. "We don't make enough money" because you're closed and everyone goes to Spring Hill which is only 5 more minutes from me. read more

Food is always consistent, service is pretty good, and they are open late. The food isn't that expensive and it tastes decent. I mostly go through the drive through but have been in a few times. The few times I've been in the place is clean and tidy. read more
