This CFA sits at the corner of Charlotte Pike and Annex Avenue near the Hillwood plaza where Publix sits. For the most part, this is your standard CFA location, with one exception...they still offer curbside pickup! And honestly, for this reason alone, that fifth star hit the board! So many CFA's have done away with curbside pick up and we hate that. So anytime we are on the west end of town, we usually hit up this location. And while curbside is our go-to, we have popped in on occasion or hit the drive thru, and outside of convenience, those visits have been solid as well. Interior and exterior are well maintained and clean. Service is always top notch. Food is as expected, hot and yummy. I am a paying customer. when I went to the restroom, which had no sign that it was closed or that they were cleaning I was yelled at by an older lady with gray hair, very rudely, and I am so taking it back. I've never had an issue with this location, but the disrespect was insane, especially for a place that requires you to say my pleasure after every thank you will not be returning. I've been here more times than I'd like to admit over the years and the only thing consistent is how rude the employees are. It's astounding. Let me preface the remainder of this review to say that I've worked in food service so I get it. It can be a tough industry with really awful customers from at times so I get having a bad day from time to time. That said the majority of the employees with the exception of 3 that I've encountered over the years are consistently rude and unhelpful. The blank stares when you say hello, looking you right in the eye when you are nicely asking for assistance then walking away without so much as acknowledging you, listening to the employees complain on the floor, employees outright ignoring customers waiting in line to order and the lines pile up, etc. I've never had this issue at the Bellevue location, and I'm pretty sure it's the same operating franchise. This CFA deserves 5 stars (if for no other reason) because of sweet Ms. Marie that works here! She's such a light to everyone that gets the privilege of encountering her. She's truly a special person and will gladly share a smile! So go say hello to her. But I've eaten here many times over the years since it first opened (even though it's been a while). As far as quality goes, this truly is the worst Chick-fil-A. But I'm addicted to Chick-fil-A and live two minutes away I ordered a breakfast wrap (and drove away) and the chicken was spicy... this has happened more than once. It's not abnormal to be missing an item and have to go back and then they make you produce a receipt like I didn't just see them and they can see the order on the bag. Will sends out promotions "just because" so often and it's so appreciated. In the past month alone, I've been emailed about ~6 different promotions this month so far that just last for the day-- like free medium fry or free kale salad. They truly put the "fast" in fast food! I am a recurring guest at this location, and would much rather drive the extra 10 minutes out of the way to get to this location just because of how great the service is! I have never had a bad experience here, as all the workers are kind, the food is always hot and fresh (despite it ALWAYS being busy), and it is always clean and polished! I cannot say I have ever had anything less than an amazing experience at any Chick-fil-A location I have visited around the country and this location holds to that same consistent Excellent guest experience and good food served fast and fresh. I have visited this location on West Charlotte Pike on many occasions at different times of day and evening and on each visit have found the restaurant to be VERY busy and crowded but I have not ever had to wait as the staff is always working hard with plenty of help behind the counter to keep things moving quickly and efficiently. On my visit Tuesday night there was a youth soccer team visiting and usually in most restaurants that means long lines if you are lucky enough to actually get served. This Chick-fil-A made the task look easy as they lines moved and I had my food handed to me before my drink was poured. A few tables needed a wipe down in the dining room but with the crowd there was still plenty of clean tables and the others being attended too. Definitely as site I will continue to return to again and again. I absolutely love to see young, smiling, people offering to help you in the dining room and when you say thank you they reply with "It's my pleasure" and they genuinely act that way, like they are happy to help and enjoy doing their job. This location was the absolute worse Chick-Fil-A I have ever encountered! This is supposed to be the south! I ordered a 6 piece nugget meal with Polynesian sauce. I got halfway home and yup you guessed it no sauce. By the time I came all the way back my nuggets were cold.
