Drive thru order...Saturday 6/8/2024 It was 7 cars in front of us. When we finally came to order, the employee said that it was only one preparer and her at the restaurant. Unreal! I came to pick some tacos up, for my son. I wish I would've kept going, but he wanted the food. He chose the Cantina Chicken Burrito Meal, with a Baja blast soda. I ordered the Doritos taco meal, and shared with my husband. I ate one taco, and paid for it. My son and I were so sick. My husband threw up his meal as well. We stopped going to this Taco Bell well over a year ago due to abysmal service and restaurant conditions. We decided it was time to give it another try. What a difference! Restaurant was clean and well stocked. All employees were friendly and appeared to be hard at work. The food was prepared in a reasonable amount of time and delivered with a smile. Everything was fresh and prepared well. One employee was out cleaning the service areas and the tables and sweeping the floor. She told us they were all new hires. Have not had an issue with this store for years. Usually something forgotten or wrong item but nothing major. Tonight was a disaster. Very specific with my simple order. Cravings box and 3 crunchy taco supremes. Shame on me for not checking my order. They just though a bunch of stuff in the bag. No one else was in the drive though so this is not an order mix up. The outdoor menu clearly shows a price of $3.69 (for Chicken) the cashier (called himself the store manager / see photo) asked for $5.49 saying the menu was wrong. After calling the store owner, the "manager" told me the price was $5.49. I left, with a conviction to not visit there again! read more

I should have read the reviews before going in. First thing very under staffed one person there had been waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes for two burritos and I believe they got those wrong because he didn't seem happy. As for my simple order of a chalupa with pico came after a 20 wait only to be handed a chalupa shell very little beef and a few tomatoes that's all. No cheese no lettuce nothing else. And the girl handed it to me with nothing but pure attitude. Everyone in the store just seems rude and not caring at all about their jobs. I would avoid working here if possible. For starters, I never received a proper interview to be able to discuss my availability, my strengths and weaknesses, among other important things that you should be able to tell your management. I arrived on my first day of work on a Friday (the busiest days especially during the summer) and I was thrown onto the food service line after being told I would be properly trained for it. There was no training aspects at all, no time to sit on the computer and learn what was needed. I brought this up to the manager Comisha and she said "you either sink or swim" and luckily I am a quick learner and was able to catch on. Unfortunately for my other coworkers that worked on the food line that couldn't catch on as quickly they were sent to do other tasks such as frying foods, washing dishes and stocking the line. The management was horrible and the only time management was on good behavior was when the store owner Bert showed up to check on things going on. Breaks weren't given on time and sometimes they weren't given at all if you didn't mention it to a manager. The schedule was usually given out on Tuesdays, but there were times the schedule wasn't given for at least two days after it was supposed to be out. A manager named Jazmin would always end up having some sort of argument with someone almost every shift I worked with her. An example would be the time when one of my coworker's mother came through the drive thru ready to order. Jazmin yelled at the girl talking with her mom on the speaker to trying and get her to order quicker because her mom was "playing on the drive thru speaker." One thing led to another and they were starting to argue, Jazmin told the girl to "go ahead and clock out." The mother was at the window and heard the arguing, so she came inside and started yelling at Jazmin and the other workers calling us "minimum wage workers" and so on. The police were called and safety afterwards was not the #1 priority, doors were still open for customers. I felt unsafe by the entire situation and nothing was done to make sure employees were safe. Another manager Mike was arrested on shift. The only encouraging manager on shift was Brandy, she took the time to help out those who were trying to learn the line and drive thru. The work environment is stressful as we're always running out of things on the food line such as sauces, cold line foods that should be stored under the line to prevent wasting time running back and forth to the cooler. My last day of working here was bittersweet, my coworkers were only doing the best they could under management that never once appreciated their work and only tore them down and never gave them a proper chance to learn especially for the first time workers. read more

There is ALWAYS something wrong when you go here. Even if they manage to get your order correct (which happens about 40% of the time), they'll forget sauce and napkins. I regularly have to check my bag and ask for them. Register staff has gotten nicer and at least courteous, but food quality is always lacking. I order hard shell tacos because if I order soft they put like zero lettuce in them and they fil hard tacos all the way up. Tacos regularly don't have enough meat, like half filled.. It's a joke, I really need to stop going there. Sucks to have a horrible local TB. Whoever is teaching/supervising the lines needs to be evaluated/replaced. Food quality is consistantly bad. I've even gotten black lettuce once so food safety is also un-important here. And someone else mentioned the food is usually cold, I've noticed shells and chips being cold regularly. I was very disappointed in their customer service. I am a customer service manager at my job just five minutes up the road from this location. I was highly shocked and disappointed, but. I went through the drive-through, and when arriving I was greeted with a nonchalant attitude. I thought nothing of it and went up to the window and paid for my food after receiving my food and pulling off, I stopped to check it and they had forgotten an ingredient in two of my burritos. Which they did not state that any of the ingredients were out when ordering through the drive-through I walked inside, and I was not greeted and there were two other customers having problems at the front with their orders as well. There was one cashier, but she was off to the side, slowly sweeping and acting like no one was at the front counter. Another one decided to walk up and toss the customer in front of me their order very rudely before saying out loud she was about to lock the doors, she then told another customer that they didn't have an item for what she had ordered so I asked if they were out of Fritos as well and she snapped saying yes which I had stated that she did not say that at the drive-through and that she needed to say that so she had less complications with customers. This location used to be good and I was a loyal customer coming almost every other day, but I'll be going to a different location now. read more

This has to be the worse Taco Bell. They are always out of different things from food to drinks, to large cups. They are always closed due to short staffing. Avoid this Taco Bell location if possible. To put the icing on the cake, I ordered a Chicken Burrito Chipotle and received a wrap with ground beef. I don't know what it was!! They give you what they want you to have, not what you order. Then my meal suppose to come with a large drink, per the lady in drive thru, they was out of large cups. Inform customers before giving them a medium drink when the meal states it comes with a large drink. This Taco Bell is horrible, it needs new management!! Dining room is NEVER open. Doesn't matter the time of day or night, it's been weeks of showing up to eat and leaving due to the long drive thru line and dining room being closed. Food quality has dropped as well. last night was the worst experience I've had at any restaurant that I can think of in the last 10+ years, including fast food. We paid after eating a few bites of their food and left the rest on the table. We had four people that ate only a few bites each and all four have been getting sick all night and we still are as I write this at 10:50 in the morning. The staff is the absolute worse and if you want to go deaf because they have that damn music so loud, it's the place to do it, not the mention the absolute worst loud as Hell live band they had to start playing as we were waiting for 15 minutes to pay so we could get the Hell away. "One beef taco and a crunch wrap supreme, please..." I said, while clumsily digging through my pouch for coin. "Coming right up, honey" said the big bosomed woman behind the counter. She then offered me a "combo" as she handed me a cup engraved with the words "BAJA BLAST". I found my way to a table in the corner of the room, away from onlookers as I awaited my order. Another woman approached and handed me my meal; the aroma filled my nostrils as I unwrapped the hot food that awaited me inside. As I leaned my head - ever so slightly - my teeth broke through the shell of the taco, sending a loud crunch that could be heard throughout the room. My taste buds came alive that day as the savory combination of meat, cheese and fresh vegetables seemingly sent a delightful sensation throughout my entire being. My love-hate relationship runs deep, because the Taco Bell franchise becomes one of my primary stops during my sporadic, uncontrollable, yet brief fast food binges. However this particular Taco Bell has a special place in my heart. Nostalgia pervades these green, red, and yellow halls when I recount my high glory days spent scarfing bean burritos and tacos with the abandon a teenage metabolism affords. While some call this drive slow, I dub it meticulous. I've never had an error w my order and the quality always taps the low threshold expected of a TB. Also maybe they're high, which is excusable in my book of you're rolling bean burritos at 3am on a weekend, tolerating drunkards slurring into your drive in mic. So if you're in Fayco and yo quero the border hit this TB. Then have a copy of the New Yorker on deck when you have to hit the toilet. read more

I ordered 6 nacho supremes and 6 tacos. Outside of the fact that it was $30.00 when I got home they obviously do not know how to count. I was missing one nacho supreme. I called and they told me I would have to come up there to get it instead of adjusting the charge there. It would take more gas to go and get it. Since the remodel late in 2015, this place has turned around. Wait times can still be a bit long, but the service definitely now outweighs that issue. It seems they have been given a sort of corporate restructuring and now everyone on staff has excellent customer service. I hope it keeps up! So I ordered a triple layer nacho with just cheese cause they don't have cheese nachos anymore and they gave me all the stuff on it and I preferred a crunchy taco and they gave a me a soft shell taco. You know, now and again you just gotta run for the border. But, boy I wish we had another choice here. I mean, food wise, it is what it is. It's a Taco Bell. It's clean. And the service is basically just up to standard. But the drive-thru is ridiculously slow (begging the question of why there isn't another one on the south end of town.) Also, it has one of the old dining rooms where the seats are attached to the tables and there is just about enough room between for an anorexic ten-year-old. There's so much seating and it gets so busy that you often have to negotiate traffic patterns with other patrons to get around the place. Also, the fountain is off in a dinky, claustrophobic little niche that does not make for an efficient or pleasant drink-dispensing experience. Recommendations: remodel the dining room and add a second location. read more

My daughter and I were at the Taco Bell drive through in Fayetteville last week. May 13, 2013) The water in Fayette County has a FOUL taste. They claim it is from the heavy rain....funny, no other counties surrounding Fayette has this problem and they've received just as much rain. When we placed our order we were unaware of the problem with the water and They didn't tell us that they had can drinks and sold us the fountain drinks. They gave us our drinks first and after waiting for about 5 minuets for our food I took a drink of the Diet Pepsi. I literally gagged at the taste. It tasted like black mold smells.....we pulled around and I went in and asked for my money back. The girl at the counter,when told of my desire for my money back, turns and yells out a name, I assume it was the manager. A very nice young woman comes up and I explain my issue. They claim they can't do cash refunds (that's how I paid!) that they have to call the owner. They gave me canned drinks in replacement of the foul fountain ones AND they lost a customer for ever, due to their handling of the situation. I realize that they can't help the water situation BUT they can be honest and tell you about it giving you the option for canned drinks instead they are dishonest. read more

Visited this location on 10/25/2016 @ 9:38 p.m. upon trying to enter doors were locked with patrons inside eating. Drive thu had 2 car's ordering. Pulled up to the drive thru speaker to see someone named Natasha had her phone connected to the wifi. (Knewthis because screen had her files on it). No one took my order, pulled around. Asked the young man were they open he tells me no. We had a plumbing issue earlier and were closed, then we opened back up and my manager got mad at us. Trying to figure out if it was a plumbing issue why were ppl inside eating, and why the two cars in front of me received food. All witnessed by me personally. Horrible customer service, will not be coming back again. It's sad when kids come up with half thought out stories to not have to work. I want to warn everyone about Taco Bell's false advertising. Right now they are advertising their fabulous new $1 Grande Burritos. On their website, on TV and even Retail Me Not told us of this wonderful offer. Problem is, this Taco Bell "isn't participating" so their $1 Grande Burritos are $1.49! Really? When we started an order on our TB app, it said they were $1.29 and even that made me mad which is why I ended up going into the restaurant to order. Without any sympathy, the counter girl simply said, "They're $1.49." No sympathy, no explanation except she told me they weren't participating. McDonalds might not be the very best there is, but at least when they advertise a sale, even if it means they're losing money, they give you what they advertise. If they overcharge for something this widely advertised, how much more money are they pocketing for items that other Taco Bell's might be selling cheaper? This particular Taco Bell is a rip off and we won't be back. Even items on their famous "$1.00 menu are at least $1.19. Never again.
