4 dollars worth of hot sauce?
    Alexis G.

Ummmm honestly this was nasty. I have been here a couple times over the years. They recently went under new management not sure if that's playing a factor. The carnita was so spoiled my spouse left the table to vomit. The best thing use to be the street tacos which is no long on the menu. Also, we ordered a small side of hot sauce and we were charged 4 dollars? Please see picture for reference. I think that was the cherry on

Savor A Mexico Nachos with Shredded Chicken

My nachos were delicious. There must have been at least a pound of shredded chicken on them. This dish is without a doubt designed for more than one person. I only ate half. The service was excellent. The servers were smiling very friendly. I even saw one dancing to the music playing. She obviously enjoyed working there. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance was very nice. There was very peppy Latin music playing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My experience was very nice. I will be back to try more menu options.

Great food and service. We have been here for last 2 years and their staff is amazing and they go out of their way to make us feel special every single time.

Overall 5/5: My go-to spot in Fayetteville for great drinks and food. I come here often with my family and friends for any occasion. Drinks 5/5: We always go jumbo with the margaritas. My favorite flavor combination is the peach and mango. Great deal everytime, awesome for large groups. Food 5/5: I've tried a good bit of the menu and love everything, which is why I get the trio rex; comes with a little bit of everything. It comes with flautas, nachos, and quesadillas. Awesome for someone who can't ever decide what they want. Service 5/5: Always friendly and personable. We have had great service every visit. Thank you, Sabor a Mexico!

Aside from two couples enjoying drinks at the bar, we practically had the restaurant to ourselves, which made for a peaceful, relaxed experience. Since Prologue is located inside the Trilith Guesthouse, don't be surprised if hotel guests pass through the library and bar areas; it adds to the boutique hotel ambiance without taking away from the dining experience. The service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and welcoming without being overbearing. Our meals arrived promptly, were beautifully presented, and exceeded expectations. Chef's kiss to the shrimp and grits! The shrimp were perfectly cooked, and the creamy grits paired beautifully with the buttery, flavorful sauce. The espresso martini was smooth, rich, and one of the highlights of the evening. Honorable mention goes to the pickled shrimp appetizer; it was fresh, bright, and a unique way to start the meal. The atmosphere is elegant yet comfortable, making it an excellent choice for a date night, dinner with friends, or a special occasion. Between the attentive service, delicious food, and sophisticated setting, I would absolutely recommend Prologue and look forward to returning to try more of the menu.

True to hubs nature, his eyes are bigger than his stomach and he over orders wanting to try numerous entrees. My Southern Baby Wedge featured a quartered baby iceberg head that was super crisp and crunchy. It was beautifully garnished with blue cheese crumbles, tri colored cherry tomatoes, crisp bacon and pickled onions. The creamy dressing was a wonderful accompaniment. The several bites hubs shared of his Smash Burger were DELISH and the fresh thinly sliced onions and lettuce provided a nice crunch. Drippy, beefy, cheesy goodness! Hubs add on of Blueberry Pancakes were equally as fantastic as the other items we ordered. I loved the unique combo of flavors-blueberries, maple, lemon zest, vanilla bean - so yummy! We hope to return!

Based on the food pictures and first three reviews, I was sold. I had to go. As Rose's Tacos is right in Downtown Fayetteville it was super easy to find and there was ample parking. As it was a Saturday night, the natural flow of the block added to the vibrant vibe that was coming out of Rose's Tacos as the e door opened and closed. I was already excited before even walking inside. Once inside, the sign advised us to seat ourselves so we sat at the bar. Rose's Tacos is super vibrant, very bright, and has an ambiance that fits date night as well as family night. No matter the tone you are looking to fit, Rose's Tacos is a win. Deciding to sit at the bar, we walked in, headed to our left and took a seat. Once at the bar, the bartender greeted us with a smile, welcomed us to Rose's Tacos, and provided us with menus. Rose's Tacos has a broad selection of food. Though it is a Mexican restaurant, there are a few American favorites on the menu. LoL!!! After taking a moment going back and forth on what I wanted as there were sooooooo many appealing options, I decided on a Steak Burrito with Fries and a Sweet Tea. Simple yet intricate. As we waited, the bartender delivered the complimentary Chips and Salsa and they set the tone for my tongue-readiness. LoL! The chips were crunchy and fresh. Not too salty yet salty enough. The salsa was flavorful and smooth with the right amount of chunkiness. Oh yes, Rose's Tacos understands the importance of a good Chip and Salsa to set the food tone. Once my food was ready and I could see the waitress walking it over, I felt my stomach smile. Haha!!! The playing was simple yet pretty and the food smelled amazing. The scents alone captured the attention of my taste buds and forced them to pay attention to what was on my plate. The Steak Burrito was filled with fresh ingredients, robust flavors, and perfectly done meat. The meat to fixins ratio was spot on and the grilled-ness of the shell married everything together so well. I'm talking Burrito perfection. The fries were well done just as I had requested and were golden brown, perfectly salted, and paired perfectly with the burrito. I mean geesh. What a better way to end a Friday night then with a great meal from Rose's Tacos! All is all, my experience at Rose's Tacos was stellar. From the service to the ambiance to the establishment itself. It was clean, customer focused, and inviting. I will definitely be back. Oh yeah, and the Sweat Tea... Yes Ma'ammmmmmmmmm. Whoever made that sweet tea knew I was coming because it was Southern Perfection.
