It was date night and I wanted to try somewhere new. Of course I was in the mood for tacos so I hopped on Yelp and searched and came across Rose's Tacos. Based on the food pictures and first three reviews, I was sold. I had to go. As Rose's Tacos is right in Downtown Fayetteville it was super easy to find and there was ample parking. As it was a Saturday night, the natural flow of the block added to the vibrant vibe that was coming out of Rose's Tacos as the e door opened and closed. I was already excited before even walking inside. Once inside, the sign advised us to seat ourselves so we sat at the bar. Rose's Tacos is super vibrant, very bright, and has an ambiance that fits date night as well as family night. No matter the tone you are looking to fit, Rose's Tacos is a win. Deciding to sit at the bar, we walked in, headed to our left and took a seat. Once at the bar, the bartender greeted us with a smile, welcomed us to Rose's Tacos, and provided us with menus. Rose's Tacos has a broad selection of food. Though it is a Mexican restaurant, there are a few American favorites on the menu. LoL!!! After taking a moment going back and forth on what I wanted as there were sooooooo many appealing options, I decided on a Steak Burrito with Fries and a Sweet Tea. Simple yet intricate. As we waited, the bartender delivered the complimentary Chips and Salsa and they set the tone for my tongue-readiness. LoL! The chips were crunchy and fresh. Not too salty yet salty enough. The salsa was flavorful and smooth with the right amount of chunkiness. Oh yes, Rose's Tacos understands the importance of a good Chip and Salsa to set the food tone. Once my food was ready and I could see the waitress walking it over, I felt my stomach smile. Haha!!! The playing was simple yet pretty and the food smelled amazing. The scents alone captured the attention of my taste buds and forced them to pay attention to what was on my plate. The Steak Burrito was filled with fresh ingredients, robust flavors, and perfectly done meat. The meat to fixins ratio was spot on and the grilled-ness of the shell married everything together so well. I'm talking Burrito perfection. The fries were well done just as I had requested and were golden brown, perfectly salted, and paired perfectly with the burrito. I mean geesh. What a better way to end a Friday night then with a great meal from Rose's Tacos! All is all, my experience at Rose's Tacos was stellar. From the service to the ambiance to the establishment itself. It was clean, customer focused, and inviting. I will definitely be back. Oh yeah, and the Sweat Tea... Yes Ma'ammmmmmmmmm. Wow! I was a happy man after finding this place. I needed some dinner in. Fayetteville decided to stop in this place at the Square. I sat down at the bar. Everyone around including the staff and patrons were super friendly. They had colonel draft which is super cool. I got the Beria tacos. They were freaking amazing! They have some homemade hot sauce that made everything even that much better. Overall, a great restaurant I will be back next time. I'm in Fayetteville! read more

We had tried another branch of this restaurant in Peachtree City, and since we were in Fayetteville around 6 p.m. on a Friday, we had decided we'd check this one out. They are located on the square on the south side in a row of other businesses. They have a large dining space with a bar along the left side as you enter. Parking is on-street, but there seemed to be plenty of spaces close by. Thought it was already crowded, we managed to get one of the last tables near the back. They seem to utilize the tag-team server strategy, as different people got our drink order, delivered drinks, and took our food order. I think it settled in to being the same person about half way through. Salsa and chips came out promptly and were tasty. The food was good. They don't have a completely standard Tex-Mex set of 30 combo meals, but they do offer a variety of dishes and they do have 2- and 3-taco combo plate. I opted for the 2-taco plate and got 2 different styles of tacos. It came with Mexican rice and refried beans. Prices were moderate. If I returned, I would try to arrive a bit earlier in order to avoid the height of their dinner rush. read more

I had VERY high hopes for this location as I just recently visited and reviewed here their Peachtree City location. Unfortunately, this visit was a let down, but I am willing to give this location another try in the future. Not sure if it was due to them being open less than a month, but it was a notable difference. The good: The staff! Honestly they were amazing and I ordered to go but almost wanted to sit at the bar because the bartenders were so friendly, welcoming and fun. Secondly, the menu was more expansive and had options that were not available at their Peachtree City location. As a person who loves options this is always enticing. The portions for to go were also great as sometimes restaurants can skimp, but that was not the case here. The decor and space was also nice and perfect for friends, family, or a date night. I honestly love the location! Being in the downtown area makes this small and pretty quiet town feel lively with the addition of Rose's. The not so great: I ordered some of the same things as I previously ordered from the Peachtree City location plus a few new items. This was the Mexican loaded fries, chicken and steak tacos, and the beef quesabirria tacos. The fries were not as flavorful and soggy, the quesabirrria tacos made me queasy, but I'm not sure if that was due to them being greasy, the type of cheese, or the consume. I couldn't even finish them. The chicken and steak tacos also weren't seasoned as well as before and just fell flat this time around. Although this isn't the review I was hoping for, I know as a brand they have potential so I do want to try them again in the future for both food and drinks as so many of the drinks looked delightful and other patrons seemed pleased. Off nights happen and maybe this was one, but I'd encourage you to give them a try and see what you think if nothing else to experience the customer service. read more

Overall this place stays pretty busy, I ran into issues with multiple beers not being in stock but overall the food was amazing, the salsa and chips were great with great flavor, the salsa/ hot sauce they provide with your meal in the bottles were excellent, the red bottle was my favorite with a little heat but not too much, the burritos were neat and packed very tight with good proportions, I would recommend this place for anyone looking for good Mexican food that taste semi authentic and not run of the mill Mexican food. read more

Normally I go to the Riverdale location, but it was a Thursday so we ended up at the Fayetteville location out of curiosity mostly. So glad we did!!! Everything was bueno! The margaritas is why I'm definitely going back! The food made me a repeat customer and the service is why I'm posting! We did not have margaritas so maybe that's the big draw. But lunch was meh. The server was super sweet and attentive. My husband got three tacos and he said the were all not good. I got a chicken burrito. It was fine. I only ate half. I ate the other half today. I grilled it a bit more and added more cheese and salsa. It was much better. read more

I like eating tacos so I visit many taco establishments around the country quite often, Rose's Chorizo Tacos were good and not too spicy, but they were a bit cold which I suspect were not freshly made but rather warmed up. Nevertheless, the restaurants service and environment were pleasant. read more

Recommend by a friend and drove 25 minutes to try it out with my husband and 3 kids. It was a great experience! The staff were all incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the food and drink selections. I got the Rose's quesadilla and the flavor was really nice. The steak was chopped into small pieces which was fine too because the flavor was so good. My kids got the quesabirria tacos and they demolished them. The rice was fluffy and the refried beans were tasty. My husband got the combo fajita and it came with a healthy portion of meat that tasted amazing.
