Ok never had problems before BUT this time was a MAJOR screw up!! My mom is vegetarian so FIRSTLY it is VERY annoying that they do not label which burritos are black bean and which are meat. Didn't catch the name of the young woman working the drive thru, but she was extremely courteous and polite- something I think most people take for granted when ordering on the go. I have pretty low standards for fast food spots. One of those standards is somebody should be available to take my order. Another is that the staff shouldn't be back in the kitchen arguing about their jobs while customers wait for anyone to come out. Finally, once someone comes out, it is usually polite to greet a customer and apologize/explain for making them wait 15 minutes... not treat them like a nuisance. I don't think my standards are too high, but this location couldn't be bothered to meet them. Just skip this location. Every once in a while I want something to eat that I normally do not go out of my way to even bother eating. Taco Bell is one of those places because they are just ok of an option if you are in a pinch. Since I had never used their mobile app, I received an offer that peaked my food curiosity. So much so that I ended up driving to this location that is far from my house because the 2 locations close to my house were closed. Placing the order in the app was a bit confusing and frustrating but after I got through it because I had to order in the app, the frustration was relieved by friendly employees. I was in hooptie ride where the windows don't roll down unless I want permanent outdoor air and it is pretty much on its last legs. told the employee at the window, that I apologized about having to get out to get our food but she totally understood and said she understands. No judgment. I appreciated that! Sometimes when I roll up in my hooptie, the judgment is real and I have received some less than stellar service at some places.
