I love Taco Bell but this location is horrible. I have given it several retries and they consistently fail to deliver fast quality food. They bagged my food for a dine in order. Items were so loosely wrapped that all of my taco contents fell out in the sack. One guy in front of me ordered a cheeze-it wrap via a mobile app and when he arrived they said that they didn't have any cheeze-its. He left empty handed. read more

I'm giving it one star because zero wasn't an option!! there was only two workers both were extremely rude. the bathrooms were destroyed. none of the food looked like it was cooked for any longer then 2 seconds. This location is the one nearest my house, so I frequent it the most. It's really luck of the draw what kind of service you get at this location. At times they will get your order perfect and have great customer service and other times the staff will have an attitude and not get the order correct. Overall, we've not had an experience bad enough to drive us away, and we understand the limitations and high turnover that come with the fast food industry so we're forgiving and repeat customers. read more

This place is pathetic, drive thru always backed up. I don't know why I keep giving them a chance, maybe because it's less than 5 minutes from house. Also I keep thinking it has to get better, how could owner or corporate let this place stay like this. It's been like this since it opened, think it's worse. There wasn't a line at the drive thru so I got the food pretty quick. When I got home and opened the tacos,the shells smelled strange and had a nasty taste. The shells were too oily, that was the smell and taste. We tried to get in touch with the store but no answer so we sent an email and still haven't heard back. You could prepare the three soft tacos I ordered from scratch faster than it took to wait on them here. When we received our seven items, four of them were incorrect and two of them were completely disproportionate to each other. This has to be THE WORST Taco Bell on the planet. They are excruciatingly slow, inept, and apathetic. Narcoleptic chimpanzees could do a faster, more accurate job and that's with naps thrown in. I stopped by about a half hour before they closed, there was one car ahead of me in the drive through. I placed a simple order, a combo of a burrito and taco. I asked for no sour cream or beans on the burrito. I then waited for about 20 minutes while cars piled up behind me, still with the one car in front of me. Cars started honking, the wait was so long. Eventually they gave the previous car one tiny bag and it was my turn. Not sure why the long wait for what looked like a small order, but then I waited another 10 minutes for my own small order, on top of the 20 I had already waited. They didn't apologize or even mention the long wait. They didn't interact with me at all except to thrust an arm out to take my payment and hand me a soda. They were too busy laughing and joking with each other to even acknowledge me. When they finally, rather rudely shoved my bag of food at me, I asked again, "no beans or sour cream, right?" because they are notorious for messing up orders (as I've experienced multiple times at this location). He assured me my order was correct and I drove the less than 5 minutes home. I ate my taco, but of course the burrito was filled to bursting with sour cream. And also tasted... odd. Like the meat was old or something. I went straight back, the time was now about 3:10. I told them what happened and he said something along the lines of, "We're closed, what do you want me to do about it?" I said, "I waited for 30 minutes for an incorrect order and you won't do anything about it?" The guy shrugged at me. They offered no assistance at all. I demanded something, since they wouldn't even give me my money back, and the guy gave me three vouchers for a free taco. I paid over 6 bucks for my combo, the three tacos wouldn't even cover that. I mentioned that and the guy looked at me like I was an alien and wandered off. So I drove next door to the Sunoco gas station and got two fresh, big juicy hot dogs for 2 bucks. I gave one star. Not because they deserved that many but because that's the lowest it goes. As you can see from the other reviews this place is slow and the employees suck. I live across the street from this location and if I want Taco Bell that bad I make a trip out of my way to any other location. Every time I would go here I would wait in the drive thru for at least 20-25 mins for FAST FOOD. Every time I would get a messed up order or a sloppy order that was put together fast. Which I don't understand...If it takes 20-25 mins to get through the whole process why is my order put together rapidly. Did you guys just stand around? Then realize you had customers waiting? I have no idea. The last time I went there I had enough so I asked for a manager. When he came to the window he seemed irritated and as I was talking to him he kept moving farther and farther away from the window as if he didn't want to talk to me. I asked him why every time I come up to the window I see people standing around doing nothing and it takes 25 minutes to get food. He had no answer and said "Have a great night"...............
