Stopped in on our way back from Tucson. Greeted and helped by friendly staff. Food was good, hot, and just the right portion size. Definitely will be back.

The big black long hair that was in my 5 layer burrito.

I eat at taco bell at least 2 to 3 times a week. Im not new to the chain, however this was my first visit to the Florence location, and will certainly by my last. I stopped at their drive through, and ordered the $5 cravings box which i have ordered several times in the past. I asked for a soft taco instead of crunchy when i placed my order. Ok, no problem they say. Well i get home, and noticed i got a crunchy taco instead. No big deal, mistakes happen. So i bight in to the crunchy taco, and the shell was so stale and chewy, not crisp at all. I then opened the Cheesy Gordita Crunch, and took a bite. The shell in that was stale and chewy as well. The outer flat bread was cold, cracking, and not even the least bit warm. Ok, so i thought, well, they can't screw up the cinnamon twist, can they? Well guess what, yes they can. The twists tasted of dirty fryer oil, i assume where they fry potatoes and chaloopas. The oil used was obviously dirty and needed to be changed. Ok, so i cant eat any of this. I am pretty disgusted at this point, but hey, i still have the 5 layer burrito to eat. Yum, cuz at this point i am starving. I take a bite, and it tasted very good. Yessss, finally, at least something in this box is edible. I take a few more bites and ooooh it was good! I am half way through this borito, and i am like what the ???? I am chewing and start pulling a big course black hair from my mouth, and saw that the other end of this long black hair was still inside the burrito. I spit it all out, and said ok, that's it, i'm done!! Never again will i eat anything from this taco bell. It was the worst fast food experience of my life. (And yes, i eat out often) If i could give the Florence location zero stars, i would!

Huge bag for a tostada, small burro and cheese sauce.

Wow,, The tacos I ordered were almost empty. Drive-through, Had I not driven halfway home I would've turned around and complain.

Manny is the owner. He's always around and sometimes even cooking. Brightly colored booths and tables as well as extra rooms in the back that you could book for a private event. Also, a drive thru available if you're in a rush. There's also a really nice bar in the back room. Lots of fun local artsy stuff around to look at. Good sized tv in the front room to watch the game on. On another note-know a good cook? Talk to Manny he's looking for someone!!! Could it be you?!?

But nope, it's been excellent and #1 Asada in the entire state of Arizona each time, and I'm happy. I will say, my first visit had the best service, but it hasn't been offensive; just okay I guess. They are certainly on the slow side, but it's a mom and pop local restaurant with like 2 people working it. I think expecting perfect everything is a bit silly. They do well enough. Anyway, I really like the home feel of the resturant. It's a bit small, but I feel like I am visiting my old friend(RIP) grandmother's house when I was in my early 20s. I really like it here. Please stop by. They'd be happy to have you.

The California burrito was very tasty, and the steak, potatoes, and onions were cut into small pieces to provide a good texture. The side of chopped lettuce and tomatoes added a freshness when mixed with each bite if the burrito. Also they had a good unsweetened iced tea which is often hard to find at restaurants. Service was very friendly. We sat ourselves, which I prefer, and each table is numbered. Menus are located table side and after the wait staff takes the order and brings the food - when you are finished, you go to the register to pay giving them your table #. Very efficient! Well, today happened to be Tuesday and outside of their door they had posted specials and one was for Taco Tuesday. Three tacos for about eleven dollars and some change. So I took advantage of that and ordered one adobada and two chicken tacos. The tacos were brought out with three bottles of salsa; one green, two reds at different spice levels. The tacos fell flat! The adobada was hard and crispy with little flavor. The meat was cut too small in my opinion, which may have resulted in its crispness. The two chicken tacos were bland, lacked flavor. I did like the fact they were cut thicker and were meaty and juicy. But it needed seasoning. The sauces also lacked flavor. None were spicy. Even the small bottled red salsa which I assumed was the spicier one wasn't spicy at all. After this experience, I don't think I'll be back anytime soon, but you'll never know! Like I said, I love Peruvian food; so maybe that's where their forte lies!

I'm definitely gonna have to keep an eye out for when they have the Ceviche on hand!

The tortillas were super soft and held mostly everything together, which I was not happy by the fact some of the ingredients may have been lost, just means I have to use a fork. The sauces that were included were full of flavor and added a great pop to the tacos. As long as I am out here I plan to return to Bebo's!!! A must! Gracia por todo!
