Former employee here. Seeing all of these reviews gives me bad memories honestly. All of our training was on the computer, our seasoned employees that were supposed to teach us treated us like shit, management rushed us basically saying every order had to be out in about 50 seconds or so and we'd get bashed if we didn't, no one showed us food safety, we would accidentally drop things and they'd just tell us "just put it out we don't have time to drop more we're in a rush" on top of other gross things. I was there august 2021 to Jan 2022 and reading the reviews from back then are really accurate to how thing were going. The system wasn't down, we had people on break and didn't have enough people to put orders out. Inside was closed cuz there were 2 people max and we could barely keep up with drive thru. Always shortages, people who did inventory were awful at it. Oil genuinely was always dirty. The card reader did really go down all the time and management never gave us enough change to give any out. God there's so much more I could go on about. Had employees stealing from the vault and getting drunk on the job then denying it was them when we found the bottles. The energy there was awful and everyone kinda just fed off of each others negativity. It was so bad that the franchise that bought us sold us and that franchise didn't do any better. I was fresh out of high school and having this place as a first job was horrid. Yes, people were drunk and high especially on the night shift, they were a bunch of scumbags. We were so excited when this Taco Bell opened very near us. I gave them 2 stars for the friendly workers and the food is warm. Sadly my order is ALWAYS missing something or as of today just plain wrong. It was correct on the screen. THEN...last week I placed a mobile order and then I drove to the restaurant and they were completely CLOSED. No notice or signs of why it was closed. But the mobile app took my money already. Everytime I come to this location the employee's are so rude. They rush your order to try to get you to finish talking and on top of that they dont even give you consideration or the time of day. First time I ordered 2 of the chalupa boxes and nacho supreme everything was there but the cinnamon twists that come with the box tasted like old oil! Gross! This is probably the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The service is mediocre at best. They are slow to acknowledge you at the drive-thru and, more than once, I have gotten burritos that are not properly rolled and the filling has fallen out into the bag. They also never post their breakfast menu. I ordered blindly once, and just had to ask the employee what breakfast items they offered and this morning I went there and it wasn't posted again and when I asked about breakfast items, she just told me that they had stuff, but they hadn't changed the menu yet. Both times, it was around 8 am, which is not even early for breakfast. This Taco Bell is right by my house, but I will be driving to further away locations from now on. Terrible customer service!!! First issue, drive through menu board has only one breakfast item and when I asked the person on the speaker what else I have for breakfast they told me it's on the menu. I told him there was nothing except a breakfast crunch wrap on the menu and they told me there's burritos on the menu which there are none.
