Slowest fast food ever! We timed how long it took to get our food from Taco Bell versus how long it took to get our food at Applebees. Applebees won hands down. 32 minute wait at Taco Bell. 27 minute wait at Applebees, but with Applebees we got appetizers in 10 minutes. Oliver really sure why it takes so long to get food here. The KFC side is definitely faster than the Taco Bell. Employee made it sound like they work separately. read more

To start off, the customer service is super slow and very rude. One day me and my friend waited in the line for 25 mins for 2 medium Baja blast, mind you there was one car infront of us. That's very disappointing. Me and my boyfriend had just went there, we order one of the deluxe boxes, then they continue to tell us they have none of the ingredient. I understand if you are out but be considerate to atleast take it down or put a sign up saying something so people don't wait in line for hours just to not get what they want. Mind you they never have anything as I've went on a Monday and they didnt have meat? Very interesting. Took 45 minutes for food to come out, and there was no syrup and soda, asked for a refill they said no, food was missing

Stood inside of the restaurant for fifteen minutes, no one helped. There were only two employees working during the middle of dinner rush. Both of them kept walking by and didnt even acknowledge the customers inside the store, they were complaining to each other for the restaurant to hear. I ended up walking out after another customer in the store threw most of his food away and said it wasn't good. read more

I would not recommend this particular Taco Bell. The service is extremely slow!!! No one was waiting ahead of me inside and just a few cars in the drive thru. You can easily wait 20-30 minutes for your food. This has not been the first time. The employees do not seem to care how long you are waiting. They move at a snail's pace. There were definitely enough employees there to prevent this from occurring! Cleanliness was questionable. I enjoy Taco Bell food but this will keep me from returning to this location! read more

We were in drive thru over an hour and than told items were not available and got home and the substitution was never given on a meal box. Each cars order was taking 30-40 minutes to fill. read more

The service that took our order from the drive through at like around 5:50 is rude, disrespectful, and racist, because my kids were just talking and laughing at each other because one of them couldn't pronounce one of the food items. Then when we got to the window she told my kid to shut up and to have manners and she told me to teach my kids to have manners. When my kid didn't do anything to her they were just living their life. She kick us out by said she doesn't want to serve us. She closed the door at us with mean attitude. read more

my entire order was wrong. waited over 30 min in line. ordered a cheese quesadilla for my son, got charged for a chicken quesadilla only cheese, .90 more but still. 12pc Cinnabon delights and got a 2pc. and a beef grilled cheese burrito but got a steak one. act like they couldn't hear me through the mic, the recept says what the mistakes are but I know what I said. i personally don't like the steak grilled cheese burrito and I have my children who loves Cinnabon delights as much as I do, so I asked for a 12pc. They closed at 9:50 when the sign specifically said "10:00 pm." Also they took over 10 minutes to get us our food in the drive through.

Every experience there lately is horrible. 2 nights ago I drove through in what I hoped to be a quick run before work. It took almost 10 minutes to get to the window and another 7 before anyone even bothered to greet me and take my money. They left the drive window open and I could hear them yelling at each other. Very unprofessional. Ended up missing 2 items but didn't bother to call because I was at work and couldn't go back and also didn't want to deal with them. Every person I have experienced there lately seems like they are on something. This place has gone to crap. read more

Just had a very upsetting experience with your store. We went through the drive-thru. Ordered two meals. We were asked to pull forward and wait. After 20 minutes we finally get our food. After getting home and starting to unpack our food, we find one of our items is messed up, even though the order is correct on the actual receipt/ticket. So we drive back to Taco Bell, which is about 15 minutes away from us, and tell them about their mistake. We ask for our food to be remade because after the 45 minutes of traveling and waiting, the rest of the food (which was correctly made), is soggy and cold. After ten minutes of more waiting they inform us they will not be making our food, but will just give us our money back-which by the way they almost shorted me my refund by $5. By now we have dealt with Taco Bell for almost an hour and a half, and they're refusing to even make our food. So now not only are we walking out without our order, but by this time almost everywhere else is closed. Some sort of action should be taken, and your employees be reminded of protocol and manners/respect when dealing with THEIR mistakes. read more
