While I can't speak on the in-door dining experience, I do frequent the drive-thru. Every time we come here we have always left satisfied. There were only a couple of occasions when the order was wrong, and they were immediately corrected politely and efficiently whenever they were brought up. I'd love to specifically note one of the managers, Ibs, who is incredibly helpful and kind. He handles customer service with compassion and approachability. Every experience I've had with the staff at this location has been pleasant. Overall, good food and good people. You can't go wrong at this Freddy's.

Service has been mixed depending on the time of day and whether or not they're training new employees. If they're training someone, stay away. They'll clog up an entire line to remove meat from a sub after it already on on the sub (didn't happen to me, but I saw it), then nitpick everything the new person does (damn near counting the lettuce leafs). It doesn't take two or three people to make a sub, salad or pizza, however here it can. It's just luck of the draw at this point... double meat isn't always double meat btw, just another place that tries to short change their customers. At least the food is consistent in quality, it's just quantity that bugs me about this location.
