Some of the worst service I have ever seen. It took 25 minutes to get my food and there were only 4 cars at 9:00pm. It was a simple burger and fries order nothing special. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Ordered last night and waited for an hour for them to tell us that they're out of ice cream and chili. Okay no big deal. They were super nice about it and explained the whole thing and I just decided I'd be back tomorrow to pick up the order instead. Stall 24's button was pressed repeatedly and never answered in the 20 minutes we sat there. Meanwhile the stall next to us had theirs answered after oh let's say 10'minutes. Sonic is a great place to stop when you're wanting to just relax and grab some quick food. The Sonic Drive-In in Radcliff, Ky is good but it has some downsides that is common throughout all Sonics I have visited. The first one that stands out to me is it is a bit pricey. The food is very good for fastfood, but I always leave regretting spending so much. You can expect to spend $10-12 for yourself to fill up. The second major downside to Sonic as a chain is the wait. I don't know if Sonics that are out of state are faster, but I always seem to wait a while to get my food. This Sonic does not have a Drive-Thru so you are forced to wait in the stall, which in my opinion, is all part of the Sonic experience but it may not be for everyone. These two factors are not enough to stop me from going to Sonic. I love their food and I think they have some of the best hamburgers and milkshakes in the area. If you are visiting, and do not have Sonic where you live, I would strongly recommend trying it at least once on the way to your destination. read more

This is one of my favorite fast food joints. Great deals and tasty drinks. They also have an added value meal where you can get tasty treats at a low cost. The drinks are usually the main reason I come to Sonic. From 2-4pm is there drink specials, drinks are all half off, and they have 99cent corn dogs. The options are endless when it comes to choosing the type of drink you'd like. The service is a tad slow. There is also not a drive thru option, like some Sonics have. Overall, customer service was friendly and efficient. I recommend trying the pretzel twist, it was warm and had the right amount of salt. read more

The grease is not changed and you stuff sits under the heat already cooked for hours. I wish I would have taken pictures but they don't clean out the machines or nothin. This is the slowest Sonic I have ever been to. Not only did I wait for 48 minutes on a cheeseburger with tots, when it came out it was completely cold and soggy. I don't expect much from a fast food place. Just hot food and no longer than a 20 minute wait. I've gone to this Sonics twice and left empty handed both times once by choice. First time Thursday night I got there at about 9:15 PM I order and everything. At 9:35 one of the workers see me and says "I'm sorry how long have you been waiting"? I reply "just 15 minutes there about" she then says back to me "oh well I'm sorry but we just closed". I don't reply and just drive to the Mcdonalds down the road. The 2nd time I went was on a Sunday morning. I order at 11:15 and don't get my food until after I reminded them that I still exist at 11:51. I then was asked if I wanted to add anything to my order which I said no. I understand mistakes happen and was happy enough to just get my food. They then give me my food and it's barely warm. I'm sorry but if somebody waits almost 40 minutes you can't give them barely warm food that food better be hot. Like literally if the persons already waited that long just make sure the food hot and fresh so it was at least worth the wait. I decide to get a refund and wait another 15 minutes to get that refund, at about 12:10 I finally am free to go. I'm extremely patient when it comes to restaurants. I worked in them when I was younger and understand that there are problems. People don't show up, you get busy, etc. However, this is the only time I've left a restaurant without my food. I waited about ten minutes to order, forty minutes for a single sundae before buzzing back in to ask about it, they answered and said it would be right out. I waited another twenty minutes before finally leaving. I do not recommend. Not too pleased with this Sonic. My wife and I came by to order some food. The places was pretty busy as it is near Ft. Knox. The timing of the service was to be expected as it was busy but our order was wrong. We ordered 2 double bacon cheese burger meals. One without lettuce, tomato and mustard with onion rings. The other with everything and fries. When we received our order my wife burger had mustard and my order I got tots. Both burgers had no bacon. Prior to leaving the carhop said they're busy as they have new workers. I can understand new employees slip up however with your meal displayed with whatever alterations you make, they shouldn't mess up. Hopefully the new employees will do better and I'll be sure to check all my orders read more
