The restaurant was extremely dirty, with overflowing trash bin. None of the staff members were willing to work the front counter. I saw an elderly gentleman get tired of waiting for assistance and try to use the self-ordering kiosk. When one employee noticed his struggle and tried to help, a woman with neck tattoos, who seemed to be the manager, said, "If he can't figure it out, he can just go somewhere else! Welcome to 2025!" A waste of time trying to order, I ordered a Catalina chicken quesadilla meal and 2 chalupa meal, all I got was a cold regular chicken quesadilla with the cheese still cold to the touch, two soft tacos and the chips, not even sauce except for a side of sour cream that I didn't order. No drinks, and everything felt like they didn't even warm it up slightly, and the chips were inedible with how salty they were. Thankfully DoorDash compensated my entire order but it was annoying having to even do all that when they could've just made the order right in the first place. Then when I got home I was missing half of my order called and the manager on duty said next time you come back talk to Jaylen or something. I told them I was coming back now because it's my dinner and when I got to the store not a single person would help me I was getting more and more aggravated. I have gone through the drive thru multiple times at different times of day. If you're only in line for 5 minutes, that's maximum speed here. I've waited as long as 22 minutes but the average is closer to 15 and that is even being the only person in line. read more

I am a DoorDash delivery driver and I have had several issues over and over again at this specific location. Today was the last straw. Usually in other locations the order is ready when I walk in, but they do not make the order until when I arrive. When I arrived today there were no cars in the Drive Thru and few other customers but I ended up waiting for over twenty minutes while they prioritized all other orders. Those who walked in after me had their orders completed before mine, and when I asked for the manager, she was very short and rude with me and simply told me I didn't have to go to that specific location. This time, I went there about 7:45 on a Tuesday night. The person taking my order seemed very happy. When I pulled around to the window, I knew why. There were several people in the drive up window and they were laughing and having a great time - at the expense of the food. First off I just want to say that I had the freshest cheesy gordita crunch today. Up until today my opinion and experiences were neither nor there. They aren't always the greatest but I've had much much worse. For some reason my kids keep finding tomatoes in their cheese roll ups but when I ask them if they make them with tomatoes they say they don't. They don't always make items the way I ask either. I'm not real picky, but my kids are and they don't like the jalapeño sauce on the cheese quesadillas so I just ask for them to leave the sauce off and I've lost count of how many quesadillas I've thrown away because my kids won't eat it due to the spicy sauce.
