Wow...back 2 back, I hate doing negative reviews, but service seems to be a thing of the past...seems the more we pay, and the more employees make to do a job, the worse it gets! I never brag on fast food places, but I stop by this location occasionally through the week to grab dinner. The last few times the same woman has been at the window and she is always SO PLEASANT. It seems to be a repetitive pattern not sure why but there's supposed to be a little more lettuce and meat I mean seriously. Some came even without lettuce. What's the point of asking me if the screen is correct if they're not going to look at it themselves? Stop asking me if I want to round up. How about you round down. Taco Bell in general is far too expensive for what you get. The burrito was so poorly made and was that a repurposed tortilla? The hair in the wrapper was a nice touch! Couldn't finish it, my dog was happy though. Try hiring a gardner for all the overgrown foliage along the drive through, that was my first clue this was going to be an unpleasant experience. Went here for breakfast on 6/4/2022. Ordered some standard items. Nothing special was requested. These are easy items, for any other Taco Bell to make. But not this one. AM Crunchwrap. Got crunch wraps, they had no sauce in them. One was broken open. This was not what you serve to a customer. I could make these better, and I have no training on how to make them by Taco Bell's training standards. 1/5 grade. It was not great. Coffee. Asked for coffee at 8:23 AM. The person taking our order said,"I don't want to break your little hearts but we don't have any coffee." 0/5 grade. They had no coffee during breakfast. Wanted napkins. The worker said,"We are out of napkins, you will have to use your sleeves." 0/5 grade. You have no napkins? Or you don't want to get them from the stock room? I wonder? Recap. You make the food wrong. It's missing things like the sauce. You don't have coffee. You have no napkins. Your staff is not nice, they seem inconvenienced by being at work. Overall 1/5 grade. This taco bell is always a miss , never the right food what you ask for and the food is always mid . I asked for an extra chicken on a bowl which I was charged or and there was maybe 5 pieces of chicken in the bowl plus the awful proportions .yall need a real grown manager running this show instead of these young cats . The girl at the counter called it "ghetto bell". It seriously is the slowest, most jacked up taco Bell i have been to in a while. If you try to venture in around lunch time, you will wait for 15-20 minutes for your cold burrito and broken tacos. About 1/2 the time I have been there, the soda fountain was broken or the ice machine wasn't working and leaking on the floor. Because of the water on thee floor, I have fallen. It wasn't like I didn't see the wet floor signs, but the water was so extensive and the floor was super slippery. Go to Ghetto Bell at your own risk. read more

Taco Bell's Cheesy Chalupa is Back!!! This Chalupa is very Cheesy and Flavorful, it will not disappoint you!! This $6 meal is affordable and tasty. My cousin and I purchased this meal often when they had it a few months ago and were disappointed because it was "A limited of time special" but she contacted me and told me it was back on the market and I had to get it! This meal comes with a hard or soft shell taco and cinnamon twists, you can also substitute the twist for nacho & chips if you like. Today I ordered a combo box that included nacho cheese and chips. I opened the little cup of nacho cheese to find that it was half full. I went up to the counter and was told by two staff members in unison, " you only get one pump". Seriously!!!! Maybe your pumper isn't working. I've never had a nacho cheese cup half full. This place gave me the wrong order which was garbage, I tried reaching to the business but no one answers. Made a formal complaint with taco bell. Called every week for a month was told I would be contacted by the manager of this store to reimburse me $21.22 I paid for a product I did not receive. Never received a call, no one helped resolve this. I was willing to let them fix me the right order but they never reached out. The 1-800 complaint number does nothing to resolve this. I have been nothing but polite and respectful and feel I don't deserve to be ripped off. In the end customer complaint said all they can offer me was coupons after wasting my time calling and following up for a month. I told them that option no longer works for me, I no longer want to do business with taco bell because of how they failed to handle this case. I just want the people to know that if you have a problem, this place does not care, don't waste your time complaining for resolution. read more

I would NEVER recommend you stop here, but unless you want your order to be messed up and to be talked to like a dog by one of the employees. This one man that works there is so disrespectful, rude, and always messes up your order. I'm not sure how or why he still has a job here. Drove up to the window with my boyfriend in a good mood and laughing, the lady asked what we would like and before my boyfriend could speak the same man that always is disrespectful and messes our order up says rudely says "what you laughing at bubba" as if we insulted him and my boyfriend profusely apologized although we did nothing wrong. This place is always hit or miss. They have several staff that are gracious and go out of their way. However, when they miss it is bad. I was stuck in the drive thru for 47 minutes for a taco. The food here is usually good, but expect to spent 10-12 mins for your food. Do yourself a favor and go next door to Miguel's. You'll get your food at the same speed, maybe faster. read more

It's fast food; it's acceptable. That's not what I want to review. I want to review the service I received on November 9, at about 7:30pm. I was the only one in the store, with a few cars at the drive-thru, but, I was treated like a VIP. Four employees smiled a genuinely warm, non-patronizing smile, treated me with friendly respect, and handled my order quickly and efficiently, along with the drive-thru customers. Refreshing not to be treated like a cash cow or be virtually ignored. Whoever trained them did a great job.
