Poor service. Extremely rude workers. They're open until 2am and get upset when a customer comes in an hour before closing. If it were 10 minutes before closing I could understand being so rude and hateful, but cussing about my order, where I can hear everything, when there's at least an hour before closing is just ridiculous. I always try to be respectful to anyone working in the food service as I understand how some people can be. But if you hate your job this much then maybe it's time to find a new one? read more

Order through app. They leave out 2/10 items. Return, they give out a burrito instead of 2 Doritos locos, I call and they hang up on me. They did get it right the third time. There wasn't even an apology. Taco Bell has gone down hill. read more

This visit was the second time my on-line order was not on the pick-up list. In addition to the lost register operators, the food appeared to be out and reheated when I ordered. The staff here are very friendly, food items fresh and dollar snack menu items are a good deal. However, much of their regular menu items are over priced and falsely advertised. For example we tried the steak and egg crunch wrap. The tv ad shows large pieces of steak and the wrap is large. But in reality this item only has a few very small pieces of something that is supposed to be steak and the wrap is flat and Maybe a third of the size that is advertised. read more

I really wish I could post videos or pictures. We went in taco bell to eat and waited to order. A not busy time at all with dirty tables and workers laughing and joking in back. Food.... where is the taco meat?? We have had taco bell plenty of times. This isn't the normal or consistently compared to other taco bells. Been here for 20 minutes to see any worker out to clean. We are the only 3 here. No workers ever come out from back to clean or check on anything. Very uncomfortable and unfortunate that there are so many workers in fast food that do nothing. I know how it is to work and represent where you work. This place could be great if workers care or in manager cared. read more

I dont eat at fast food chains very often so I dont have a lot to compare this taco bell to but I do know that what happened with order cant be the norm. The food was so sloppy, wet and soggy that I couldn't eat it. I ordered soft tacos and the taco was so wet that when i lifted the paper wrapper the taco fell right through the damp bottom. This is a review of the breakfast at Taco Bell. As far as the rest of goes, I think everyone know the type of food you find at Taco Bell. The inexpensive bastardization of Mexican faire that seems to be fuel for stoners, drunks and video game aficionados. Not saying that I don't enjoy it from time to time. However, I had heard of a taco made from a waffle (just as I had once heard of a taco made entirely of Doritos), and my curiosity was piqued. Heath and digestion be damned, I decided to allow myself to try it out. And the review is... ...It's not bad. For a fast food joint, the eggs taste like eggs. That is novel. They are scrambled and served atop a sausage patty or with bacon, and topped with cheese. Served with a packet of syrup. They also have a very nice little breakfast burrito-ey thing called the AM Crunch Wrap. That one is really good! A hashbrown and eggs in a tortilla with either bacon, sausage or steak, and a mildly spicy sauce. Actually, I DO really like that, and I would choose it if I were a regular consumer of fast-food breakfasts. Be warned though: the Crunchwraps are between 650 and 710 calories, and chock full of salt. read more

Since my last visit 9 months ago things have gone down hill with this restaurant. One late night I ordered some food after work and it had a hair in it just like the order 6 months before. This place is just gross. One day there was a heavyset girl at the drive thru window and #1 you could see she wasn't very clean her hair looked greasy and she had on a black coat COVERED in white cat hair. When working in a food establishment you should be clean. Needless to say I willl NOT be going back here again. read more

Things have certainly improved here. I stopped for breakfast while driving to Skyline Drive. Coffee, breakfast burrito, veggie skillet and hash browns. All of them were really good. Staff was also really nice. My breakfast arrived literally 2-3 minutes. No complaints with this place anymore. read more

THE FOOD: Well, I'm assuming if you are going here then you know what the food is like. I mean, how much can one Taco Bell vary from the next? THE SERVICE: This Taco Bell must be staffed with the most ignorant people in Front Royal (and that is quite a statement). I mean, I swear they must only hire the applicants who fail all the job requirements. True story--one time when I was at the drive-through, I looked over and I saw one of the "cooks" outside the back door smoking a cigarette--with his food prep gloves still on. Nasty! read more

I went here on my lunch break and it was a huge mistake. First, I notice they didn't give me a straw which was supposed to be, "in the bag." Then, I had ordered a Mountain Dew, which apparently means a Baja Blast, yes, it is a Mountain Dew product, no it is not a Mountain Dew. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme with extra sour cream (.45 cents) which isn't a lot of money but, I didn't have any sour cream at all and they still charged me for it. Plus, the wrap had a hole in the middle of the tortilla so all of the contents of the wrap came pouring out. The man was very nice and polite but by the time I was half way down the road and trying to get back to work, I didn't have time to turn around and fix the problem.
