My wife and I absolutely love this spot. We lived in California for over 25 years and this is our go to Mexican restaurant. We drive all the way from Snellville for the top notch service and food. Oscar Jr and his excellent staff do a great job. The bartenders Mario and Brandy know what they are doing and make excellent cocktails. As for the food, well one thing is for certain, they do not mess around with their portion sizes when it comes to their specialty plates. My kids love the quesadillas and burritos. Honestly, I can't think of a single thing we have gotten that I did not enjoy. Arrived at 5pm on this past Sunday. About 50% occupied at the time. Chips and salsa promptly brought to table. Asked for drinks. We all got water. After a few minutes looking at all of our options we decided. Shrimp tacos for the wife, chili relleno with beans and rice, DIL for pollo relleno with beans and rice and my son got beef burrito with lettuce, rice, cheese, and topped with queso blanco with beans and rice. Also as a date the kids got a beef intestine street taco and a beef tongue street taco. Although, their minds got to them they could not eat them. So I ate them and all of us were only able to finish half of our meals since they were large plates. The food was authentic Mexican food with attention to quality and freshness.
