I've never had a problem with this Taco Bell they have fast service and the place is clean, the employees are nice. Food is good and hot.

The nacho bell grande had maybe 1 tablespoon worth of ground beef. I think the taco had more meat than the nachos. I went back to the register and very nicely asked them to add more meat. The front register lady asked the manager who told her without even looking at my order " she can buy more meat if she wants more meat". It was incredibly rude and condescending. read more

I went inside ordered on kiosk and put that I was paying cash. Waited 15 min. and asked where my food was. Was told you have to pay before they make your food. I paid, 10 min. Later still no food. Asked for money back and managers name. Refused to give me their name or managers name. As I went out the door another employee was coming g in and told me I was rude and to never come back. Worst Taco Bell that I have ever dealt with. Was in town visiting family it was around midnight on a Saturday night when I arrived at the drive thru. I was certain they were open however when I got to the drive thru the electronic menu was down. I informed the employee and he stated that after 10:00 pm they are not allowed to have the electronic menu on per HR. This sounded like a complete lie. So I went through the drive through, got both drinks and my bag and they said hats all the food, this was two separate orders and as we pulled off only one order was in the bag, common mistake as I came back and went to the door, a lady opened it for me after 10 and she asked what happened, I said it was just a mixup and that I didn't get food, she came back with a bag with what I thought we were missing and it was actually a duplicate of the order we already had, I walked back up and was approached by a guy this time named Marcos at the Glen Rose restaurant, he came up very aggressively saying I need to go back through the line because they are closed in the lobby. I asked why I couldn't get it and they didn't get it fixed, he started yelling in my face saying I needed to go through the drive through, then the shift manager named Sydney came to the door and rudely said to leave after I just asked why I couldn't get it right then since they messed up. I shouldn't have to go back and wait through the line. We ended up getting a refund after rudely having to basically negotiate with Sydney, after we left an employee told me that Marcos said he "should have hit me". read more

When I arrived there was 2 cars in the drive thru 2 customers waiting on their orders. My order took close to 30min to make. I honestly wasn't in a hurry but seemed long considering I saw at least 5 or 6 employees. When I received my order it was missing a burrito and cinnamon twists. I also had to ask for my drinks. The chicken quesadilla I received was basically all tortilla and sauce. Maybe 2 peices of chicken and hardly any cheese. When I went to use the drink machine the Baja blast was all seltzer, I'm a reasonable guy so I settled on classic dew. I took a sip of that and quickly dumped my cup and threw it in the trash. The OG mountain dew was also Seltzer with a hint of green for color. I understand it's taco bell but come on it's not rocket science. It wouldnt have even done this review but I've only been to this taco bell 3 and everytime there's been issues. Missing food Everytime. Do better Glen Rose taco bell, I want to have a relationship with you but all I'm seeing is warning signs.
