Very very rude employee ... will never ever go to this restaurant again !! I placed a large order over $50.00 from the Long John Silver's menu, when I got it I was missing an item, when I asked about it, the young man who prepared my order told me I was wrong ...and in a very defensive tone that I did not order two and he had made what I ordered. I said I wasn't arguing I just want to get my order correct ... he became defensive again & told me I had only ordered one. I asked for a manager (who told me they were just very very busy) ... I guess that excuses rudeness. I left very unhappy. I will be taking my business elsewhere ... the Long John Silver's at 19th Ave & Bell has a better selection & nice professional employees !!! read more

Been to this location several times as it's the closest taco bell to my house, my last visit I was one of two people inside the restaurant and it took 25 minutes to get my L7 combo. The service is always consistently slow. And it always seems like they are understaffed as I've never seen more the. 3 people behind the lines...also I think they may cook the chicken and fries in the same side of the fryer as the fish because it sometimes has that fishy smell and taste to it. Also this location doesn't allow you to order long John silvers thru the drive thru, you have to go inside to order it. read more

I am quite the Taco Bell connoisseur. Tonight, when I pulled up to order a cheesy gordita crunch and perhaps a cheesy bean and rice burrito, the guy at the window immediately alerted me that they are out of tortillas. I have a lot of questions as to how Intocable can run out of tortillas, however I appreciated his efficiency in notifying me of this horrible news. just drove through this location a couple minutes before closing. we were right behind a truck and when we got to the speaker it was exactly 11. the gentleman through the speaker told us they were closed and we tried to explain that we were behind the truck before 11. nope, he didn't even let us order and his excuse was that they were "basically out of food". we asked what they had on hand, he said nothing. to me it sounded like they were too lazy to make anything for us to eat, unacceptable. he didn't even bother to apologize. bad image on your restaurant. read more

I really don't know why I continued to go back, but this trip is the last. The last 4 times I've been, I order taco supremes. I pay for taco supremes, but I don't GET taco supremes. This last trip I ordered and PAID FOR 6 crunchy taco supremes, 6 regular soft tacos and a chalupa supreme (which had a stale shell). They put everything in one bag with the supreme tacos on the bottom. You guessed it, they weren't SUPREMES!!! I called the restaurant to finally complain to the manager. The phone rings for one minute straight, then picks up with dead air and then hangs up on you. If you enjoy paying for items you don't receive, then you'll probably like this place. Meh I think this place is ok. Every time my bf and I go in and get food there's this smell. Smells like a sewer. I don't know if it's that the bathrooms haven't been cleaned in so long or if they have a piping problem or what. It's gross. None of the other Taco Bell's I've been to have had this problem. None. This is the only one. The food is good though. Soft tacos come with a little too much lettuce in my opinion. Less meat and cheese and more lettuce. I'm taking half of it off cuz it's so much. this taco bell is the closest one too me & when i tell you i eat taco bell every day, i eat it EVERY DAY. last friday night, i wanted some chalupas so i drove there only to be treated like crap. the employee was unbelievable. i looked over at my cousin & said,"wow this employee is being so rude." i ordered 6 chalupas & got to the window. the employee took a couple of minutes to come to the window only to say,"because i'm so rude you can deal with my manager." & walked away laughing. all of the employees were messing around & laughing. i felt embarrassed & just treated like crap. the "manager" came, who knows if it was even the real one, & didn't even apologize for her employees rude behavior. she gave me my food & i left. you can believe i won't be returning & will be going out of my way from now on. read more

Typical Taco Bell with typical Taco Bell menu (other than the Popeye's Fish they serve from the same kitchen/counter). Not sure if some of the people in the kitchen could speak English. One employee on break sat in front of a small TV in the seating area which was VERY LOUD and ANNOYING. Every table was dirty despite it not being very busy, and the bottles of condiments at the "fixin's" bar were filthy. Can't beat the prices, though. As usual, I left "stuft" on two bucks. read more

Wednesday may 24th approximately 730, I ordered 3 tacos. 26 minutes later I asked about my order in which the three guys just looked at me saying nothing. Went to the drive through ordered combo #7 chicken Quesadilla and literally it was 2 1/2 slices. not much chicken then when I called and started to tell them that it was the size of 21/2 slices then asked for the manager he said he was the manager and started to tell me I don't need to talk to him the way I did. I told him how would he like it if he drove there in the rain and got home to find Quesadilla 21/2 slices big? They need to teach their employees how to make there meals not to cheat the customer with less chicken and size wise and then teach the manager how to manage and be respectful. I worked in sales and customer service and we never told the customer how to talk to them because I never used fowl language of threaten him. So TACO BELL you need to get on some teaching skills!! This could be avoided if upper management would coach and teach their team. It will be a long time before I visit this place, I hope in the future, that many people do not experience the what I have experienced tonight. Just disrespectful high school kids running this store. My order is ALWAYS wrong. This place never fails to make me hate going there. It took over 30 minutes just to get a single burrito. Then I asked for no sour cream, and once I got to the window I asked to make sure there wasn't sour cream. They weren't sure so they had to open my order. Which took even longer.
