Update: This time the lady was super nice service was very good. The food looks and smells delicious instead of crappy and thrown together like before. I don't know who did what but it has been a lot better tonight! And they were only out of fries, probably because they are delicious! Every single time we come here something is always broken. They offered me water, pink lemonade, or orange juice! Then said they were out of mild sauce. Why did I even stop? The reason I never left a review was because I didn't want to leave a negative one. But geez..... They check your card, ask you for I.d. If you are using a card, then they are out of everything! And rude to boot. I give up. Another dissatisfied customer. We were here for lunch on a Friday; something was wrong with the fryer so no fried items. They insist you use the kiosk instead of talking with a human, and when you do see a human they're on the phone with someone else. (They did relent when one elderly lady simply couldn't figure out the kiosk.) I'm sure this is efficient but it's impersonal and I don't like it. The kiosk does offer multiple options to customize your order, so we did, and then they didn't label the food so we didn't know whose was whose (we're vegetarians - we both got crunchwraps). At one point there were seven people waiting for food; it shouldn't take 45 minutes to get a lunch order at a fast food place. read more

me and my good friend are very disappointed with the service that we got at this Taco Bell today. When I ask for no sour cream, I mean no sour cream. It isn't cold for let's shoot a load into a taco and make it taste Disgusting. tacos aren't even supposed to have sour cream on them in the first place. Also, why are my cinnamon stale when they literally come the bag? They taste really really soapy and also are sale. I should've just gotten Wendy's nearby. Don't go even if it's 3 AM and it's the only one open don't find another. also completely unrelated to this post. Their drive-through layout is very very weird and I have almost gotten stuck in it multiple times with my big car. Horrible customer service not only do they take a long time but no one acknowledges you. My son and I went in to order at the kiosk since no one is ever at the counter. He had a question and 3 people looked at him when he asked his question yet no one answered him. I had to go and get loud for someone to acknowledge our presence. Waited about 20 minutes for our order. Taco Bell is not that busy and if you have 8 employees they should not all be in the back. This location needs to be shut down. This is the slowest Taco Bell EVER. Multiple times I have ordered food and then ended up having to sit and wait in their drive-thru for 20-30 minutes?!? On top of that every time I have been there my order is cold or messed up in some way. Nearly every time I drive by I glance over and see that there is almost always at least eight cars waiting wrapped around their building. I don't understand how one location can literally be so bad?!? ....and YES, of course I know it's only Taco Bell and I don't expect a miracle but this location is just beyond bad. The level service, cleanliness and timeliness at this location are literally the worst I've encountered nationwide. Nonexistent. I think they would benefit greatly from a compete employee and management overhaul. Because something here is most definitely wrong. Okay so I've been to this Taco Bell many times and usually is pretty sub par and orders usually wrong BUT I think they got new management and some staff because I went about a month ago and my veggie items were incorrect and the wait was kinda long but the lady manager apologized and gave us a coupon for two free meals and was very polite and helpful. so we came in today and everything went well except there was a tiny mix up on one taco and one veggie burrito had meat pieces on it but it's understandable and we just told them and Robert was extremely helpful and listened very well on the instructions. As far as fast food goes, Taco Bell is still one of the best. I know they get knocked (rightfully so) for using poor quality ingredients, but it always tastes amazing. There are some bad reviews for the service at this particular location, but Sunday mornings have always been great for me. Looking at past reviews for this location, it hasn't got much better. Even after the renovations, the service is slow and order much of the time is slightly wrong. Employees are friendly most of the time. Drive thru design horrible. Thought it would get better with the renovation, but nope. Once you commit to drive thru you can't get out, you're stuck.
