On August 13th at 3:00Am my doordash driver was waiting for 30 minutes before the STORE DECLINED my order in over 300 orders of doordash i've never had the store completely decline a order i will be there tommorow to ask what happened. I'd assume they just don't do there just and are smoking weed in the back or having sex in the break room. Ordered ahead for pick up in store for 4:45 pm on 12/30 (Tuesday) get to store and it's locked and I am forced to sit in drive thru line.

If I could give zero stars, I would give zero stars. I stop here sometimes after I drop my little one off at school to grab something quick and it just seems like they are never open. They're supposed to be open. It says 9 AM when I looked it up and I tried it again today even though I knew it was probably gonna be the same thing as every other time and it was a waste of time because they were still closed. I don't know if somebody's in the back room or if they're just running late or what's going on. I even tried to call and there was no answer. It rang twice and then went to voicemail. When I did come here one time in the evening and they were open, they were out of everything and it was like 8 PM at night so I just don't know what's going on behind the scenes, but it is not ran well at all. read more

This Taco Bell location has regularly declined to take drive thru orders after 2:00 AM, instructing customers to use DoorDash or Uber Eats instead. This is disappointing and inconvenient, especially since their posted hours state they are open until 5:00 AM. Very lazy workers! read more

I stopped here for lunch because the the nachos bellgrande is really the only thing that I get at TB and only for a work lunch and if you follow me you know that I love real Mexican food because I stop all the time at real Mexican restaurants. The drive through was fast considering how bad most chain restaurants were before C19 so that was nice. I ordered the nachos bellgrande with hot sauce because it's not very large/heavy for a lunch and I have not had one in a couple years but I was surprised that it went from $3 something to $5 something and the size was bigger than I had on my last visit, I just wanted a lite lunch. The nachos are no longer in a round plastic container and it's in a rectangular paper box now and bigger. My nacho order I received didn't match anything on the TB menu from their website price wise or looks wise for some reason and I will post a picture from the website to show you my confusion. The nachos looked pathetic with sparse toppings uneven placed on the chips like who ever made them just didn't give an F so half of the nachos had most of the toppings and the other half was mostly chips. It's a good thing that they put like 10 hot sauces in the bag because I used them all to get some flavor on most of the chips in a consistent way. I'm not going to lie but even though I'm giving 2 stars today I'm probably going to go back because it's fast and it fits into my lunch schedule time wise for the drive and eat time. read more

This tacobell is absolutely terrible. They take their sweet time with your food, they bring their kids to work and lock the dining room. They're always out of drinks, and the system is down half the time so you have to order through the mobile app. They are not polite at all, they look upset with you even if you say thank you. This is literally the worst Taco Bell in the Milwaukee Metro Area. Taco Bell's in the hood are ran better than this one. My god they are the most rude, they NEVER have anything in stock and have mutiple signs out front that they are a breakfast location only to say their location doesn't carry breakfast. This is in the running for the worst Taco Bell in Milwaukee County, tied with the one in Franklin on 76th & Rawson and the one on 27th & College. No matter what you do, they will screw up your entire order. Ordered 2 bean burritos no onion tonight and a soda. Both burritos were LOADED with onions. When I drove around the building to complain and get them fixed, the employee looked at me like I was ruining their night. The staff is rude, management doesn't care, the restaurant is never clean. Did a Doordash order and found that they don't offer the Breakfast Salsa anymore. I searched high and low on the Doordash website for that Salsa, and nope, wasn't to be found. Just for the heck of it I logged out and just went on a website hunt to see if it popped up anywhere, and it did. The Salsa makes their Breakfast items, just like the other sauces make their other items. So I ordered the mild, hot and fire, since now they have a 15 pack limit for each also. I don't know about you, but I can add at least 2 packs to one of their small breakfast burritos, three on their wraps. I just find this odd that they don't even offer it on their website thru Doordash anymore. And don't even bother trying to call them, they don't pick up the phone. Tried 6 times, 2 were cancelled when they hung up on me. The other 4 went into a old phone modem type of ring, really weird since nobody I know still uses one of those. So far the food itself has been good, but when I run out of the sauces I have I'm sure it won't taste the same. Sure would've been much better with the breakfast Salsa ! read more

This place is terrible. If they're going to advertise that they're open late then they need to learn how to actually serve food late or just close. I've stopped by 4 times late at night (between 11pm and 2am) within the last month and no matter what time I've stopped I've been told there will be a 30 minute wait on food and offered a complimentary drink. I don't want a drink, I want food. If it's happening this many times at so many different times overnight then this is nothing but an excuse for them not to work or serve customers. Fire the night people and find people who actually know how to serve food because this is pathetic and ridiculous. read more

This location has to be the worst. I approached the drive thru and was told that they had a meat shortage and it was about a 30 minute wait. I said okay, was told to pull around and wait. I come back about 20ish minutes later and see people in the drive thru so I approach the speaker again. The lady working on June 27th at 11:18 pm was insanely rude. She kept talking over me and being extremely disrespectful towards me. I tried to be as nice as possible but she kept talking at me in a disrespectful manner. I ended up driving off, but I am very displeased with this customer service. This isn't the first time this has happened to me or others, and I doubt it'll be the last. read more

Be aware that when you order a $5 Box, it's not five dollars, even though the sign advertising it on the drive through menu says in huge letters $5 Box. They charge you $5.49 and claim it's written somewhere on the sign. Apparently small enough that you won't see it. Talked to the "manager" and he said that's a "Corporate" price but that the franchise's can charge whatever they want. Also claimed no other Taco Bell in the area charges $5. That is a blatant lie. Taco Bell gets 3 stars because, well, it does what a taco bell does and is quite adequate at it. Sometimes I get a nice full taco, sometimes really skimpy....the same variance at any of them. I do have to provide a warning though. On our most recent visit, we paid for our order with a credit card. Within days, our CC company called us and questioned us about some recent charges. There were 2 charges at tobacco shops (neither of us smoke) and an attempted charge at Pick N Save that didn't go through. 0 stars for the employee who copied our number and either sold it or used it himself. And yes, it was a HE because the name on our receipt was Michelle, but a guy was the one who was actually working the register. We didn't have to pay for the fraudulent charges, but the fact that we had to go through the trouble of getting new cards issued, waiting for them to get mailed and changing our automatic billing was kind of a pain in the butt. This place has to be one of the worst Taco Bell's ever. First of all I placed a mobile order and when I got to the drive through speaker they said their systems are down so they only expect orders placed right there with them. Which then doesn't allow me to get my bonus points. Clearly the system was up and running and they were to lazy so they decided to try to avoid getting orders. The chicken quesadillas had absolutely no sauce on them and also the cheese was still just like it comes out a of package not melted and the nacho and cheese the cheese was almost hard as a rock. Then when I asked for my receipt they again told me they can't do that and I ask how am I suppose to get my rewards and they told me oh just come back tomorrow for it like are you serious? This place needs to management or shouldn't even be open that late just for them to horse play and use their phone all night shift because they have nothing else to do. read more

This location used to really be reliable but it has gone downhill, espeically late at night- various ingredients were missing- don't want to say too much in case I try back because I don't want them to mess with my food. When I have dined in the restaurant it has gone a lot better- another benefit of dining in is that you can check your whole order over easily. Sadloy I have to agree with the recent bad reviews for this location, which even a few months ago was better. I think some late night employees may still care, but there is at least one late night guy who doesn't care at all about getting the orders right. read more

It's Taco Bell... when you just have that craving you need to go. The restaurant was clean and looked newly renovated. The service was quick and polite. The food quality was what you would expect. This location has been very hit or miss for me over the years. I typically go through the drive-through. There has always been longer than normal wait time at this location. A lot of times they get the order incorrect. They sometimes get the order is correct though. The quality of the food is also hit or miss. Some days it seems really fresh. Other days things will be soggy and the food seems less than fresh. It could just be that sometimes it's really sloppy. I don't expect anything more from Taco Bell. read more

Disappointed. This location has typically done a great job with service and food quality. However, tonight I took the time to write my first review ever, just to express my frustration with the service from one particular individual who took my order through the drive through. This young skinny male teen with glasses was rude, unprofessional, and extremely unmotivated to be there. Waited nearly 5minutes in front of his window just for a few packets of sauce he never even offered in the first place. I have been to this location several times, and have always had a good experience. The staff is friendly. I'm glad that Taco Bell (and other fast food places) have the screen at the drive thru so you can see if your order has been entered correctly. Horrible service at the drive thru. We had to correct the lady taking our order several times because she kept putting the wrong thing on the screen.
