I got the double decker taco, 7 layer burrito & apple empanada along with my free senior drink. My son ordered the supreme luxe box. Our food came out in about 7 minutes. i understand closing a store is exhausting and you simply aren't in the mood for the late comers but it's still YOUR job . my car and the car in front of us waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes ( the other car claimed to have waited 25 )minutes before 3AM . we all went inside after waiting, the car in front of us claimed the mod of shift told them they'd be with them in a moment. when entering the restaurant the mod on shift ( pictured below ) claimed it wasn't him and the female voice ai had said it. to which the car claimed it was a human male voice that had told them ,, after being refused service by the same man in the picture ,, i asked for the general managers number to which i was told " figure it out sweetheart " and was called ridiculous . not only was he rude to us but he also treated 2 door dashers waiting in the lobby the exact same way, locking the doors on us and telling us to " figure it out it's not my problem " can i get in touch with a manager for the way we were treated tonight?? this was extremely disrespectful to myself, my party, the other car, and the door dashers . extremely upset with my experience here. read more

Every time I go there, it's something. Both this and the location on High Street are both terrible. The one in Oxford, too. Just went there to get my wife some lunch before she has to go back to work. She wanted the Cantina Crispy Chicken Box. -That comes with a medium drink, I asked for a large, got a medium. -Cantina Crispy Chicken Soft Taco with Creamy Chipotle, got a hard shell beef taco, no creamy chipotle sauce. -Beef Chalupa Supreme, got a toasted cheddar chalupa with grilled chicken, still no creamy chipotle sauce. -Beefy 5 layer burrito, got a burrito with beans, beef, and sour cream, one tortilla instead of two. - The chips were fine. Since my wife doesn't do hard shell tacos, she gave it to me. I was already getting her chalupa cause she doesn't do those either, and chips. So she had nothing to eat, basically, just the burrito. And she was pissed about the drink. Of course I tried calling several times and nobody answered. They didn't even give me a receipt. I'm done going there. The customer service at this place is a joke. Mainly just one woman. Don't think she likes working there because her attitude should have gotten her fired a long time ago. Feel bad for the people in front of me that had to deal with her. She forgot the drinks for the customer in front of me then when asked about the drinks she had an attitude about it while giving them the drinks. I also had the fun interaction with her as I was leaving with hands full of food and drinks. She was coming in from taking an order out to a customer and thought she might be so kind to open the door for me but I thought wrong. Instead she let me open the door myself with my foot but she did do me the honor of blowing a huge cloud of her vape pen into my face as I walked out the door. When I picked up my order, the burritos were there, but instead, they gave me one taco and one beefy burrito. they close the dining room at like 8 o'clock so you have to sit in a line with eight cars and when you drive a manual or at least you want to sit down and relax and eat some food, you can't go inside and eat. Traveling through with grandbabies. Stopped at drive through. 2 cats in front of us....took forever!!!!! Finally got to window for pick up ..figured maybe only 1 employee or full inside....NOPE...lobby empty, 5 employees. OK .got food. Pulled into park spot to distribute to children. Grrrrrrrr...no silverware for potatoes, can't eat those without it. Walked back inside to get some...as drive through would have taken forever. 5 employees, asked and received forks...no apology for not providing. I K. Not happy. I don't often complain about fast food, because you don't really expect the world, but this time.... Just came from Taco Bell, Hamilton west. The drive thru was packed, so I went inside. No one at the counter, so I used the kiosk (3 items), put my name in, and paid. 10 minutes later (at least), three other people had placed orders at the counter and left with them (yes, someone finally went to the counter), the drive thru and restaurant are empty, and I'm still waiting. I asked them where my order was, and, um, well, we don't have an order in the system for you. Here, we'll make you one. Eventually, got my order (at least they didn't try to charge me twice!), and finally got to leave 20 minutes (at least) after I thought I was going to save time by going inside (silly me). The staff's response? "Have a good evening"! Really??!!?? Well, at least SOME people got their order in time to eat before midnight :( This is the second time in as many months where I've made the mistake of using the kiosk, and the order somehow doesn't make it 10 feet across the room to the kitchen. GET YOUR SYSTEM FIXED, TACO BELL!! I like the food, generally, but it's not worth the hassle when there are other choices out there (one virtually across the street, for example). read more

I feel the need to be brutally honest because this Taco Bell has been consistently bad for years. I come here very often because I live two minutes away. There may have been a time when this Taco Bell did not have lousy service and terrible employees, but now is not that time, nor has it been any time in recent memory. Just a few reasons that I tend to have an unpleasant experience here: they consistently get your order wrong, they seldom give out sauce packets at the drive thru window, they are slow, the food portions are pitiful, they aren't friendly and they are down right rude and not helpful. My husband and I always get cheesey bean and rice burritos, he gets his without the creamy sauce because he hates it, and I like it, but they will not mark which burrito is which! Something fun that happens here sometimes is that you will walk into the restaurant, and the cashier just stares at you like you're invading his house...no greeting at all. I don't care if you don't yell out an enthusiastic greeting every time, but can you at least say "how can I help you?" or something to indicate that I may start to blab my order to you, lol. I love Taco Bell, but I really wish I never had to come back to this location because of the bad service. read more

And the toppings they put on are about a third of the size they're supposed to be I know what the pre-measure spoons look like for the toppings and when I left there today with my new cantina taco not only did it have no acacado sauce it had exactly 2 tiny tomatoes and maybe 5 shreds of cheese. if you are ordering doordash here pick some place else they have no consideration for the customer nor the driver picking up your food. they will purposely make dashers wait for them to clear the entire drive thru before starting your order. went there today to pick up an order and there were no cars in the driver thru, and 1 customer inside. i told them who i was picking up for and 30 seconds later 3 cars pull up to the drive thru, as they were handing the customer who was already there his food to eat in the lobby. now you would think since i was there before the drive thru cars, not to mention the order was placed before i even arrived they would work on my customers order but no they made and handed out the orders for all 3 cars before they even started on my customers order, causing me to be there 15 minutes after the given pick up time. keep in mind door dash only pays us 2 dollars per order so costing me time is costing me money. do better read more

I do not normally post bad reviews but I just can't hold my tongue about this one. As you can see in the photos my meal was a mess and nowhere resembled the pictures on their website. My Mexican pizza literally had no more than a tablespoon of sauce, nor the extra cheese I ordered...they did however leave off the beans as requested! That's a win! The 2 Doritos Locos Tacos were soggy and literally had very little of any topping except lettuce. The chips and Guacamole were decent. Once I got home opened it all up and sat down to eat, I was extremely disappointed in not only Taco Bell but with myself for not checking it before I left. 3 Out of the 4 times I have eaten from this location my order has been either wrong or just inedible like today. After the proverbial straw broke and I called the store tonight I will say that Erin (sp) listened to my rant, apologized and told me that I could bring it back any time tonight and have them remake it. I decided that I'd had enough, and since I was agitated and had lost my appetite I wasn't going to bother getting it all back together, then running to get it replaced. No Thanks! Service seems a little slow, but staff is generally attentive. Food comes out hot, and staff seems courteous. Sometimes it gets busy and you're waiting in the Drive-Through line longer than you'd like. I like that they have a digital screen so you can confirm your order was taken down correctly, before driving up to pay. Foodwise, the Cinnabon Poppers are just so-so (think donut holes with cream inside). Fudge Brownie sandwich is a little rich, but all right. read more

The night shift crew. tacobell.com lists this location open until 3AM, so of course it also lets you order food up until that point. Got there around 2:35 AM and someone was already waiting at the intercom. My guess is they were there for awhile because they drove off honking. I pull up, they don't greet me. So I say "I have an online order, so I've already paid." No response. I wait. No response. Unacceptable. Not even the first time this has happened, of course luckily the other time I didn't PAY UP FRONT.
