Look what your employees give when you ask for 8 fiery sauce you get 21 of them train on food cost and customer service please

I moved to Highland in July and have made numerous visits to this Taco Bell. However, in the last month or so, I have not received my full order or I get flat soda and am not able to realize it until I get home. The ladies in drive-thru usually always give me some kind of attitude or are just not very welcoming in general. (We know working fast food isn't great, but it is still your job.) I will not be returning to this Taco Bell and I am hoping others do not have the same negative experiences that I have. read more

If you care at all about your enterprise don't let a customer walk away after they spent time to order inside and advise my card is declined three times I actually went ahead and transferred more than enough cash into my checking for my $11 dollar dinner. I thought it was just pending charges on my account from buying or some kind of fraud so I called my bank and went home to get cash. My bank said nothing was wrong on my end. I went back with my cash and another attempt with card. This time with embarrassment I went through drive thru. My card went through they employee said it was just probably the new guy not being aware when you use chip the terminal doesn't work. You have to slide. It's a Taco Bell issue. Nothing was offered for my inconvenience and wasted time other than my paying order. Let your hard workers know it doesn't hurt to compensate a goodwill here and there do they not own a vehicle and realize gas ECT. After I told them I had to go all the way home to get cash. It makes me a more loyal customer to bigger restaurants because they make sure your treated well. Especially more than one employee saw me use my card with chip and didn't bother to assist. If he's new I would have stepped in to see if he's doing something right. Maybe they will recognize a paying customer next time but that is not there model. He just handed me my box after paying and didn't ask if I need hot sauce come on guys do I have to do your job for you! I never would let my customers walk, drive or hang-up feeling like it was their issue without trying different options. read more

So slow I think the employees are not trained properly or just don't care. Times should not be that high in drive thru. 20 min waiting.

The little girl at the register was awesome. Now I got a burrito, I did not know it came with onions and I'm allergic. I let them know im allergic and if they can make me a new one. Well the manager JOSE got an attitude and told my husband "and!" To which he replied she's allergic. He then said what else is she allergic to! Dude its called customer service! If that wasn't enough he then took an employee in front of customers to chew her out about an issue! Really! In front of customers! The poor girl looked like she wanted to cry. There's an office for that. Then he wanted her to continue outside but she refused. That's not how to manage a business. In the morning I will be calling the customer service line! If there was a 0 rating, this place would definitely get it! After trying to explain what I wanted, the girl at drove-thru said she understood my order. Well needless to say, my order was incorrect. The cashier at the window called the shift managers to talk to me. He told me to park and come inside as he had a long line of cars behind me (there were 3). The managers didn't even bother to talk to me at first. When he did show his face he told his employee not to suggest anything as I would change my mind anyway. This was in the front of other customers. He finally got it right and then just shoved the bag at me. No apologize or offer me anything for my trouble. NO BOT EAT HERE! This is one of the very few places to stop for fast food off my exit for work and every time I do stop by I regret it. I'm not sure if this is a training hub or something but they seriously have the slowest staff. When I arrived today there were only 3 cars ahead of me in the drive thru and it still took 15+ min to get done. On top of that my food wasn't even done right. I will NEVER come back here again! Not only was my loaded potato burrito poorly made it was missing the cheese and had some lettuce and tomato pieces which should not even be in this burrito in the first place.. I went to tell the cook and he admitted to making it wrong... ok fine he made me a new one and asked me what kind of cheese goes in it? (Keep in mind he is the cook) I said nacho cheese then when he handed me my new burrito I took a bite of what felt like cheesy rocks in my mouth the potatoes were so hard and tastes like they had been in an open container for a month!! Well came to this Taco Bell at least 30 mins before they were supposed to be closed, and we sat at the box for almost 5 mins and no one answered us or told us they were not serving at that time, and when we went to see if there wan anyone inside three of the employees sat behind the register and laughed it was very disrespectful the least they could have done was let us know they weren't serving. read more

I have no clue how this place has one star! It's always packed and the employees and management always seem so happy to be at work! Bathrooms are always clean. When I went today, there was a young black man who was the shift manager. He was so freakin pleasant, even when the employees made mistakes. He didn't skip a beat, didn't berate them, just fixed the problem and kept it pushing. There is also a Latin manager who is very pleasant and helpful. read more

I agree that this place definitely doesn't deserve one star. While I only went through the drive-thru the staff was polite and quick. My food tasted good, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because (a) it's fast food and (b) the sour cream & guacamole weren't spread evenly through my 7-layer. read more

Horrible with order accuracy, I literally just went there 10 minutes ago and got home with the wrong burritos. I ordered two grilled stuffed burritos with steak and they input chicken never going back ever again to this Taco Bell!!!!!!! read more

I'm not the biggest fan of Taco Bell, but sometimes it just fits the bill. I stopped by this location for lunch and found that the prices are way more expensive than other Taco Bells. The service was nothing special. The restaurant isn't clean. And my food was subpar, even for a Taco Bell. My gordita supreme had no meat on it!! It was all lettuce. Terrible service, took over 20 min to receive our food and when we finally got it to our surprise it was cold and poorly made, my taco shells looked like nachos. They got an item on our order wrong, so I ask them nicely to please remake the burrito and received attitude. They took forever to remake a bean burrito and after the third time of asking them if it was done they finally made it terrible experience. Don't bother going to this location!!! read more

I LOVE TACO BELL !!! THEIR FOOD IS PREPARED CERY DELICIOUSLY (if that's a word). Their service is great. Especially love the efficiency at the drive through. Workers are very kind. I ordered a chicken fiesta salad in the drive thru. I live about 6 minutes from this taco bell and when i got home my chicken and everything was cold. I have had problems before in this same location but i never complain. This time that i called i called an hour after i had eaten it because i have other motherly things to do with my child. So i called and the general manager jose Lopez answered me. He said that its busy and that no one has complained. Also he said that if i just ate it an hour after i bought of course it was going to be cold with a laughter, which i had already clarified that i ate it 6 minutes after ordering. I am upset that after i paid for my dinner and they gave me cold food he still has the adosity to laugh and make it seem like it was me. I cannot believe this. I work at a food restaurant and i have never spoken to a customer this way,even if we were busy. Also for him to say no one else has complained is not a good apology.
