You would think that when you take TWENTY MINUTES to get someone their order, you'd get it right. The team was COMPLETELY ignoring the dining room until people had stood at the counter for about ten minutes. The drive-thru was kept flowing of course, but the team there were apparently getting THEIR orders wrong too because people kept coming in with missing items or items that needed correcting. Even delivery drivers were having to wait. Finally some red-headded manager or somebody comes in supposedly to try to get the kitchen caught up, but things didn't improve much. After about 21 minutes, I got my food- my fries were cold. My mom, who ordered only about a minute after me, still had to wait more than 20 minutes for her food. And when they did finally get it to her, one of her items was wrong. I took it back up to the counter, and when I began to express my displeasure to said manager person over taking twenty minutes to still get an order wrong, he cut me off immediately and rushed back into the kitchen. I am a manager myself. That is NOT how you should EVER handle an upset customer! Overall, I will NOT be going back to this location for a good long time until they get their act together, and honestly, the manager needs to either be let go or retrained, because he made it quite clear that his priority was NOT the guest experience! read more

Carly is the best take out person ever. She helped us on 8/10/2022 during the takeout and was very patient with our complicated, extra vegetarian order. We had a small issue one item, but we went inside and they fixed it right away. I also ordered a Cinnabon delight 2 pack but they gave me 3.5 and that was absolutely a delight. This Taco Bell location is either hit or miss. Lately it's been more miss. They don't participate in all the specials. Such as the loaded nachos box for $5 with a drink. The employees are quite friendly and service is pretty speedy. But, if you see something advertised, you may want to call before you visit this location as they may not have it. read more

Just trust the reviews and the 1.2 stars that this place has. Avoid it. There are probably three other Taco Bell's within a couple of miles, I'd very much recommend avoiding this one and going to a different one. Their management it terrible. Their employees are a bunch of lying teenagers who look stoned out of their mind. I placed an online order, they got 5/6 items wrong and the other one was cold. When I returned for a refund they said they can't refund orders, told me I was belligerent and threatened to call the police because I was "holding up their drive through times". So basically they stole my money, refused to provide me with what I paid for and called the police on me for wanting to receive what I paid for. I watched one dude (who was supposedly the second highest up of the three managers there) wipe his nose, adjust his septum piercing with his gloves and continue making food. The average age of their employees seems to be about 14 with the education of a 6 year old (the manager told me they were the #1 Taco Bell in the country of Michigan and #1 in the states of the United States - whatever that means). Both employees who I talked to looked like they were high as could be and one could hardly form sentences. This location is the worst, the staff is lazy and dirty, I ordered dinner for my wife and I, they took forever with the order and didn't give us all of our food and not to mention my wife's chalupa was still partially frozen, the cross contamination is horrible I had lettuce and onion on the packaging and the burrito doesn't come with either of them. We had to repeat our order four times over the intercom. We got to the window and paid, they handed us a receipt. On the receipt it was wrong just like they had kept repeating it to us. So we knocked on the window to let them know that they still had ring it up wrong. She said no we have it corrected in here you're all good. They handed off their food and I was checking it as we drove away because for some stupid reason I believed her. Guess what our food was wrong. Just like it was ring up on the receipt and how they had been repeating it to us. And they want $15 an hour? Come on! So we went to go in side and get our food corrected because on Google it says that the lobby is open. There was two workers in the parking lot smoking at the time. The guy worker y'all let me and said the lobby was closed. So I said well our food is wrong and I would like it remade. He said well you can get in line and wait then. The line was wrapped around the building I told him I was not waiting in line for their mistake that I had correction five times already at this point. He started threatening my boyfriend. So then the female worker intervene and said she was going to go in and remake it. The girl that was working the drive-through came out the back door and tried to tell us we were wrong. I had to correct her. So after the female worker came back with our food she told us that if we got that attitude again she will not let us come back to that store. Mind you we ordered a party pack nachos and two steak quesadillas when we get home our state tasted and look just like chicken. So apparently at Taco bell they now sell cheese quesadilla without cheese. Its 4.53 for a tortilla with a little sauce. And for 58 extra cents you can add cheese to the cheese quesadilla. Like I assumed it was extra cheese because you dont get a cheese quesadilla and have to pay extra for cheese. Thats like buying a machanical pencil that doesnt come with lead. Like makes no sense. So I just spent 9.06 for a flat piece of greasy flower with a pinch of spicy sauce. The only excuse with this is oh its vegan. Well then buy a quesadilla and select no cheese not buy a cheese quesadilla that you have to select add cheese. If your vegan and you wait 4.53 on this you need help. You could buy their chips or a vegan nacho grande without meat and dairy product and it would be better than this trash. Theres no better word to call this thing but trash. read more

I visited the drive thru at the Taco Bell at 2420 Cedar St. in Holt, MI on June 7, 2020 at 9:12 pm. I've been to this location several times over the 3 years I've lived in the area, and never experienced an issue until this day. That is why I am giving my review a 2 star instead of a 5 star. There were only a few (less than 5 cars) of us in the drive thru, I was the 3rd car. Anyway, my point is, they weren't busy. I placed my order for 5 beef soft tacos, 1 7-layer burrito, and 1 shredded chicken burrito. When I reached the window, Desirae, the order-taker had her back to it, talking to another co-worker. She didn't have gloves on, or a mask. Her co-worker (a male) had gloves on. There was 1 truck in front of me, I presume they were waiting for food that needed to be prepared. Desirae didn't say much during our transaction, just telling me the order total, and handing me the little handheld machine to scan my VISA card. I was given a receipt and then my food. After 10 minutes, I arrived home, and set the food out and my family began eating. I then went to look for my 7-layer burrito and the shredded chicken burrito. Imagine my surprise to see 5 HARD shell beef tacos, and 4 burritos with beef, thick, nacho cheese and sour cream. Not one part of this order was correct. I started to bag up what was left and called the store. It rang and rang, then I heard a click and hang up. This happened twice. It was late, I didn't want to make a drive back to the store. My family ate the food, but I didn't. It wasn't what I ordered. I filled out the "Tell the Bell" survey detailing all of this, and I thought I'd be contacted by a store manager, district manager, etc. But, nope. It's been 6 days and NO response. I'm beginning to think the surveys are useless. I have experience working in retail operations, and when I was in high school 28 years ago, Taco Bell was my first job. My expectation is to see excellent customer service, and if that doesn't happen, I would think a review like mine would prompt someone at a higher level to respond.
