I specifically go to Taco Bell for my fast food because it's the most vegan friendly option. The only two times i visited this location they messed up my order in grave ways. First time on my black bean crunch wrap, they kept the sour cream on despite me selecting to remove it. The second time, despite me CLEARLY order the black bean crunch wrap, they used meat. This location is horrible. Experienced the most confrontational employee ever. After experiencing a rude and sarcastic attitude from an employee, asked for a manager and another employee came to his defense and decided to block the window and be the second employee to give me attitude. I can't believe they run a business like that. All young employees who speak to you with no respect, then get even more disrespectful when you ask for a manager to speak with about their nasty attitudes. I had a free birthday drink on the app, and my friend was craving for Taco bell, so we decided to drive here. This taco bell is clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The cashier was very patient and helpful, and helped me with my app order since I had a hard time maneuvering around the app (I am now starting to get computer illiterate as my parents were when i was younger and had to help them, so you younger folks, please be patient with elders because you will one day be in this position as well lol). However, there is only one cashier, so if the cashier is not at the register, nobody else is willing to immediately help you. Food was fresh, and I'd order here again. Just tonight, I ordered a combo box with a 5 layer burrito, chicken chalupa supreme, soft taco supreme, and chips + cheese. I get home, and see there's cheese but no chips. I drive back, get the chips (with the employee taking my box behind the counter in the process which is a HEALTH CODE VIOLATION!!), then I get BACK home, open the taco wrapper, and it's a regular taco and not the one I got upcharged for. Of course, once again, they charge me for l the things I asked for (chicken instead of beef) because they show on the receipt but I get home and not only is my "burrito supreme" made with beef, there is nothing except ground meat and hot sauce inside, no vegetables. We had the option of going to this restaurant for breakfast or the one in the NEX food court. We should have gone with our second choice. Upon entering, there's a sign that states"order here" at the kiosk. So we did. I guess drive through gets priority as we had to wait awhile to get our food. I was standing at the counter for a length of time to ask for the restroom key. Finally, someone came to the counter- to give us our order. This is what was told to us: " no coffee, our machine is broken." No " I'm sorry for the inconvenience." So we asked if we were going to get a refund. I go to this Taco Bell location from time to time because it is close to the office. Usually I get my order to go, but on this day I decided to eat in. I got the Chalupa combo, which came with a Cahlupa, a Dorritos Locos Taco, and a drink. I decided to add a taco supreme to my order. They now have a kiosk where you can enter your order. The staff made the order correctly, and the food was delicious. The restaurant was clean and not crowded. I was able to enjoy my meal outside of the office. I know I will come back. read more

Very poor customer service. Went thru the drive thru, on a Tuesday night. The woman speaking wasn't very nice. I ordered a Mountain Dew with my meal. When I got to the window to pay/receive my food, the woman goes to hand me what looks like a blended Mountain Dew, yellow and blue ones to make a green looking drink. I say to her, I'm sorry, but I ordered a regular Mountain Dew. She said, oh, this looks like a blended one, you didn't order this? I said no, I ordered a regular Mountain Dew. No harm no foul. She goes to dump out the green drink, but doesn't pour our all of the drink, leaves about 3 inches left of the green drink in the cup. She proceeds to fill up the rest of the cup with regular Mountain Dew. When she goes to hand me the new drink, which still has a visibly green tint to it, I ask her, would you mind pouring out the whole drink and refilling the cup? She responds with I did. I reply, no you didn't, there was still a little bit left when you refilled it. She replied, no I'm pretty sure I did. I again replied, no you didn't, I saw you and the drink is still green. She goes back to get a new cup and start over. The other woman working with her asks what's going on and she proceeds to tell her and they both just shake their heads in what seems like irritation. When the woman fills up the new cup with Mountain Dew, the previous cup with the green tint to it is right next to the new cup.. and can definitely tell that those 2 drinks are not the same. This Taco Bell's hours are inconsistent. As of yesterday they are openly open five hours out of the day. They seal the bags up when they are open, but definitely check your bag before you leave. They forget straws a lot here and about every other visit one of my food items is missing. Also, if you order the chips and cheese, they don't even fill the little container up a third of the way full. What a rip off. I've never seen such a horrible Taco Bell. Also, the drive thru at this location is shaped very strange so be careful you don't curb your wheels. Also: to update since the owner wants to share the hours are on the website....
