Do not go inside unless you have time to wait. We ordered lunch for 3, and it took 20 minutes. I've been here multiple times, and that is always the case. My two hungry teenagers were patient & respectful, and I got our drinks so we'd all have something to sip on while we waited. Plus the guy who checked on me at the front counter was incredibly courteous. You never know if they're understaffed, out of supplies, or have poor procedures in place, so I stay open-minded. Inside was clean enough. My youngest said he saw some gum wadded up under the table, but I blame that on the patrons. All the sauces, straws, lids, etc were fully stocked. As for the food, everything came out as expected--well, except for the cheesy dipping burritos. They go for $5.29 for one pair, but they are far smaller than the pictures. Yeah, we can always expect a difference between advertisements and reality, but if I'd known they were this tiny I would've just gotten a few more cheesy bean and rice burritos from the value menu. Those are bigger, better, and $1.49. Can't beat it. Although I will say, the chipotle sauce that comes with the cheesy dipping burritos is one of the best I've had at a fast food joint. read more

DON'T DO IT. This place is a freaking disaster. We decided to give this one more try after our last attempt several months ago where we sat in the drive through for 20 minutes only to find the employees asleep on the benches inside as we drove away. Placed an order online. Paid for the order online. Lobby is SUPPOSED to be open until 10:00. I arrive at 9:42 pm. The lobby doors are locked and there are people inside eating. We wait in the drive through line behind 6 other vehicles for 16 minutes. When we finally get to the window, I'm told they're out of our items. Nachos. A chalupa. A drink. They're out. A few questions pop into my head at this point. If you're out of the items, why did you take to the order and CHARGE ME FOR IT? Why is the lobby locked 18 minutes before closing? Why won't you refund the money?!?!? I ask when the lobby closes. I'm told they close at 10. I ask why the doors were locked 20 minutes early. I'm told they lock the doors because they close in two minutes. (I tried the door 16 minutes earlier) I ask for a refund, they refuse to issue one. I ask for proof that they refused to give me the order or the money back. They refuse and tell me to go through the app for a refund. THERE IS NOWHERE IN THE TACO BELL APP TO REQUEST A REFUND. I pull around and go back to the door and get ignored for 5 more minutes. They send their biggest guy (from the kitchen to the door, apparently in an attempt to intimidate me. Funny.) I tell big boy that I just want a refund or some proof they refused to give me the food. He goes and gets 5 other kids. They all come outside now. I ask for the managers name and phone number. I'm told there is none. I ask for the owners name and phone number. I'm told to "google 1800 my taco or something like that" At this point I'm starting to get heated so we leave. Food was probably the best I've had from taco bell! The 5 layer burrito was the most perfectly rolled burrito I have definitely ever had! Probably made better by 20 minutes across the street at the golden arches (a review for another night) the nacho bell grande were great add steak and extra cheese despite being about 30 minutes old by the time I got home to eat them. The girl at the window was pleasant and seemed to care about her job. She was very young so maybe this is her first job! Should have got her name to drop. Sorry blonde 16 maybe 17 year old girl! Terrible experience!! First off you can't read the menu sign bc it's so low your car blocks it, so I tell the lady I want a bean and cheese burrito (which I've been ordering for years that exact way) she tells me they don't have any burritos with just beans and cheese, only one with beans and cheese and rice- I tell her the one I want has beans and cheese and sauce but no rice so she (in a very unpleasant tone) tells me "okay, then I'll make a note to keep the rice off! How hard was that" So I get my food and sure enough the burritos are totally wrong; they're just beans and nacho cheese.. The morning Crew is phenomenal! But the afternoon and evening crew is horrendous and deserves -5 stars. They never get your order right and one of the female managers has an attitude. When they do by chance get your order right the food is crap and stuffed with sauce or guacamole and sour cream like you wouldn't notice there's 1 piece of meat. You can't even eat what they give you because it's soaked and disgusting. But the manager doesn't care and thinks her Taco Bell is the best ever. So I pointed out the reviews and how little stars she has and she said I should go to Dunkin' Donuts. Like what? I ordered my lunch today through Uber Eats and as shown in the provided pictures are the receipts of my order through Uber Eats and the receipt Taco Bell printed up. The issue I. The order is the Nacho Cheese DLT, I paid for extra beef and cheese an asked for no lettuce. What I received was a Nacho Cheese DLT with cheese and lettuce. I called Taco Bell to let them know, the manager (would not offer name) I spoke with offered to give me a Taco if I wanted to make the drive. I told her that I didn't care about the taco I was more concerned to let her know of this ordering issue for them. Manager was silent and didn't seem to care. I asked her if she wanted the order info to look it up. She said her tablets are down and would look it up afterwards. I told her I could come there after work to show her(provided pictures). The management of this location was too lazy to contact me via phone to let me know my breakfast order would not be delivered by GrubHub. I received a number via text, called it and it was GrubHub. Joy or J.T. (whichever honest name, she gave me both, there was a serious language barrier) GrubHub is who told me that my order that was marked as delivered would not be delivered. I really don't expect much from most fast food restaurants but this place is so annoying. Almost every place you can look up this location has different hours for it. The 3 times I have stopped into this location haven't been great. The first time I swung through the drive thru around 10 AM and was told it was closed even though it says 7 AM on here and many other sites. The 2nd time I stopped in I waited at the drive thru speaker for almost 5 mins before someone answered. They messed up my order and put beef on an item I asked for no beef on. And the 3rd time I only stopped in bc my niece insisted. The person taking the order mumbles so much I couldn't make out a single word they said. I got to the window, paid and took off only to find out 10 miles down the road they gave me the wrong order. The craziest part about this is that there wasn't even anyone behind me! How is this even possible? I came back and went right inside and the lady inside acted like it was my fault for taking it... taking it from her hand in the drive thru. Wild. I WISH I could give this Taco Bell negative stars. I've live in Hudson for two years now, and have not one single time got an order correct from this location. I had enough the last time I went, we spent 35 dollars on a huge order, and asked for extra sauce and got home to our entire order incorrect and not one single sauce in the bag, icing on top of the cake was my chalupa had a LONG HAIR IN IT! I politely called, explained the situation to the manager, and even then, she was VERY polite and said they apologized and would write our entire order down in a book with our name and replace it the next time we came for free. I gave her all the info, and that was it. Today my roommate and I went to redeem our order, and let me tell you, I have NEVER felt more judged. The man on the headset had us pull to the window to explain our situation and then the manager "Maddie" to be specific came up to talk to us and had an attitude off from the jump for no reason. Falsely accused me of trying to get "free food" and was basically saying we were free loaders trying to get free stuff and we couldn't prove we spoke to anyone and that was it, she wasn't having it then continued to curse and yell at us. I will NEVER ever return to Taco Bell with my business. Totally unorganized, dirty, no good can't fix their own mistakes. I could be a "Karen" and go on and on. 35 dollars isn't cheap, our order should of been replaced, and I shouldn't be judged and accused of trying to steal. Went to the RT52 Taco Bell location in Hudson Sunday evening about 7-7:30. We went through drive-thru and ordered 2 Beef Chalupa Supremes and a 7 layer burrito. One of the burritos wasn't wrapped up properly and some of the ingredients dropped out into the bag. The 2nd one wasn't much better. It was not a busy time of day..no one in front of us and only one car behind us. We had to ask for sauce and we got no napkins. We will try a different Taco Bell next time. read more

Went to this Location November 30, 2020 at around 11:30 am. Ordered the 12 pack. Six soft shell and six hard shell . Also an order of pintos and cheese. Everyone of the hard shell taco were broken into several pieces. They were stale and soggy. The soft shell were quite rubbery. The pintos and beans were good. We had driven home to eat. It wasn't worth the drive back because of the distance. I have sent two emails to Taco Bell and have had NO response. I guess this must be okay to them. We won't be back!!!!!!! read more

I ended up with food poisoning from eating their spicy potato soft taco. A friend of mine also ended up with food poisoning a few days ago from a chicken product. What I received was a burnt taco shell with RICE (lots of it), no beans, about a tablespoon of meat sitting off to the side, and a plop of sour cream in the middle. Drove back with untouched salad, waited at counter about 10 minutes for someone to talk to and issue me a refund (after person manning the drive-thru window noticed me and had to call for someone to wait on me). This place in the last couple of years has improved. Years ago, almost every order we picked up would be missing an item. I was so I irritated that I called and left a voice mail with corporate office that it would be easier to count the items as they're being placed in the bag, to ensure that no items are left behind. I was happy to see that they've incorporated counting the items. I think there's only been one or two mistakes regarding the wrong item since then. We order through the drive-thru about once every week or two. The fact that they've hired people who can speak English helps - no offense, it was just very difficult trying to get workers to get the order correct if they don't understand what you're saying. The night crew a this location lacks all the above. They are snotty and rude even the manager Cameron is rude with you. This location always seems to run out of Beef all the time. That is real convenient no beef less they have to do. I would rather drive to Spring Hill Dr & Mariner then eat at this location. The food is always horrible and dried up beans and chicken . The whole night crew needs to go through customer service training. Also the pandemic has nothing to do with providing world class customer service so to the person who said that is Wrong its an excuse.
