Pathetic Service Absolutely pathetic. I asked to place two separate orders at the drive-thru something I've done plenty of times at this exact location with no issue. But today, the staff flat-out refused because they were "short-staffed." That's a joke. It's the same exact amount of work just split into two payments. What's so hard to understand about that? Instead of helping, I was stuck arguing with a clueless employee for five minutes, only for them to go completely silent and finally tell me to "go inside" if I wanted two orders. Really? I was trying to tell them that they messed up twice after we went back and he had a very bad attitude and was very disrespectful to me and the environment was super messy the tables were dirty. Overall I think they don't even deserve to be paid that much and they are not a 1.5 star restaurant they are a .5 star restaurant. Don't eat at this Taco Bell location, and above all don't use the App. This location has on multiple occasions made a mistake with our order (missing food from a taco to a side to a burrito). Most recently, the App without authorization changed a delivery order to drive thru. Needless to say, after trying to patron the local restaurant multiple times the poor service and customer experience has lost a customer not just at this location, but globally (there are far better options for tacos, and it's far better to drive a little farther to the next non-Taco Bell for a good taco than ever go through one of Taco Bell's drive thru's ever again). read more

Cold, stale, weirdly tiny portions, poorly staffed, missing management. I've tried this location 4 or 5 times since moving to the area. I was convinced that I was just going at a bad time or that they were still recovering from covid staffing limitations. The last time I went, I ordered three soft shell taco supremes. The filling was mostly sour cream with a scant amount of lettuce and nothing else. It was cold as I walked out the door. I've lived all over the country, and I am convinced that this is the worst taco bell in North America. We were in the mood for a quick dinner so thought we would grab a couple tacos. As we got to the restaurant we saw no cars so thought maybe the drive thru was closed. We decided to just go in and not a soul inside. Young girl at the counter as we were looking at the menu walked from behind it, grabbed a drink and went and sat down. There were 4 people working the food prep area and no one even acknowledged that we were there. As we waited we noticed how dirty the counter, floors and tables were. Still no service so we decided to leave. After seeing the condition of this place I can say that we won't be back. Go Culver's,,, it's always clean and friendly! read more

I've been debating on sharing this for a while but I just see wrong in so many ways. I was in a few weeks ago and I was waiting for my order when I seen one of the girls go to the 7/11 side and Greg drink holders and everything was fine she seemed a little stressed but she was clearly doing most the work as others messed around. An employee from 7/11 said the girl stole from them and was really losing it over some cardboard drink holders. Then after she returned the ones she grabbed all of her coworkers kept yelling at her. I'm so shocked grown adults would act this was to a teenager. I hope she quit because she deserves better. read more

Can you please start labeling you damn burritos!!!! This has been an issue forever. We order here probably once a month, and with 6 kids and 2 adults, we inevitably end up ordering at least 2 different kinds of burritos. Do you know the last thing I want to do when I get home with 8 hungry people, is open each burrito package individually, and then unroll the tortilla to inspect the inside of each one to determine if it's a bean burrito, a burrito supreme or a cheesy burrito or any of the other 14 burrito choices you have. I literally just had to do that, again, with 8 burritos! But what makes it even worse is that knowing this has been a problem in the past, I politely asked them while I was ordering if they could please just label the burritos properly so we could tell the difference. I just got back from picking up my online order from these guys. I ordered bean burritos with no cheese adding guacamole and tomatoes. When I opened them - they both had sour cream, Making them inedible for me. 2 weeks ago I ordered in the drive through - again asking for no cheese on bean burritos. That time, they both had cheese.
