I can't explain how excited I was when my coworker pulled up Big City Burrito during her search for breakfast burritos a few weeks back. Like ecstatic. Naturally, I insisted we go here to get our burrito fix. My order was my old time classic: a regular sized breakfast burrito on a cheddar jalapeño tortilla, with mixed cheese, bacon, sausage, egg, mild pico, sour cream, and green chile. YUM! You can add queso, and they have a variety of spice levels for each type of salsa or sauce. It was a party in my mouth. Plus, the regular size burritos are HUGE, and they offer a jumbo size as well. Daaaaamn! Come hungry. The staff are all incredibly friendly and personable. We had great interactions throughout my visits. Literally the only drawback of this location is the parking situation. There's very little parking out front, and what parking is there is tight. Almost uncomfortably tight. While I'm not in Northern Colorado for work as much I was previously, Big City Burrito will absolutely be my go-to breakfast burrito anytime I find myself in Fort Collins. Do yourself a favor, go get one, and you'll understand why. **Pro Tip: They offer up a punch card with each burrito purchase and deliver through Nosh Colorado. That being said, they do not include punch cards on delivery items - booo!

My favorite burritos in town. Would recommend the chicken mole, & chipotle ranch in whatever you order! Also the ghost pepper hot sauce they have there is BOMB.

I've been here twice and had great experiences both times. You get a solid burrito with even better service. The patience they have while you make your burrito order is astounding. For those of us that don't get to come here often, it's hard to chose when you want everything lol! Yesterday I had a pretty simple burrito with some beef asada. It was delicious. Super mild, so if you like heat, get the spicy beef option. Which I would probably do next time, but I had to try the mild option as it sounded so good! Anytime we go through Fort Collins, I'm sure we'll make sure to stop by again. It's a family request when we are up that far.

Warning! I've been coming to this location for years. This morning I came to get a phat Tuesday burrito with no extras. I asked the front if they still did it because I didn't see the signs. She said yes, at the end she said that will be $7.50. I asked that's past Tuesday burrito she said yes we increased the price by a couple dollars. Wow! Never again, don't go the burrito wasn't even good, the potatoes are mushy and the burrito was the smallest I've got. Shame on you owner!

First time there and a line out the door! Knew I was in the right spot, for me I got a breakfast style super burrito - extra cost to add sour creams Ns rice was super worth it! Burrito hack for a boy who live in Arizona and has high standards for a burrito bite - whenever you can add rice DO IT! Beat bfast burro I had in AZ had... you guessed it, rice!! Back to big city very impressed and Will got back, I rode my burrito home on my bike and 20 mins later it was still warm! I will Definitly be going back to have thier standard options!!

Don't get too excited for the Phat Tuesday special, as advertised on website cuz they are likely to close early.

Twice now, this location has randomly closed early, denying us our chance for a Phat Tuesday burrito special after work. We arrived right after 8 pm. Website clearly states establishment is open til 9 PM. Last Tuesday 6/8/21 there was a hastily scrawled sign, "sorry, closed early" on the door. Once might be excused as an unforeseen emergency. Now twice? What the heck? If you aren't going to stay open for your stated hours, do us all a solid and update your freakin website. Especially on your famous Phat Tuesday potato burrito today. Super uncool BCB.

I loved this place when it was more affordable, but $17-20 for a veggie burrito is insane.

Burrito was good, flavorful and hot. Chocolate chip cookie was tragically bad, dry flavorless and just bad.

I consider myself a Mexican food connoisseur, and frankly resent that I'm writing such a glowing…read morereview for a restaurant so far from Mexico. But this was genuinely some of the best Mexican-inspired food of my LIFE! As a vegetarian, Mexican food tends to be hit or miss when it comes to creative meat substitutes. Blue Agave chose fried avocado tacos as its offering, and WOW. They were truly amazing. Life changing. Well spiced, the right amount of filling in each taco, and the avocado itself was perfectly ripe and fried well without much residual grease. Not only that, but the side beans and rice were incredible. The portions were generous and spiced magically- I could eat just the beans and rice as a dish on its own. I was also astounded by how the grilled corn sauce was thick and saucy, but tasted EXACTLY like elote- some kind of culinary magic. This place may be slightly pricier, but the food portions are large and I cleaned my plate and left feeling stuffed. My companions couldn't finish their beans and rice, and if I didn't think I was going to explode I would have cleaned their plates, too. I'm glad I don't live in FoCo or else I would go broke eating here. I cannot recommend it enough, especially those avocado tacos. I will be dreaming of them for years. The restaurant was a little jammed when I visited and some might find the atmosphere overwhelming, but I would say it's absolutely worth it. Seriously, if you're going to one place in FoCo, go here.

I think it took 45 mins from the time we ordered until the time we got our food, dessert was *slightly* better at about 30 mins. I think we were there for almost two hours, if not more because of the long waits. There were PLENTY of empty tables, so it wasn't packed, but still took forever. For the foods: Coconut shrimp tacos- good but the tortilla wasn't cooked and fell apart and the habanero creama will absolutely throat punch you if you were not expecting it Chicken teriyaki- good flavor, the Brussels sprouts were the best part of the dish. Shrimp skewers-just ok. Braised short rib enchiladas-hubby thought these were amazing, huge chunks of tender short rib that melts in your mouth. It was really good. Tres Chocolate Brownie-Underwhelming at best, feel free to skip this. The blondie- DELICIOUS. Get this one. Served warm, and has that kind of brownie gooey center. It's perfect. Would come back for more if I lived here.

It was rich, creamy, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. Every bite was packed with delicious flavors, making it the perfect way to start our meal. For the main course, we got the Barbacoa de Picanha, along with two tacos--the Taco de Ribeye and the Duck Taco. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The meats were tender, juicy, and full of flavor. We also ordered two drinks: the Sabina Safe and the Martini Manzana. Both were excellent--refreshing, flavorful, and crafted perfectly. They paired wonderfully with the food and added even more to the overall experience. A special shoutout goes to our server, Allen. He was incredibly friendly, hospitable, and knowledgeable. We followed several of his recommendations, and every single one was spot on. His attentive service truly elevated our dining experience. To top it all off, Allen surprised us with two complimentary shots at the end of the meal. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of them, but they were honestly the most delicious shots I've ever had. They had a beautiful purple creamy foam on top and were absolutely incredible--smooth, unique, and unforgettable. My friends had a hard time drinking it because it was so incredibly hot. The cucumber marg was more refreshing. However, neither of them were strong like I'm used to at Mexican restaurants.
