Avoid this Taco Bell on Vine Street in Kissimmee, FL. Absolutely unacceptable. I placed two separate orders in one night and both were wrong, despite paying extra for specific items. First order: I paid extra for a bean burrito with onions and extra red sauce. What I received was a plain tortilla with beans, missing every add-on I paid for. No onions. No red sauce. Nothing. Second order: I ordered a steak burrito with sour cream and guacamole. Instead, I was given another bean burrito with absolutely NO STEAK. I took two bites to confirm--there was zero steak inside. When I returned to the drive-thru, the situation got worse. The employee offered nothing beyond a lazy "sorry." When I asked for a manager, the manager was condescending, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in resolving the issue, even after I showed her the burrito with no steak in it. Rather than correcting the mistake, I was brushed off. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, I was told they were "on vacation for two weeks," which sounded like an excuse to avoid accountability. No replacement, no refund, no attempt to fix anything. This wasn't a simple mistake--this was repeated incompetence paired with poor management and disrespect toward a paying customer. Charging for add-ons, failing to include them, and then refusing to correct obvious errors is unacceptable. I left hungry, frustrated, and shocked at how poorly this location is run. There is not one adult in this store. Whoever is in charge is very unsatisfactory and I was totally disregarded about my simple request.

The food is a really good and is still a reasonable price. The employees are pretty nice too.

I asked the tiny brunette cashier if she put sauce in the bag. She says yes. I tel her I trust her but I'm still going to check. I open the bag. It's empty. She grabs two giant fistfuls of packets, dumps them in and says "There's your sauce." This happened the night before this one, and it still bugs the crap out of me. Every time I go here I say to myself "this is the last time" and today I finally had the last straw. The drive thru was closed (again). Since I placed a mobile order I went inside and there was a line of people at the kiosk and no workers in sight. Most of the time when I go through the drive thru they have me pull up all the way to the end of the building just to back up again. I really love taco bell but this particular location left me a little baffled. Our order was taken quickly and the young lady that took our order was very friendly, however, when we pulled up to pay she had her mouth full of food. Then after we paid she kept speaking to another employee from the kitchen, half in English and half in Spanish. She was going off about someone that had been there earlier I assumed but then she kept looking at me. The cashier kept saying no, but I wasn't sure what she said back to her. However the girl from the kitchen kept insisting and when the cashier finally handed me my order the other girl made a weird face and gave a fake thank you, like she knew me and I had done something wrong. I don't know what took over my early this month but I just had this craving for Tacos. First I ordered from Del Taco for the first time. I was looking forward to it ( see my review for that ) so anyhow I carried on with the Taco craving and ordered a dozen tacos and a crunchy chalupa. It was good. I felt so naughty but that blend of that hard shell corn tortilla , fresh shredded lettuce, grated cheese and that mystery beef was purging and a little nasty at the same time. I ate most of it but the next day, I did get reminded that refrigerated tacos are just gross,. That same week, I was like I got to do it again - ( just one of those weeks ). It scored just as good. I hadn't read the reviews for this particular Taco Bell, but when I did, I thought , well it had been OK, so I went for the third time and BAM! I got home and distributed the food out to my kids, for some reason the person working to make our food decided not to throw away the potatoes that were EXTREMELY solid rock but instead gave us two loaded potatoes and soft tacos. This is a horrendous mockery of a fast food place gave horrible service, my father walked into the store and it was absolutely disgusting there was trash on tables, employees ignored other customers not only that but when my father tried to order a manager told them they were short on staff weren't allowed to order or make the food.
