The worst experience EVER. Me and my father hade decided to go to Taco Bell after my swimming practice,and when we got there we went inside to order on the kiosk. I ordered four soft tacos and cinnamon twists.after I hade applied the order,we waited for 15 minutes until they asked us if we hade an order.turns out,they hadn't received our order. Then we waited ANOTHER ten minutes and got our food for free. However,when me and my father hade arrived home I checked in the bag and there was NO cinnamon twists. Zero stats to be honest. The drive thru has pot holes . I had to repeat my order and he still got it wrong. I asked for the three taco meal without the shells. I wanted the meat separate from the lettuce and cheese and I asked for onions and didn't get them. And they couldn't get that right. Well, sometimes fast food places make it hard to patronize in my town of Kokomo. I just wanted a little late night snack and chose Taco Bell. They fixed me a nacho bell grande for a kid. Hardly no chips and they were all broke up. My husband was satisfied with his chicken soft tacos. So not all was loss. We've got to do better in this small town of fast food places. read more

We wanted to order at the register, but no one made an effort to help us. A worker walked by and I asked him to take our order, because we found the kiosks hard and time consuming. He said no one was logged on to the register and we would have to order from the kiosk. I am disappointed they couldn't take better care of us better than that. Just did an online order at 12:07 and then finally got the food at 12:40 and the food wasn't even right.

This Taco Bell sucks. They get my order wrong every time, and I've been there several times. I don't mean they give me the wrong food, but worse. They forget items every single time. This will be my last time going there. I ordered two quesaritos and a cravings box. I also ordered just a burrito supreme for myself. They didn't give me my burrito supreme... that's all I wanted. Yes, it's Taco Bell, you know what that means. But TB is my indulgence, and has been for decades. I was on the road, heading back to Lafayette, and needed a quick place to grab lunch. Chipotle's parking lot was full so I drove up the road to TB. Whoever was at the register on the day I was there deserves a huge raise. Her positive attitude and great smile really brightened my day. You don't find that in fast food often - if at all. The dining room is kind of different from other TBs. The middle of the dining are is entirely high top tables and stools. Regular tables and chairs line the walls. I know some people have difficulty getting up on a stool, so I was surprised that the vast majority of the seating was this way. Also, the high-tops are all bunched together in rows like a school cafeteria. Not very inviting or comfortable, but the dining area was clean. And no wi-fi. Bummer. That day, I tried the new Crunchwrap Sliders that sell for only $1. I am addicted to the Crunchwrap Supreme, so I had to try them. I was very impressed with the taste and the value. The spicy chicken really is spicy. The beef slider also has some tang, I'd say medium. The BLT had a generous amount of bacon (crumbled) and also had a nice tangy taste. Well done! This Taco Bell kept giving me attitude after everything I ordered, they were being extremely disrespectful and packed 12 burritos in 1 small bag making it hard for us to grab the bag, we asked for a water at the window cause we forgot to at the speaker and the person gave us a dirty look and didn't say anything, this is the worst Taco Bell in town, im very disappointed in u Taco Bell for allowing employees to talk to customers like that!!!!! read more

We ordered 4 bean burritos. Not only did the cashier ring up beef burritos, he made them supreme which we didn't ask for. After correcting the order on the register, they goofed up the order. We asked for 2 with onions and 2 without. What did we receive you ask? 1 with and 3 without is the answer. They were all marked 5-layer. When I asked which ones had onion, they said that I would have to open each up and find out myself. Really? Do they care so little about their customers? read more

The only reason I continue to come here is for my undying, burning passion for Baja Blasts. The food itself is mediocre at best. Usually things are warm, not hot, and taste stale. Thankfully they don't mess up Crunch Wraps. Too bad there isn't a finer establishment closer nearby. read more

Twice I have come here at night on my break because it's one of the few things open 24 hours and twice no one answered the speaker. This time I called them on the phone to let them know there was a line of three cars, but didn't wait around to find out what would've been in my burrito. The Steak and Shake and Mcdonald's nearby do not have the sane problem. read more

Usually it's been my experience that I if we go during lunch hours or dinner hours, it's better, as far as service. We got tacos and burritos. They put plenty of toppings. Meat etc. no complaints. They are getting better than they used to be. read more

This place is a joke. Just went to drive thru to order and NO ONE would take my order. There were no customer cars in the parking lot so they weren't busy. Drove around and left. I noticed someone pull up to order at drive thru and I felt like telling them to give up trying to order. Left and went to McDonald's, got my order and drove past to see that person still waiting. The slowest Taco Bell in the city of kokomo. You're better off going to the one on Sycamore or drive up further north on US 931 to the one up there. Drive through is constantly waiting longer than anyone should. This store is not fast food. This is lazy food. read more

Writing this review for how I was treated. My wife is handicap so was parking in the handicap parking. The parking lot (Handicap spot) was not in the greatest shape and I fell and twisted my ankle and bruised my ribs in the fall. The manager was on the phone with Corp and she took my info and said they will be calling. I got no call for Taco Bell not even to ask if I was OK. They didn't even replace my drink that I spilled on me in the fall. This is how they treat there customers. They do not care enough to pick up a phone and make sure that a person that fell in there parking lot is OK. I will never do business with them again. read more

this is ridiculous, i have been in the drive through for almost 25 minutes waiting on two tacos and have only moved about two car lengths.
