The friendly girl working apologized for the delay in taking our order as she was busy packing up the pickup orders. Not her fault, just could probably use some help. The tacos are AMAZING!!!! It's an open concept with plenty of seating. This location does a lot of business, but I've never seen the place completely full. Even the patio is more spacious than it needs to be. The parking lot is shared but always has more than enough space I actually enjoy their Which Wich style menu in that you fill out an order with your specifics. On a to-go bag you mark out if you want a burrito or a salad, or nachos or just a bowl, and then you get to mark out what components you want The staff is always pleasant and professional. I've never had to wait much time for my order, but on this particular visit my order was practically completed prior to me even finishing checking out The food is good. I probably prefer chipotle a little more, and I think Freebirds has more flavor and offers more so that would be my go-to. The bowl with almost everything is very tasty and is affordable. But my boyfriend has now had multiple uncomfortable experiences picking up orders here, and it honestly feels unprofessional and inconsistent. The first time, he walked in, saw the tacos with his name clearly on the order, and picked them up. An employee immediately took the food out of his hands, questioned him about the order, and only after he showed confirmation did they reluctantly give it back. Today, when he went in again to pick up food for me, they assumed he was a DoorDasher instead of a customer. Same employee from the first time. I understand verifying orders when needed, but the way these situations were handled felt unnecessary and noticeably different from how other customers in our family are treated. It left a bad impression and made him feel uncomfortable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on treating all customers with the same level of respect and professionalism.

There was a ton of parking out front and lots of seating inside. As you walk in, on the right, against the wall is a bunch of bags and markers. Each person gets a bag and they check which items they would like. One thing I didn't like so much is that people were allowed to write on the walls and some people wrote and drew some inappropriate things . I ordered a bullrito with chips and queso. Everything was delicious and was a huge portion size. The bullrito was very messy and did start to fall apart so you may need to grab a fork or two. Overall, it was good and we would try it again if we were ever in the area.
