So disappointed with taco bell employee tonight, I come here often and get the EXACT same burrito but this time it is the smallest one I've had. Not to mention the cashier couldn't accommodate my request to change an item on the burrito due to not being able to find the button. So I ask if the cashier can ask the cook. The cashier doesn't respond but turns her mic off and I assumed the cashier asked the cook but I don't know becuase they never said anything to me. Then comes back with the response with no they need to push the button to change it so it will show up in the system. I don't understand why the cashier couldn't have just made the change. They're always very nice there but my order is almost always wrong. For example; I asked if I could switch my taco to the fiery doritos one and she said it was no problem. I then get my food and get back to work and it wasn't the one I had originally asked for. It's obviously not a huge deal and such a first world problem but this is the 3rd time in a row that it's happened over the last few months and it's just annoying. Ordered at the drive thru. Was told at the window I would have to place a mobile order for one of my items. That makes absolutely no sense, why would I drive through twice? It doesn't state anywhere on the menu board that you have to order through the Mobile app. And the worst part was the cashier couldn't explain why. read more

The woman that took my order was polite and efficient however when my food arrived one of the burritos was lacking in meat. When I showed it to a different woman I got argued with and told that's how it comes. I then showed her another one that was the exact same only with a edible amount of meat and still got argued with. The service is always quick here and couldn't remember any rude service from the workers, hence my continued business haha Haven't had any problems with the drive thru except on my last visit where they forgot the most important thing of the meal....the FIRE sauce!!! The parking situation here is definitely spacious! Plus they have a parking lot across the street too! Prime location off HWY 111 next to McDonalds. The renovations to this place make it a great spot to enjoy inside. The drive thru is quick but make sure to check for all items as well. Remember this place CLOSES at MIDNIGHT! read more

It's not a gourmet restaurant but you know exactly what you're getting into when you come here. Service was quick and with a smile. The eating area was immaculate. The restrooms were clean and well stocked. This is what you should expect at any fast food restaurant but in this area it's simply not the case. I usually go here a lot, and this place is pretty good. The customer service is pretty good too and they make the food pretty quickly. My only complaint is the soda machine. Ever since they put in the new soda machine, some of the sodas don't taste all that great. For example: the Dr. Pepper always tastes really weird because it never has enough syrup. That's the case with most of the sodas. Other than that, if you like Taco Bell, you'll like this one. read more
