We ordered food to go. We were told 10 to 15 minutes to get our food. After 20 minutes, we were told there was a problem in the kitchen and that it would take another 10 minutes. After waiting for our food for about 40 minutes in an empty restaurant, the food was awful. We ordered 2 plates, crispy beef tacos and beef enchiladas. I paid $16 for soggy tortillas and burnt meat. I paid $18 for tasteless enchiladas that needed some cheese. I don't mind paying money for good food, but this was not good food. I don't know what was going on in the kitchen or the staff, but this was bad food and bad service. I would not recommend this restaurant and will not go there again! I should have canceled my order!!

I had the same veg burrito with ranchero sauce on Friday night and it was much better! The service is lovely as it has always been. Chips and salsa on point. Based on this dinner, I will come back again! (For anyone that is strict vegetarian, the rice is made with chicken bouillon, but the beans are veg-friendly).

In a sea of franchises we came across this understated place! So tasty and amazing margaritas! Our server was on top of everything! We will definitely return!

It is always a pleasure to dine at Los Arcos. Today's special was a watermelon margarita. You could taste the fresh watermelon and it made for a very refreshing drink. I enjoy the sizzling fajitas, because I can take half the pan home and have it all over again with my own tortillas.

This place truly has authentic Mexican food. I came here with some friends after a hike, and enjoyed some hearty dishes. This place is conveniently right off the freeway, friendly staff and great service!

We came here for taco Tuesday and not only were the tacos incredibly good, the drinks and service were outstanding! Highly recommend this place. They make sure you are taken care of and treat you like family. We will be back! Yum!!

La Quinta residents! Came here for the 1st time and will definitely be coming back. Great service and food and drinks.

    Chicken mole

The food is good overall. Love the salsa for the chips. Nice bit of heat in it. The chicken mole was also yummy. I also like that the refried beans are not completely mush, still some whole beans in it. The chili verde was disappointing. Very mild didn't have the heat we expected for verde. Over flavor profile was good, needed more cumin and chili pepper. The margaritas were tasty.

If you want to wait an hour for your food when it's not even busy, then this is the place for you! Also, I orders the flautas with no sour cream... By the time I get the order (about an hour later), they're PLAIN flautas! No guac, no lettuce, NADA! Also, their beans are bland! No flavor.

Classic Margarita and a raspberry Margarita

Los Arcos is BOMB Mexican food in La Quinta. It's causal and a family like environment that it's comfortable for all ages. Don't sleep on their bar area and bartenders though, while it's a more traditional restaurant and less of a bar I was impressed by their cocktails and margaritas. The vibes inside are good and the restaurant is clean and inviting. They have a small outdoor patio but being in a shopping center not much of an atmosphere outside, so I'd definitely recommend sitting inside which was really nice for us to have a girls dinner. Restaurant is spacious enough with tables and booths throughout. Not too big though that you'd get overlooked or anything, the service was consistent and we had plenty of check ins. The service was very good here and everyone was super friendly. While we had a consistent and nice waitress, we were checked up on by multiple people, it was really nice how everyone works together to make sure the customer has a great experience. Nice people work here and they deserve your business. The margaritas are a 10/10 here! I had a raspberry margarita here and it was honestly one of the best margaritas I've had in a very long time! My friends liked their cocktails as well. stick with the margs. The food was also very good and authentic. They can cater to the larger demographic as they had a large menu and a great selection to choose from. I loved their albondigas soup (the cute little cup of rice on the side was a nice touch). I had a asada taco with rice and beans on the side too. While simple it was all tasty, fresh, and fabulous. 5 stars classic Mexican casual food here and I will definitely be back soon.

We were out and about in Indian Wells and found this spot on Yelp that had good food pics, high reviews, and good prices. This place is off the regular Hwy 111 track. It's a nice looking place in a suburban shopping center with plenty of parking. We received friendly greetings when we walked in and were seated right away. Fresh Chips and salsa were good. I had the Campechana (shrimp/octopus) cocktail, the fajita trio, and three burritos (carnitas, chicken). My cocktail was really good and came with hot sauce to add (Valentina?). Wife's fajitas were decent but the beef would've been better with thicker pieces of carne. The flaming platter was a nice touch. The burritos were all pretty good, but not awesome. One of the chicken burritos was a little salty for the diner's taste. Beans and rice were good. Service was friendly and prompt. It's a nice spot in the neighborhood. I'd give it a solid 3.5-

The food is good but don't order a margarita, worst I've ever had. Service was excellent and it's nicely decorated.

The chocolate frosting was perfect and not too sweet. They also had some gluten-free and keto options. We went in "just to look" (famous last words) and walked out with 3 cupcakes: vanilla bean, red velvet, and salted caramel toffee... plus a mocha tres leches parfait because self-control is seasonal and clearly out of stock!! Every single bite was the kind of good that makes you close your eyes mid-chew and ignore whoever's talking to you. But let's discuss the real star: the frosting!!! I was fully prepared for standard whipped cream or buttercream vibes, and instead got this cloud-like, silky situation that tasted rich but somehow light enough to justify eating an entire cupcake without emotional consequences. Tiffany herself let me in on the secret.... it's Italian meringue buttercream. So basically, classy buttercream that went to finishing school. Tiffany is also an absolute gem... warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what she's baking up. You can taste the love (and the butter, but mostly the love)!!! If you're in the desert and your sweet tooth starts whispering reckless ideas, listen to it. And definitely support this family-owned local spot. We'll be back for "research purposes" and to satisfy our sweet tooth!!
