Good food but they gave my granddaughter very little cheese and questioned us about her order but the food is good

We order from the kiosk and sat down waited for our order the guy at the front put a bag on the table by the register and was to busy texting on his phone to say my name to let me know my order was up he just put the bag on the counter and left it there and didn't even give me our brinks that we order he was to busy texting on his phone to remember about the drink or to call out my name when my order was done so the bag was checked it was out order but by the time we got home EVERYTHING was cold and there was only 5 pieces of chicken on the quesadilla and the burrito supreme was nothing but a salad wrap no meat and it was ordered with extra meat so I paid more for nothing the taco was so greasy we didn't eat them ,even the nacho fries we're cold as hell nothing like a cold meal from a taco place that fast food Hey but KEEP TXTING ON YOUR PHONE MAYBE YOU'LL GET IT RIGHT !!! read more

For what you pay you'd think they could make the soft shelled tacos a bit more presentable & Everytime we ask for sour cream on them we never get it. I mean who can eat a taco or burrito with sour cream?? It just makes it Soo much better. Luckily I always have some at home because we usually get it to go thru the drive thru. Sadly tho between the high prices & never getting our order totally right I've stopped going there. There's much better places around here to get a decent taco & get it right. read more

Total waste of time and money. I rarely ever eat fast food personally, however I get food here for my brother on occasion. He is practically a racoon, he's obsessed with junk food and never complains about anything. This place is such a poorly run dump even my brother who will even eat tv dinners said this taco bell sucks. On the rare occasion I've ordered it for myself I've been disappointed and just threw the garbage out. The order accuracy is nonexistent through the app or drive thru. The quality of the food is even worse now. The amount of meat you get is shrinking even though the prices are going up. The drive thru wait time is horribly long. The extra sauces you pay for never end up on the food. The sauce packets you ask for never end up in the bag. The drinks are never completely full and often are off of calibration so it's flat or they're running out of syrup so it just tastes like seltzer. The lobby is disgusting and dirty. The breakfast hashbrowns are always hard, bitter tasting like old oil, and burnt dry. Get your act together! read more

Awful. Waited for 10 minutes for missing items while they walked around in the back looking at us standing there. Horrible service, food tasted old, restaurant itself is a mess. Would not recommend this location. read more

I don't care what anyone says, Taco Bell is the best fast food there is. Arby's rules but too pricey for the Fast Food genre. More fast casual. You can purchase copious amounts of munchie magnificence for very little money at Taco Bell. Crunchy, cheesy, sour cream laden taco supremes. Mouthwatering steak, rice and fillings with their steak burrito. The family nachos!!! You can feast with several friends for $20 bucks. Plus!!! The only place in the world with diet MD Baja Blast!!!! I was in the Lakewood, NY Taco Bell this past Sunday the 15th of January close to 8PM. I was hungry after working out so I used my app to order. Well, as you may know the app didn't work and it said that the store wasn't opened. So, I had to order at one of the kiosks. Then, when I had eventually gotten my food I was asked if my freezie was a specific kind but it wasn't. My cheese quesadilla was cold and my bean burrito didn't taste right. I was just having a bad experience that day at Taco Bell which I wanted to share to the public. That is all. But, usually the food here is superb! read more

Stopped here after a movie on Sunday night. Brand new restaurant, so very clean and modern looking inside. I approached the register, and ordered a double chalupa box. The employee informed me that they no longer carried this item. I referred to the giant TV screen menu above her head, where it was clearly advertised. She made some excuse about how the menu was supposed to update, but did not. Asked if there were another box deal, and was told there was not. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch meal instead, and there was hardly any meat in that, nor the tacos that accompanied it. This experience left me with a very sour disposition. False advertising isn't a good way to keep customers coming back. I won't be eating at any Taco Bell restaurants for a while. read more

The new location is an upgrade....Cleaner, friendlier and food was fresh and delicious.. Whatever the change (Ownership, Management, Employees ) it has made a huge difference..Last location food took forever, was sloppy soggy..Gross and usually wrong , Quit going all together ..I'll be back to this one read more
